This was an incredibly cute little place. I am impressed - never thought I would see a place like this in Santee! The location is technically Santee, but it's on the far end of town, just in front of the drive-in and almost considered Lakeside (IMO). It was easy to find and located in a small business park. There isn't tons of parking, but we didn't have any trouble finding a space. I like the theme of this place - Wild West. I also like that they've fenced in the front entrance and turned it into a patio with picnic tables, a pond and kids sand box. There was also a set of corn hole, which was fun. Inside was nice as well. We stopped in on a Saturday night because they were having free live music (score!). Although it's a large space, most of it is designated for brewing, which was cool to see. There are a few tables and a large bar with standing room. I would say they offered somewhere around 10 beers. It looked to be a decent selection. I went immiediately for the "Ma Deuce," which is their DIPA. It was pretty good and 8.6% ABV. My next beer was the Gatling Gun - an Imperial Stout coming in at 9.0%. It was drinkable and not too boozy and I really enjoyed it. While we were there, The Sushi Bus had a stand set up and were offering sushi. It was surprisingly delicious and I am glad that I tried it. I honestly can't imagine what some others are talking about when they say that the beer or the mood were horrible and that the venue was uninviting - it's pretty much the total opposite. Most tasting rooms are no frills, and I am glad that they offer a nice outdoor space (although the picnic tables were reall uncomfortable). The staff was super friendly - it's not a bar - and the 1st thing they told us was that they don't have servers - which is how 99.99% of all tasting rooms are. This was a great place to just chill, listen to some jams and enjoy a few delicious beers. Was it the best beer I've ever had? No, but it was also far from the worst. They seemed to offer something for everyone and it had a real neighborhood feel to it. If you are in the area, I would suggest checking it out. read more

Came here after visiting Manzanita brewery. I'm an IPA guy, and I liked multiple of the IPAs that BNS had on tap. They had a nice pizza food truck on the day I was there. Love this place! Especially before a night at the drive-in. Only complaint would be that the hours seem to change a lot and are not consistent with online, so be sure to call. They closed at 7 on a Saturday a while back, but the manager was super nice and still stayed to help us and others. Great customer service! read more

This place is great and the patio is huge and beautiful. The decor is borderline not my thing, but it's rustic enough to make up for the Americana overload. But who cares about all that, right? It's all about the beer! And their beer is GOOD. Some tasters are a little pricier than I'm used to, but I get it: they are new and are brewing smaller batches right now. I expect prices will drop a bit as business picks up and they can brew more and more. Still, a flight is like $5 and well worth it. There is plenty of seating outside and we can see ourselves spending many weekends there. Like I've stated before, for me, the key to a good tasting room is not only good beer, but adequate seating. I don't want to stand all night and BNS makes sure I don't have to. The staff was great and went out of their way to thank us for stopping by. There was a food truck and it looks like there will always be a food truck in that spot, so bring your appetite too. They also have special events during the week (i.e. Taco Tuesday), so check out their weekly flyer for upcoming events. There is a home brew store, but it was looking pretty sparse and I think they told my husband they decided to delay its opening a bit so they could focus on the distillery opening first. A decent brewery in east county but not in any SD top 10 list. Been here twice now and plan to go back. Wide variety of beers. My girlfriend's and my favorite is the Prospector (red ale). The tasters and pints are well priced. Specifically a flight is 5 for $5. East County has no shortage of breweries, this is one of the better ones. BNS has the look of a B-movie western and the beers are named accordingly. The Gatling Gun is a fairly hearty, dark beer. Not quite as malty as Guinness, but pretty darn tasty. I like my beer like I like my women, strong and bitter (sorry, old, bad, joke), and this one does the trick for me. The gunfighter is a very drinkable beer that does not feel heavy. I love the fact that there are free peanuts, and the food is served outside and varies from day to day. Not stuffy, not over-priced, and the live music is pretty solid. The place distills alcohol too. I'm not a huge whiskey drinker, but they have hard stuff that tastes clean and stiff. Meet up with some friends there for some beers, but didn't get to enjoy our second beer as the bartender kicked us & another group off the tables telling us it was reserved for a party but yet there wasn't a sign there telling us this. After drinking our beer outside in the rain we noticed that our table was reserved for a group of kids drinking soda. Why keep the people paying for actual beer at a brewery instead of having rug rats drinking soda not paying for anything. I definitely won't be going back. The hubs and I went to BNS Brewing on Valentine's day, and we are in love! Rolling into the parking lot at 11:40 (didn't realize they open at noon!), we set up shop outside at one of the adorable picnic tables. They have a FABULOUS outdoor space here - lots of picnic tables with umbrellas, corn hole, a cute water feature. We were already impressed and we didn't even have a brew in our hands yet! When they opened the doors promptly at noon, we were very surprised - super airy tasting room, very cool decor, lots of fun indoors too! Lots of personalized touches (their tasting cups are baby maison jars- I mean adorbs!). On to the brew - one word for you : YUM. The beers were great! We tried 5 tasters each (we had a Groupon but I believe the tasters are 5 for $5- which is a steal!). I had the blonde, saison, their normal red, a new red just for VDay (it was like a chocolate red- really yummy!), and another special chocolate coconut stout they had for VDay. I would get every one of them again. All in all- we highly recommend getting in the car and driving out to Santee for some BNS brew. You won't be disappointed! read more

