Going to this place made me think that what other cool places that I'm missing as well. Thanks to an event that I was here and it was great time. Easily could spend an entire afternoon. Absolutely chill staff and bbq truck outside besides plenty of parking is enough to welcome in. There is a hall for line dancing other than huge main sitting area. Looking forward to revisit.

5 stars for clean inside . 5 stars for professional and polite staff. 5 stars for service. It's one of the only kid friendly places you can see live band . I been here a few times . I will recommend them. And yes I be back. I love the fan above. The dance floor has a cow skull on it. It was crowded on a Friday night. They had Green Beer for St. Patty's day. I do not drink, so my brother inlaw and sister do . They said it was very good . It was the birthday party for one of the band members, the drummer Dean Osuna. It was an amazing, fun time always with natural selection playing. They even have beer to go. Can even bring your owen food in.

We came upon this hidden gem to watch Lucha Libre being held on the property. This was a delightful afternoon of entertainment, good spirits and tasty noshes. The bartenders make cocktails from scratch and are delightful using the distillery's signature spirits. They had a cigar truck and good eats in the front parking lot. The place is a GEN X haven for country music and comedy nights. The wrestling had a dynamic crowd of people that were hilarious and robust with each comments. The wresting was entertaining and dynamic. Definitely on places to frequent.

Fun Atmosphere! We went and saw a great 80's cover band, and brought our 15 year old son. This is a family friendly environment. There were little kids and and Adults dancing and rocking out!!! , Part bar, part restaurant (great BBQ), part arcade. Great indoor and outdoor space. They have an event everyday. I'll be back

Inside and out on the patio. They have a very nice and large bar top. The place is quite large with an open and airy feel. Definitely cool brewery vibes. The bathroom was really impressive; huge and spotlessly clean. They have a great selection of beers on tap from light to IPA. Stouts, darks - a beer for everybody. Beer only right now. I enjoyed a very tasty Mexican Lager (La Bamba). Becky begrudgingly enjoyed one as well. She no longer drinks beer. She lost nearly 50 pounds by switching to low carb, low calorie seltzers a few years ago. That was our only disappointment, no seltzers. Not even in cans in the cooler. If we ever return, she'll have to bring her own. Sunny Grove does not have a kitchen, but they do host a different food truck or pop-up nearly every day. Check the calendar on their website for details. sunnygrovebeer.com Definitely a cool spot, just wish they'd add a seltzer even if it is canned.

When we saw the Julian Beer Company, we couldn't help but be drawn in for a drink and food! Before ordering, we had used their restroom which is located inside the coffee shop; super cute aesthetic! We went inside, not the first building, but the second building. We had grabbed a menu at the front and looked at what we'd like. We had chosen a few items and waited at the bar area. The man working there wasn't pleasant. Unfortunately, we didn't feel welcomed. He was short with us, stared blankly, and didn't say a lot. There wasn't a greeting nor a nice transaction, since words weren't really exchanged. When we ordered, he didn't respond and there were long pauses. We felt quite judged and confused. We ordered anyway, and took a seat outside. We had ordered their IPA and their Japanese lager. For food, we ordered their cheesesteak, extra rolls, coleslaw, and their sausage. Their sausage was fantastic!! I loved every bite. Th with cheesesteak was also good and had a generous amount of cheese on top. Their beers nicely washed down the food on a warm day. After eating, we decided to waltz into the first building to look at their merchandise. Inside, a different man had greeted us with the biggest smile! He asked if we needed help, and gave us free stickers. He was very kind and made our day! I truly liked the city, beer, place, food, and the service that kind man had given to us. If we didn't have that interaction full of judgement, this place would be beyond five stars! Hoping it will be magnificent next time.

Every single beer I've sampled here has been superb--fresh, well-crafted, and exactly what you want after a day in the saddle. The food is just as reliable; I always look forward to it as the perfect recovery reward. Huge shout-out to servers Katie and Zoe! They were absolutely top-notch, made me feel genuinely welcome and appreciated, and take great care of me the whole time. That kind of service turns a good stop into a memorable one. Location is ideal too--super easy to get to right off the Kumeyaay Highway (I-8). It's a quick in-and-out, so you don't waste any time when you're ready to relax. Bonus: there's always live music on Saturdays, which makes the whole vibe different every time. It's just a fantastic spot to unwind, kick back, and enjoy some quality beer and food after a hard day in the high country. Highly recommend--I'll definitely be back.

Everything is so clean but it has a very good rustic and real feel to it. The drinks here are my favorite because to be honest, I'm a sours beer kind of guy and they have a whole building dedicated to it. The amount of variety when it comes to sours is great a prices are fair. Flavors pop but theirs also a good enough selection if you want a more chill sour that won't punch you in the face. The other building (not sure which is considered the main ones) has a large selection of your typical IPAs, lagers, you name it. The flavors are good and they seems to have some deals going on from time to time for cans to take home which I can appreciate. They also have a few board games to keep you entertained and seem to consistently have some options fora food vendor as well as many times having live music. Definitely worth the visit on a day you see them having one of these vendors or live bands you may be interested in. The people here seem to be very friendly with their regulars and greet you as if you're a friend. I think this bodes well with breweries considering you're usually here to have a good time and chill. I wonder if this is a location on eBird. Yes, I am a dork. I came here years ago while on a business trip and randomly found this place and loved it here. So when a date suggested we come here, I took a look at the venue and remembered what an awesome brewery this is! Date gets some brownie points for chosing this spot, maybe this could go somewhere haha. Parking is a situation here. But if you go past the restaurant, there is some parking on the road and in small lot meant for those enjoying nature. I felt bad taking one of these spots. There is paid public parking on the corner before the restaurant and valet is available at this brewery. I need to figure out another way to get here... On a Sunday afternoon, place had people but it wasnt mobbed. Baseball game and Del Mar horse races were showing on the TVs. But, don't come here to watch TV, look outside! I saw some very good bird action, including an egret doing some weird strutting in the lush greenery. I am bummed I forgot to bring my binoculars but I will be back here again soon with binocs ready! I started off with a hefeweisen and that was good, date had a Mexican lager x 2. I had the ceviche (pretty good) and had the aioli on the side. Date had a sandwich of some kind and copious amounts of fries. It took a lot of will power for me to not have any of those fries, they looked so yummy! I also had a watermelon beer, this had hints of watermelon flavor and I enjoyed it. Great spot for large groups too as there were a few large parties sitting in the "outside" space. Hostess initially asked if we wanted to sit "inside" or "outside," and I was confused as it all looked like outside to me haha. I guess this is SoCal, everything is open air. This is a nice spot to have convo, very spacious, lots of nice tables, we sat at a high top. I love perching higher up, kinda of like a bird haha! Waitresses here were all very good, some very cute too (eye candy is always appreciated). Overall, a really fun way to spend a Sunday summer afternoon! I'll be back!

The restaurant is really loud when crowded and you can only talk to the person right next to you, but that worked ok in a group of 7 anyway--we just had multiple mini conversations. Most of the people in our group ordered beers, but I ordered a nonalcoholic prickly pear hibiscus ginger beer which was ok--pretty subtle, but it quenches the thirst all the same. I ordered the Farmer's burger (black bean) with added avocado and a side salad which comes with a lemon vinaigrette. I had to eat it with a knife and fork after removing the top bun. Very tasty. My daughter ordered crispy shrimp tacos which she really enjoyed. Most people ordered the backyard burger which looked pretty good--choice of fries or side salad.
