Liam and Gina are amazing! They genuinely want you to feel comfortable and happy when you leave. The decor is clean, inviting and relaxing. As for prices- on par with other places. I work in Rockwall and will make this place my go to when needing a mani/pedi during my lunch break. I was able to get in and out in about an hour. What I appreciate the most is they take their time massaging when other places rush through them. read more

Beautiful new place to get a salon spa treatment. The atmosphere here was so calm and relaxing! The people were amazingly personable and nice. I went in for a leg wax and pedicure. The service was amazing! Easy check in and service selector at the front made it easy to get started. I loved the comfortable chairs while I had my pedicure and the massager had many options. The leg wax treatment was so precise I appreciated the attention to detail! The employee checked in with me during and after to make sure it was up to my standard. Place has only been open 3 months and I'll say it's doing good. I already made a next appointment and will be taking my daughter next time. read more

They were good about staying open late the day before Mother's Day, however they were the only nail salon open I am still very disappointed that we spent a 150$ to get both our feet and nails done and the very next day, the paint or "chrome" she charged me an extra 15$ for is chipping off; the diamonds that were glued on the nails are also falling off. It was wayyy to pricey for what it was, I literally could've spent a 150$ at a nail tech for them to do a fantastic job, and yet I ended up going here and spending that for shitty nails. read more

My mom and I got pedicures and gel manicures. Within 3 days my gel nails chipped with one finger completely peeling off. The pedicure is no better. Within a week the polish on my left foot is almost completely gone. I get pedicures and gel manicures regularly and have NEVER had them chip off so quickly if at all. I am very particular about my nails and usually go to Allure in Firewheel mall...I was out of time and hours in the day so I decided to go here. Never again! First the man started to remove my Nexgen and knicked my finger so sharp I pulled y hand back and yelped a little. He literally patted it and said I would be ok. Granted I will not die from it, but damn it hurt! Then he runs the grinder so deep on my nails they actually burn. I was actually thankful for him putting my hands in nail polish remover, even though it burned from the knick. Then the lady comes over to start removing my Nexgen to replace. Grinding and grinding while she bends my fingers every which way, this lady is far from gentle. She never ONCE tended to my cuticles at all. Not pushing them back, nothing. Then I'll be damned she knicks my other finger. I winced a second and then just let her finish. She is ready to start the Nexgen process...thankfully I am thinking to myself. She applies 1 coat, then she starts to apply the 2nd coat of Nexgen and is patting it with her finger onto my nail! PATTING IT! I cringed watching her do it. But I thought they may have a new way of doing it. No, they just suck at it. She only put 2 coats, when Allure and every other shop I have visited uses 3. Then while she is buffing the Nexgen off she knicks through both layers of Nexgen and INTO my nail! I almost forgot who I was! It burned so bad! Then she reapplies a dot of clear adhesive for the Nexgen to adhere to and again pats it onto my nail. At this point I gave up. I already knew they were going to look awful. I just shut up and forfeited my hands to her. By the time I am done I have polish on my fingers, 2 knicked and very sore fingers, and Nexgen under just about every one of my nails.It was awful...then to top it all off they chrged more than I have ever paid for Nexgen nails. Totally not nail related but: she fought with her 2 kids and husband in Korean the entire time and I was never offered a bottle of water, soda or even a stiff drink for having to deal with all their drama... Never returning...never... I took pictures and when this review posts to my FB wall I will be adding them... read more

Horrible experience. Husband tried to do my nails and had no idea what he was doing. Then his wife took over and left my nails a total mess. I was so upset I wanted to leave. When you point it out to them that it looks bad they start talking in their language and you know their pissed. read more

Rockstar nails is my favorite because when I put my feet in their bowl of water and made my toes feel all busy. There's also a beehive in the back and it looks really cool even the one stung me on the nose no pain no gain so whatever. Seems like a husband and wife duo. Very clean, taking all precautions during COVID. Husband gave the BEST pedicure, the massage was great! Definitely would recommend. Went old school with my full set and she did a great job. Small place with older decor but felt very homey and calming. Affordable prices, paid $65 for a pedicure and full set. Make sure if you come here you have time and patience and you'll be more than satisfied. Will definitely be back! read more

Lady who did my wax ran my card and her machine timed out. She ran it again and told me it declined, which had more than enough money in it. I gave her a different card it went through. Got to my car and checked the account she said declined and there was a charge on there and the 2nd card too. Went back in and told her and showed her both proofs of charges. She argued with me to the point that a poor old lady was going to give her the $13 to refund to me and told her that the way she was acting was no way to treat a customer. Another lady came in and got involved and told the girl that yes she owed me a refund. The lady say the 2 transactions for both credit cards but again the nail girl refused to refund me. No one should ever go to this place they are thiefs! read more

GROSS! 1st and last time here! I was getting a peeicure and the lady started using that cheese grater thingy to scrape dead skin off which I thought was not allowed anymore! It was dirty looking with dead skin follicules all over it! Yuck! When I said " No dont use that" she looked at me crazy and insulted my dry skin on my feet and ofcoarse started talking about me in Chinese to her staff. I did not see one utensils jar with sanitizer either! I just hope that this is not the time I get an infection. Ladies beware! read more

I am very particular about the shape of my acrylics and I wanted to give coffin-shape a go. I was not disappointed. Normally when I ask for my nails this shape, I have to go home and file them myself to get them how I like them, even when I show the tech a photo. I don't think I'm going to have to do any filing! read more

My husband and I visited this salon while waiting for our jeep to be repaired nearby. We both had pedicures and I also got a manicure with Shellac polish; total cost $75. I would definitely consider this a lower end nail salon. We were able to walk in without an appointment and get service. However the nail polish job just really sucks! Parts of my toenails didnt get paint on them. As for my Shellac nails .. I don't know what happened! Some of the polish on my nails is almost clear in spots and the color I chose was a red/orange! The lady seemed sort of stingy with the nail polish when she applied it. She also didnt wipe any nail polish off from around my nail with polish remover, she just used her finger nail which pretty much smeared it. The lighting in this salon was pretty low so I didn't notice this until I had already left. We spent almost an hour and half in there so I wasn't interested in going back for them to correct the mistakes. I just won't visit this salon again. If a cheap looking mani/pedi is what you're going for this is your place. read more