Hands down my favorite brewery. My taste in beer has evolved over the years. BNS has been there for me through thick and thin, light and dark, hoppy and malty. There is something to for every taste bud. Bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly. If you come here enough they will remember your drink of choice (yes, they even managed to remember my drinks as I switched it up every once in a while.). You'll see many of the same familiar faces. The regulars are nice and fun. As a female I can come here alone and still feel safe around all the guys. They have food trucks consistently about 6 days a week. Bands are every Fri and Sat. I know exactly what to expect when I walk into BNS and I love it. That's when you know you've found your home bar. read more

I'm a dark beer hound! I always keep a keg at home. Porters, and stouts... I try to visit a different brewery every week if I can, even when traveling. I generally stay with my favorite brewery, or three for my kegs, but when the unthinkable happened, they, all three, ran out of my favorite I had to branch out. I googled breweries near me and BNS came up. First thing to do is call and see if they sell kegs, well Meg answered the phone and spent a ton of time answering my questions about their keg policies. Pretty standard on the pricing, but said if I needed a keg, that if they had the staff available, they would cut it for me while I wait. While I wait, every other brewery in the county says you get it on our schedule, or not at all. So I went down there a couple of days later. It was the most comfortable brewery I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. They have plenty of beer choices, distilled spirits, and catered food. While I was there they had a 70th. birthday party, and a wedding, and still treated me like I was their only guest. Meg said that because of the wedding that they couldn't cut my keg until the following day. Two minutes later a gentleman come over with my keg. Turns out, he's the owner... Can NOT go wrong with this establishment!!! read more

