The deep cleaning was supposed to include baseboards and blinds, which some were missed originally and were fixed on the second visit. The cleaners arrived around 7:30 a.m. and had the entire upstairs done within about an hour, which should have been my first red flag. A lot of the cleaning felt more like a standard clean than the detailed service I paid for. Some of the things I found: Laundry Room was completely untouched Pantry (upcharge of $40.00) was not touched Decor was only half dusted Kitchen sink was not cleaned Cobwebs were still visible in a corner Baseboards and doors still had dirt, smudges and fingerprint I did contact the company and they refunded a portion of my $790 bill, which I appreciated. The cleaners also went back and addressed some of the issues I had initally pointed out. Unfortunately, I continued finding additional things that had been missed even after that. The refrigerator was cleaned really well, so I do want to give credit where it's due. But overall, for the price and the type of cleaning I specifically booked, I expected much more attention to detail.

Past cleaning crews have left me choking upon re-entry into our home because of the numerous and "fragrant" products they used that aren't always safe for humans and pets. Alex is much more careful about toxicity and the environment and only uses products that don't leave a filmy residue or a strong odor. We are particular about not breathing in or touching so called "fragrances" that many cleaning products employ. Alex uses products that still cleaned everything well but not ones that we worry will bother our lungs or skin. I believe she is newish to the Charleston area and that means her calendar isn't completely full yet--her pricing was comparable to other deep cleans we've done, but again with the added bonus of a green, environmentally friendly approach!

They arrived assessed the task at hand and went straight to work. When I returned home I was shocked at the deference.
