Yes, that's a lot of money, but when something is this well put together, very well worth the price in my opinion. And when you're spending that much, any sin gets pointed out in great detail. Cool that you can see the ducks being dry aged. - Celeriac ($18.00) - shrimp tartare with celery root and grapes were refreshing. - Duck ($43.00) - dry aged breast was excellent. Beets were delicious. - Seafood ($47.00) - halibut was perfectly cooked. Didn't love the mushy, mashed zucchini texture. - Pork & scallop ($43.00) - pork belly was next level.
