Fresh and crispy on both sides. The amount of sauerkraut and 1000 Island dressing was appropriate, and there was no indication of the oh-so-common "soak through" disease that seems to plague Reuben sandwiches everywhere. Our waitress was very sweet, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. I ordered the Caribbean roll, and it was phenomenal! Definitely one of the best sushi rolls I've ever had. It had a sweet plantain on top and was packed with flavor. I also got a vegetable roll, which was just okay. The place had a chill mix of customers: a family, & some older couples. Overall, great service, good music, and amazing specialty rolls. It's also BYOB (wine and beer only) which is nice. I'll definitely be back to try the ramen next time!