Ok so I haven't been here in a while, this place is really changed. Tony the new manager has done a great job! They now have room for bands and room to dance. They have a distillery in there as well. If you are out in Santee (and it really isn't that far from most of the rest of San Diego), check out BNS Brewing. (You could make it a very solid little beer tour by also visiting Finest Made Ales, and Burning Beard, six and nine minutes away, respectively.) BNS has a large facility including a big patio, a long bar and a 40-or-so-seat tasting area for beer, a smaller tasting room for spirits (through a stage-set-like red barn structure built inside the main room), and of course the brewing system in the back, where they produce kegs and cans. There is an old west/gunslinger theme in the art and interior design that carries over into the beer names, too. You would never guess from looking at the place that they have won three GABF medals (including two golds!) in the last two years, a truly remarkable feat. The new tasting room manager at BNS, Brian, is someone I had run into before. He used to bartend at BNS, then went to work for Mike Hess in Miramar, and now he's back at BNS for the new position. He seems to be a great fit, and he's a very personable guy. He was working the bar when I visited and he provided excellent service. They were pouring the typical dozen or so beers you find at most breweries, in the usual range of styles. What's not typical is that there aren't many places you can go, even in San Diego, and get three recent Great American Beer Festival medal winners in a flight of five beers! First impressions walking in the place seems pretty cool, a little "Santee" for my taste w/ the cowboy motif, half the beers named after guns, & the mounted animal heads, but that's fine. I had the Gatling Stout, it was far from the worst thing I've ever drank, but it wasn't good either. The head tasted yeasty, the flavors were poorly balanced, & there was a lot of bitter sediment in the bottom. Also I'm not even sure it was even in a washed glass since there was a half peeled off price tag on the bottom (yes those come right off in water). That would make it a 2-4 star place, depending on how nice the staff was & my mood, but then I made the mistake of letting them convince me to taste something from their distillery. I tried a little quarter shot taster of their "moonshine" that left an awful chemical taste (like WD40 smells) in my mouth for more than an hour. After that, I can't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Good beer, has a cool cat (no pun intended but Charlie the Main Coon is awesome) Riley the Lab is very loving. Beer is great, not just your stereotypical San Diego ipas, but rather a nice wide variety, three of which are award winning. People wise, a lot of chill folks. I absolutely love everything about this place!! The best atmosphere in Santee, hands down. The beer is phenomenal and if you get lucky enough to check out the distillery... you've got it made. Worth every cent! Their merch is good price and the bottle opener keychains are a great conversation starter! We've met so many friendly people here. I'll probably be shot for my opinions this time (pun intended, I'll explain in a minute). I've been meaning to check out BNS for a while but haven't made it a priority. We finally headed down on Tuesday to see what Santee's newest brew house had to offer. Pulled into the parking lot and at first impression the place looks nice. Walking up to the patio entrance I saw KIDS EVERYWHERE. Um, what? Yes, tiny humans swarming the place where grownups come to enjoy frosty beverages of an adult nature. Not only that, there were " No Dogs Allowed" signs on the patio. Last time I checked, most breweries were pretty dog friendly, even some of the ones that only offer indoor seating. 2 major strikes before we stepped foot in the place. Once inside I saw just how massive the place was. Nice looking brewery, shiny and new tanks. Oooohhh. Aaaahhhhh. It's a shame that the vibe is 100% country western. Old barn type decor and blaring modern country music. They are completely shutting out a large demographic of people who don't care for the cow poke atmosphere or the music that accompanies it. Don't get me twisted, here, I love me some old country but this was far from it and overly kitschy. We bellied up to the bar and noticed that the beers were named after old timey cowboy lingo. Saloon Girl, Revolver, Gunslinger to name a few. I ordered a flight and noticed that they don't offer tasters (or shots as they call them) of their stout and that a growler fill of said stout is $40. If I'm going to pay $40 for a growler fill it better come with a happy ending or be the best beer I've ever had. Just saying. We tasted the beers in order. The Golden was watery and quite honestly tasted like Coors. Probably exactly what they were going for. The Saison wasn't too bad, not as yeasty or tangy as I expected. Pale Ale was bland and watery. Not a lot of depth of flavor. The IPA was missing hoppiness. One note flavor. None of the distinct bitterness or aroma that you'd expect of the style. The Serrano-Cilantro Golden was actually quite good. They did a nice job of extracting flavor from the peppers without making it too spicy or bitter. It would be a great marinade ingredient. We didn't try the Stout because frankly I felt that it was not worth the gamble of buying a full pour after what we had just tasted. It's rad that they have a busy food truck schedule but that's not enough to draw me back. I am interested in checking out whatever distilled beverages they may offer in the future but for now I'll stick with breweries that have beers that better suit my palate. read more

This place was horrible. They call it an American Bar?? Yea right. I went to see the band called Without Papers there and they Yelled at the lead singer for being too loud?? Its a live rock band that WAS rocking out until they KILLLED it. I am proud to say that I walked out with most of the people there when they killed the live music. My entire life, I've been called a Mermaid. Almost all of my favorite places to unwind are walking distance from the Pacific...or in it. :) So it says something about a brewery in Santee, when I passed through their swinging doors onto the sun-lit patio and felt my shoulders relax ...maybe it was the tinkling fountain...is that a turtle? Or the down-home feel that reminded me of a small farm/B&B I'd worked at decades ago, before Del Mar changed. A smile parted my lips when I saw the two slanted boards and beany bags along the wooden fence to play Bags (aka Corn-hole), a game that involved some of my favorite bbq memories and would, no doubt, find me playing later with a bag in one hand and a beer in the other. Inside is the working brewery, bare to display and beautiful in its simplicity. The long bar is on the right, and I remember my gleeful surprise when I touched the bar-top's strip of inlaid brass, it was cold to the touch...perfect for placing a Mason jar full of golden epicness they call Revolver. The Bestie and I each started off with their 4oz Samplers: four of their handcrafted brews for $6. The Gunfighter is a Golden Ale with a hint of sweet...which called on my odd sense of humor, as the Saloon Girl (another lighter brew called a Saison) wasn't sweet at all in comparison. My choice between the two? A Gunfighter every time :) The other two on the Sampler reminded me of a drink Old West gold miners would dream of: clear, rich and golden brews. I would recommend the Flintlock (a Pale Ale) to anyone who likes beer without the complexity of an IPA...but it was the Revolver, with its full body and a kiss at the end that stole my heart. Depending on the day, they have different food vendors come in for Happy Hour, so check out their FB page to see what's cooking. My favorite so far is Taco Tuesdays! $9 for two drool-worthy fish tacos and chips. And if you like your beer with a little chili bite, try their Los Banditos Serrano-Cilantro Golden Ale. read more

