I got the American because Eric and himself said it was good. it took about 10 minutes, but it was worth it. I have never been to Philly, but I hear it's comparable. The roll was amazing and oh so fresh and everything else was just a delicious melty yumminess. They also have fries several different ways, but today the fryer was broke, so I was not able to check them out. Eric is a very nice guy and has a great little business going for himself that has become quite popular. He has a very nice food truck as well.

I ordered the Philly Philly, which is a cheesesteak with fried peppers , onions and mushrooms and your choice of cheese: provolone, American or mozzarella. One of the biggest pluses - they put them on authentic AMOROSO rolls. So fresh and delicious. They also have a variety of side items for $5. We got 2 orders of onion rings and they were so yummy. They are battered, not breaded, and taste fantastic. The person that took my order told me to wait in my car and he'd bring it to me. He had it out to me, hot and delicious in about 5 minutes. Right now they're open Mon-Fri 11-6pm, and Saturday 11-3pm, closed Sunday. If you want a good cheesesteak, give them a try. The steaks are $15, which sounds kind of expensive, but once I factored in the amount of meat (mine was stuffed), veggies, cheese and the rolls (which aren't local), I get it. I'd say they've learned some tricks! Neither the steak not the chicken were dry/tough. I was pleased with everything in my Trio Combo, and as always the portions are huge. I'll get three meals out of this. It's almost as good as Sakura, my fav teppanyaki around, but bonus, this comes without a show (that I know by heart). Only thing I'd change is I'd love to have option of rice or noodles! This is worth it every time, so I'll be back... in two months when my Santa-work is done!

I ordered the rice bowl topped with tempura shrimp. Very disappointing. Where's the shrimp? Nothing but batter that I peeled away to get to the shrimp. Also, too much mayonnaise, very little slaw, and flavorless yellow rice. Sorry for the downer review especially when a woman (the chef) is doing business. I am a big supporter of women in business. I hope this review helps her step up the flavors of this particular dish. This is my first time trying this food truck and maybe other options are better. Good luck.

One of the best food trucks I've visit in a while! The tempura tacos are on point! The sauces you can get pair perfectly with any of the tacos! The tempura is light and crispy. It also didn't have an oily texture or taste! The truck workers were fun to talk with. They made jokes and recommendations, and were awesome to talk to! I will be back!
