Ivory is the BEST!!! I walked in to have my old acrylics taken off and man... she took her time and didn't rush whatsoever. Technicians always rush and do sloppy work, but Ivory proved that not all nail techs are the same. I ended up getting back to my real nails with some French tips, and my nails are absolutely beautiful. The quality of service I got from her was the best I've had in years. I am a simple woman where I never do acrylic just my bare nails with either shellac or dip powder. if you like very precise, exaggerated and decorative nails this place is not for you! if you're into one or two colors or even French tip and don't want to break the bank then Ivory is your tech! My set for both hands and feet never more than 80, but again depends on your style the more you add the more expensive! when I have an important event such as a wedding I do a little more like the ones today! read more

I have put off writing a review for a long time but I have to. The lady was incredibly nice but everything was done so poorly. Instead of taking my old nail polish off with remover she picked it off for 10 minutes damaging my nails. I asked for a design but a very simple one, just a pink outline around the nail, and every line is not straight and all nails are incredibly thick. Even though the thickness is insane within 2 days, 3 of my nails broke (which never happens to me) and then a few days after that others starting chipping and one nail just completely fell off in the shower. And I paid $75 for them. I don't recommend this place if you are looking for anything more than normal nail polish. read more

I love ivory. She is pleasant and takes her time. She runs the shop by herself. So I love to give her my business and support locally women owned and ran businesses. She knows what I like and pays attention To detail. I go to her for my manicure/Shellac and pedicures . Her pedicures last for 2 to 3 weeks and my manicure always look great. This salon is not fancy, but I found the staff professional and charming, and my nails look great! I purchased a Groupon on a Saturday morning for a Premium mani-pedi. I called and easily made an appointment for that day. Call and make one, because they are busy. The pedicure was very nice, and the technician did an excellent job on my rough feet (thanks to my snowboard boots!). The polish looked great too. Another technician did my manicure, and offered to do gel polish for $10 extra. The salon I usually go to charges $15--so I gladly accepted. That was also pleasant, and the polish looks really good. When I was leaving, the second tech offered me 2 more coupons good until the end of March. That was great, because often if you use a special, the salon doesn't want you using another special next time. I'll be back for sure! read more

I found this place because it was the only place open when I wanted to go one day. They are professional, accommodating, and this is by far the best place for shellac. My shellac stayed on for four weeks without a chip!! I have tried several places and they are by far the longest staying shellac. I also got my toes done here and again, looked beautiful for four weeks! HIGHLY recommended!! read more

Love this place. One of the only places I have returned to multiple times. Ask for the owner. Prices are great. Place is not to fancy but very clean. For a shellac rebase only $28. Everyone that works there is super nice and they make an effort to remember who you are and what you like. read more

I love Bebe Nails. This was my first time coming here. I originally wanted to come on Saturday but I didn't want to wait so Ivory let me come in on a Sunday which was very convenient for me. The salon was clean and they had a lot of gel colors to choose from. The prices were very reasonable and I will definitely be coming back. This place used to be good. Ive endured a few changes of ownership but when they changed managment this last time it was a bust. I gave them a few chances trying to be fair. This last time was AWFUL. I should have known when there was only one lady working on a Friday late afternoon- I strolled in around 3 and it was dead and she was playing elevator music on her laptop, it was horrible. I even asked her to turn on the volume the TV which was on mute but she kept her music on the whole time. It was excruciating. But I dont get the chance to treat myself often so I continued against my better judgement. I was 5 minutes into my service when someone else came in wanting a full set and the lady quoted her 45 min which the customer was OK with but she proceeded to rush through my service doing a very sloppy job. Not to mention that she spent all of 30 seconds on the massage portion of my pedi (I timed her) so she could rush thru and get to the lady waiting. The added "bonus"- they jacked up the prices since the last visit. So NOT worth it. I was very disappointed. I'm always one to give chances, things happen ...but sadly, I will NEVER go back there. Like I said- I don't treat myself often....this was a huge letdown and I'll have to get another one somewhere else because the did such a shoddy job. Don't waste your time and money here. read more

So while sitting in the salon the salon around the corner that had my feet soaking in cold water for 30 minutes, I called this place to see if they had availability for a pedicure right now. The lady on the phone said "Sure! Come right over!" I walked in five minutes later after leaving the other horrible salon. She said please pick your color and sit down. All of a sudden within the last 5 minutes, there is now a 25 minutes wait and she's sorry she messed up the schedule. What?! I'm mind blown. Legit. read more

I have given her two chances and I regret them both! Nails lifted within one week! This has never happened in 5 years I have been wearing acrylics. I've been going to bebe nails for years. All the way back to when they were ivy nails. Nice techs, friendly clientele, clean, very reasonable prices. My only negative comment is that they have a frequent turnover of techs and just when I learn names and get attached to them, they leave. Otherwise, I love this place. read more

I was very impressed with their low prices, nice atmosphere and service. Only $25 for shellac/ gel manicure. $20 and up for acrylics and $22 for pedicures - they actually massaged my legs instead of just rubbing in lotion like everywhere else. They do need more shellac color selection but as far as paint and acrylic had great designs and color selection. I did get cut twice with the electronic file so they lost the 5th star. read more

Please tell me how I can point at a color board for gel nail color, have a different color put on, tell them it does not match. Pick another color only to have them start application again to not have the right color. I point it out the color on my nails is not the color on the nail color board and they argue with me that it is the same color! It had already taken over an hour so I just ended the misery. I absolutely love this salon. It is not a elegant fancy salon but for the price and the service I have been loyal for years. Their pedicures are amazing, they actually massage your legs instead of just rub lotion on like majority of other salons. i've been here a few times for a regular pedicure and have always left with pretty feet. Just recently, I had acrylic nails put on my flakikng, peeling natural nails and the tech did a good job on them. She did a gel polish on them, and it's been 1 1/2 weeks and they still look nice although they are growing out. I was actually looking for gel NAILS, but have had difficulty finding a salon that understands what I am asking for. I am ok with the acrylics for now. I do have to say, the past few times I've been in there have only been 2 gals in the shop (last time I made an appointment) and I've had quite a wait. They've been very apologetic so don't know if someone was on vacation those times or what. Also, they are open when other places aren't and that's a plus for me. read more

This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! My friend got her nails done today at this place, they're work is the ABSOLUTE WORST I have ever seen!!!!!!!!! You could still see her nails underneath the acrylic, 3 of the 7 nails are crooked, the white tip nails were not completely covered with the gel, the gel was stuck to the sides of her fingers. I went back inside with her to complain and they didn't understand what we were saying, they wanted to fix them by adding powder, SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!! Not all of those problems can be fixed with powder. She asked for a refund several times before the most awful employee said she would have to cut the nails off to give her a refund. My friend agreed to let her cut them off, the employee then proceeded to cut her nails twice down the middle of each nail, cutting her real nails in the process then cut some of the nails jagged, my friend said Ouch a few times then the employee returned her money!!!!!!!!! The nails that weren't cut jagged were left just cut down the middle twice per nail. Who does that? My friend went to her husband crying, naturally he was livid. I returned to the establishment with her husband, the employee that butchered her nails said she would call the cops to decide how bad the nails were. We happily agreed and brought my friend back in. One of the other employees offered to cut off the jagged edges, but not before I photographed what was left of the nails. The cops were never called. We felt everyone should be warned about this awful place. Please do not go to this establishment unless you want the worst nail job ever!!!!!!!!! read more