Good people, great facility (even if you have to travel to Santee), and excellent brews right out of the chute. Befitting an operation run by former special forces operators and firefighters, BNS is a blend of Old West and Über-Patriot décor. Think Old Wood meets Old Glory. *** The weekend before their official opening, a few of us from San Diego Virtual Ornithologists and Brewologists stopped in to see what these folks were up to. Turns out BNS Brewing & Distilling is a new local craft brewery, and a local distillery, all housed under one East County roof. Not sure how the word had already gotten out, but there were a fair passel of local-looking cowboys and cowgirls bellying up to the handmade bar - a bar, by the way, with a unique full-length glycol-cooled copper strip that keeps your beer glass ice cold. How cool is that? Pretty darn cool. BNS is supposedly owned and operated by five friends, but we only met one: Andrew Arrabito who says he spent 11 years as a Navy SEAL. Both the BNS indoor and outdoor tasting spaces are some of the best we've found in all of San Diego County. You enter through a wooden fenced and gated patio with wooden picnic tables (all more labors of handmade love), past a small vegetable garden, and into one of the best uses we've seen of plain-vanilla warehouse space. Oh yeah, the patio also includes umbrellas and cooling misters - a must-have in this here hot neck of the woods. Inside is a collection of old wood Andrew says was salvaged in Wine Country, tastefully mixed with handmade bartops, a tap holder made from an old double-handle timber saw, and other cool gear. Andrew's spirits are still in development, but he says he's working on an 80-proof Vodka, and also something on the order of a low-juniper-backlash infused Gin. Brew-wise, BNS plans five regulars, and the obligatory special crafts. We tried the four ales - Gunfighter Golden Ale, Saloon Girl Saison, Flintlock American Pale Ale, and Revolver IPA - plus "Gatling Gun," which is a dark and robust Russian imperial stout with about as much stopping power as its famed namesake. Head brewer Dan Jensen, who was busy brewing while we were there, was head brewer at Coronado Brewing Company. Clearly, the quality problems at CBC weren't Dan's fault. This stuff is all go-o-o-o-o-d. *** All in all, the BNS facility and product line captures something that's sorely missing in America anymore: a group of visionary entrepreneurs who can think of a cool idea, then bring it to life with their own God-given hands. Any old asshole can raise some money, hire someone to build them a place of business and create a product line, then crow about how "I did this!" But you only get authenticity like this through liberal applications of an owner's own blood, sweat, and tears. Now we're looking forward to a return Back East to sample Andrew's distilled spirits. He clearly has a passion for the craft and the spirits. read more

Things I said while on my visit to BNS: This is good beer. I'd totally come here all the time, if I lived out here. Huh. Next to the drive in, I wonder if I can bring their beer over there. Gatling Gun is $38 for a growler!?! Holy Mackerel! I really enjoy BNS, though I think that price for a growler (no matter how special) is a little crazy. I'm also not the beer drinker that will wait in line for something like Pliney, so take that statement as you will. Gatling Gun is quite tasty, that's for sure. I'd be way more amped on BNS if it didn't require me to drive out to Santee. I know, I know, it's not even that far! I just hate driving (actually I hate the whining that a certain someone does when driving anything more than 10 minutes away on a weekend) so it seems really far. There's always someone that lives out there or wants to head out there, though, so I'll be back for another beer when the time comes. read more

We found BNS through Yelp just by doing a search of breweries in the East County area. This was a find that I was truly happy about. This place makes great beer! Upon walking in you'll notice a heavy Western theme. They don't half ass it. Everything about this place makes you feel like you're in the Wild West having a great beer. Have a seat (if you can) at the long bar and take a look at their daily beer list. While you're at the bar, you'll notice a copper strip that runs from one of the bar to the other. It's not there for decoration, it's there for you to put your beer on so your beer stays nice and cold. Genius! Why aren't other places doing this?! I ordered their Pumpkin beer and it was amazing. I'm definitely not afraid to say it's the best Pumpkin I've had. Yep, some brewery in Santee, CA makes the best Pumpkin beer ever. I also tried their Saison and I didn't care for it too much. It was a little too farmhousey for me. I don't think they do flights so I wasn't able to try to everything. The last thing I loved about BNS was that the staff there was passionate and loved talking about beer. I love when I go to breweries and the staff knows more than the tasting information that's listed on the menu. I really wish BNS wasn't so far from me, but for beer this good I might just have to make the journey to Santee a little more often. read more

