My dip was fine, except they did zero cleanup of my cuticles, etc. At my other place, that's included in the price. When I asked the manager, she said it was a $6 add on for cuticle care, or a $10-$15 add on for manicure. I've never heard of them being separated out and they didn't explain that on the descriptions I read prior to choosing. They also just kind of left me after completing the service. No one told me I was done or helped me get out of my chair and to the cashier. Manager saw me sitting and wondering what to do next and just walked away. It's just a shame that places have to upcharge for everything. I'll be going back to my place in Royse City that includes basic nail care in their dip service and who trains their staff to be helpful from beginning to end of service.

She adds acrylic nails when my own nails are too short. Ohmygosh, she is so talented. She paints freehand designs. Just ask her about a design and she can do it. The shop is super clean, very comfortable and inviting. They offer dip, acrylic. They also have at least 10 chairs for pedicures. They have at least 4 nail techs. Give this shop a try.
