He over heard us asking one of the employees at Home Depot for help and being told they didn't carry anything for tankless water heater maintenance. He introduced himself and said this was something he could assist us with. We asked for his business card, but he didn't have one on him. He sent us the link for his Yelp business listing and said to call him if ended up needing his help. After driving around to find the supplies and not having any luck, we decided to contact Angel and set up an appointment. He came over and provided the service and was very informative. He answered all of our questions and concerns as this was our first time servicing the tankless water heaters. Since our old plumber didn't know anything about fixing/repairing things that are not working properly, I had to look around and found this company. This is a family owned business that has been around for over 30 years. They specialize in fixing sinks, toilets, drain stoppers, main line stoppers, garbage disposals, dishwashers, kitchen water lines, and more.. I used this company twice before. Once for my sink's garbage disposal, and the other time was for the sinks in both of my bathrooms. My landlord bought this cheap faucet that they use at fast food chain restaurants, and didn't do anything with the valve or the damages, that was caused by the leaks that literally became to be a lake in both bathrooms. My cleaning supplies, toilet papers, paper towels that I keep under my sink were SO wet along with both floors. The job that those 2 guys did in an hour and a half, took my old plumber to do in 5 hours and was still not fixed. It was like putting a band-aid on a wound. Our pressure regulator to the house failed and the water pressure was 150psi. This sprung a leak in the old shower valve (3 knob) for our main bathroom. It backs up to the hallway. He came over, addressed the immediate need by capping off the water lines feeding the tub valve in our bathroom. We were without a primary tub for a few days while the valve (we have an older house and this is particular part is not common) was ordered. It left us with full functionality of our home including a stand up shower in the second bathroom. He worked from the hallway, so that we wouldn't have to re-tile our bathroom tub surround. This is quite a bit trickier, but much better for the homeowner. He also replaced or regulator on the outside of the house. This was at the very beginning of pandemic lockdowns! He wore a mask and gloves at all times. When he left, he left everything spotless. And on Christmas Eve, he dropped by with a gift for our son. He remembered us 8 months later and our boy (who constantly wanted to "see what was going on"). Awake Plumbing-not just great service. The owner, Al, is quite simple and exceptionally caring and thoughtful human being. I'll be using his services whenever I need ANY plumbing needs taken care of.