Don't go for the beer, but the ambiance is great. This is the first time I've written a luke warm review before for a place where I didn't really care for the product, but think you should go ONCE. A friend of mine is LE. That means Law Enforcement. He's also a beer snob; which is to say that he's got a lot of equipment in his garage which allows him to brew his own and he knows the difference between a Belgian Ale and a Scottish Ale off the top of his head. I don't, but I know what kind of beer I like. Well, this place has some connection to LE (lots of front line public service people seem to be there; you just have say "whatever," and move on sometimes.) So my friend said let's go and I said sure. Beer selection was interesting, if not ordinary, for a local brewery. We have lots of them (breweries); some good, some bad, but I'm not a beer snob so unless you have what I like don't bother. Pale Ale is, in my experience, pretty generic. Stout is, again in my opinion, both easy to make and typically tasteless from brewery to brewery. (Tasteless might be the wrong word, but if you have charred the malted barley and added lots of sugar whatever else you do isn't going to change the flavor much.) What distinguishes a small brewery is their IPA. Hop selection, and when the hops are added makes the difference. I like IPAs, which makes living in San Diego County yet another wonderful choice. In this County we love our IPA. Sadly, this IPA was, well, ordinary, and at $5 a pint (served from a jelly jar, no less), I can find better. Not citrus, not pine, not bitter. I could taste the late addition of hops, but there wasn't enough of them to give the beer any distinct flavor. Recently, prices were raised well beyond the norm for San Diego breweries; as much as $7 for a pint of "nothing special." But the ambience. Go for the people, at least once. Sort of a wild west, open factory floor, patriots-only, décor on the inside, with a small pond (turtles and fish) outside and plenty of outdoor seating. Food trucks sell from the parking lot, while locals pass through. What sets this place apart, though, is that not a single person was unwilling to talk with a total stranger. The staff is willing to talk beer (and pretty much anything else) when the crowd isn't in the way, and the customers were instantly friendly with a total stranger. I talked with two of the staff (out of three that I saw) at length. I was welcome and enjoyed every minute. I just wish I liked the beer. Late addition: A disturbing fact emerged recently; they don't pay their servers! I heard that they were called volunteers and worked only for tips. I called the brewery and it was denied, so I planned a meeting with some clients. Then, after I arrived, asked a manager. He told me straight out, "We don't do that volunteer crap." But less than an hour later, when I asked a server whether the wage was fair, I was told "I don't get paid, I'm a volunteer." Maybe I'll go back when they treat their employees like employees. read more

Just left this wonderful find. Imagine everything I want under one roof. I tried the Imperial Porter. It was bold and smooth at the same time. I can't wait to try the spirits. (I only gave it 4 stars because I'm saving the last one for the whiskey.) You guys are doing it right. I know you will make a lot of people happy with your wonderful products and winning attitudes. Santee is turning into a pseudo-mecca of craft brewing vibrancy. BNS provides an earthy, steely aesthetic. Guns and gusto are the orders of the day. The walls are adorned with teeth gritting odes to old west weaponry. The beer is pretty great. The Gatling Gun is probably their flagship. Hearty, robust and inky as a gutted squid, this stuff will maim your liver with its hefty abv. Not only does this beer have bucking power, it provides complex flavors that craft beer aficionados will salivate over. If you're not into dark brews, BNS also has good medium-body ales (Flintlock is amazing). The fact that this place is open at noon on the weekdays makes every fiber of my shoddy frame happy. I can plunk down some jars of barley pops and relax on their large patio by my lonesome. These guys also provide a myriad of food trucks if you're into masticating some food with your molars while you're drinking your beverages. This is a really great installment in the Santee area. Side Note: Patrons, please stop bringing your rambunctious toddlers. I don't want to feel like I'm playing mine sweeper when I'm getting from point A to point B at a brewery. read more

This place is awesome. My wife and I first came here during their "soft opening" weekend and we have been back ever since at least twice a week. Yes, the beer is delicious, made to the strictest of standards and made for their consumers and not the eclectic pallet of the brewer. Their first batch of 4 beers were great, but over the months they have added to their arsenal. The Gattling Gun stout is perfect, especially on a cold(er) day. My personal go-to beer right now is the Marzen, but hurry there is only 1 keg left. My wife and I enjoy visiting breweries all across San Diego County, and there are a lot of them for those who are counting. One of our favorite parts about BNS is how family friendly the place is. This is a place to enjoy a great pint with friends and family. From the large outdoor patio with picnic tables and corn hole boards, to the rustic American decor, you are bound to have a great time. I can't believe some of the negative comments that I have seen on yelp about "allowing kids" at a brewery. Most all of us have children of varying ages and still want to enjoy a quality craft beer. This is a brewery tasting room, not a bar. If you have kids, bring them down. There are play rooms, toys, chalk boards and more. Heck, they may have more fun than you do. The absolute best part about this place is the people. We quickly became friends with not only the owners and staff, but also the loyal patrons who feel the same way. Wes and Jess have got to be the most welcoming people I know. They go out of their way to make everyone feel at home. Andy, Tom, Dan, Tony and Francie are incredible. The BNS team constantly supports local charities, and for a young company that is incredibly impressive. For example tonight was their Boobs and Suds event where $2 from every pint went to Susan B Coleman. This is just one more example that speaks towards the character of BNS and their staff. I am a proud American and I like supporting local business. One thing that you may not know (unless you have been here a time or two) is that this place is owned by 2 Navy Seals (retired) and a local fire fighter. BNS hit the scene in a big way with their gold medals at the GABF. While Santee is far from my normal stomping grounds, after a run up Cowles Mountain and a quick Yelp search, I realized the time was now to try BNS. I enjoyed the drive over as I passed the T-Rex outside of the adjacent Creation Museum. The interior of BNS is fairly spartan but has plenty of room for crowds, a bandstand for music, and a long bar. I had to try the gold medal winning Revolver IPA and came away impressed with the full bodied flavor. I followed this up with a flight of tasters and noted the impressive scotch ale. Unknown to me, BNS is canning their beers, but didn't appear to be canning their Revolver yet. BNS really captures the stereotypes of Santee with mounted animal heads and country décor. The best parts are the signs regarding tolerating motorcycle club insignias. It feels like you're taking a step into Charming, CA and that Jax and Chibs are going to take the stool next to you. read more

beer. beer. beer. :) I have to say the first time I came tried out BNS was their opening week... I was not impressed. Let me clarify... I wasn't impressed with their beer... The ascetics of the place have always been impressive... Industrial looking but warm. A little bit country and a little bit rock and roll type of vibe. Great out door seating with picnic tables. Can play that little toss the bean bag game...They also have a little play room inside for the kids. Always some food truck or another there... from Italian to burgers to pierogies... My last visit was by far the best for beer tasting. I ordered a flight and was given 5 3oz mason jar type jars to drink from and I think all of them were yummy. Don't ask which was which I couldn't tell you. But the flavor was much better and the after taste of the beers seem to not be as bitter, which is a win for me. They took away the chalk board wall for the kids which stinks and they no longer have Root Beer on tap... which also sucks. You are bound to experience a fun but questionable crowd when in Lakeside... when you add beer to the mix it may get dicey at times... but for the most part people here are respectful and we always bring the whole family... read more

One of my new favorites!~ I live in South Park so I am a regular at Stone, Bleching Beaver and now we have Rip Current and Fall brewing! :) My bf lives in San Carlos now, so BNS is pretty close. I LOVE the room and outside set up. It is like hanging out with frineds at their house. the room is large and I love the way it is decorated! It is bright, old west feel, deer heads on the wall, beers are in little mason jars, they are always playing Classic Rock and the staff is awesome! Wes, one of the owners is the most laid back, down to earth guy and is always so nice! I know they have live music on certain nights, but have not had the chance to come by to listen. I cannot tell you just how great this brewery truly is. Unfortunately I was only able to try the amazing ales they had but I was told they distle their own whiskey as well. Guarantee I will be all over that next time. But as unbelievable as their refreshments are the people working there are the true rockstars of this establishment. During my visit i managed to drop my wallet on the floor on my way out the door. To make a long story short I made it back to see if anyone found it and they had closed but as Robert was leaving he noticed me looking around the parking lot and asked if I lost my wallet and of course I said yes. He then proceeded to call the bartender who was already on her way home and found it in her heart to come back and unlock the bar and get me my wallet. Not a thing was missing and they would not allow me to reward them no matter how hard I tried. Needless to say my faith in humanity was once again restored by these amazing people.
