Dionne was very welcoming and kind! The line was fast and efficient and moved along. I will say though, that the line for coffee could have been handled better. Just hit the Boars Head Cafe in the Altanta Airport, Concourse A. I was in a pinch for time so, seeing this line was short and it was a step above a grab-and-go but not quite a sit-down, I figured this was a great spot for a quick, other than fast food option. I ordered the Rueben and made it a meal. This was a hot sandwich, and although I didn't think it was toasted enough, it was decent. I thought they did a great job of giving a a healthy amount of protein and a good balance of sauerkraut. It did lack a little sauce in my opinion, but overall not bad. My only complaint is the price, but it's an airport, and everything is overpriced. Can't really score the ambiance because I ate it at my gate, but they do offer a small, cafeteria style seating area. read more

What should have been an easy experience was very disappointing. For $16 I got a Cafe Italian sub. Small amount of meat was very disappointing along with no sub sauce as advertised. The staff were plentiful but only one person would take orders, not at the take order sign. The manager watched while I struggled to get the attention of the gentleman taking orders who rarely made eye contact. When he spoke it was in an indecipherable accent and low. Without asking what I wanted on the sub he said go to cashier. It's an airport so by the time I got to eat it without the sauce I could not go back. This is in the Atlanta airport at A concourse by the stairs. It's convenient. I had the Protein Breakfast wrap. Turkey, egg white, feta, spinach and tomato in a wrap. Tasted very good - except way too salty. My SO had the Sweet Start croissant. Good but also too salty. Price was high, it's an airport. Service was fairly fast for us. read more

Firstly, my tuna sandwich/croissant tasted like sh*t! ZERO star for RUDE service. I stood in line and was cut off by an employee stocking the chips and put all the empty boxes scattering all over. The stocking lady was yapping with other employees and didn't even clear the boxes (big liability) for customers or telling customers to go around the boxes. The customer before me was pissed because the employees were chatting and cracking with laughing. Everyone who eats sandwiches or knows anything about deli meat knows that boars head is top tier. I was super excited to be having a sandwich with boars head lunchmeat. My sandwich order is pretty basic. I always get the same thing, honey turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and extra mayo. This time around I went with sliced wheat bread. The sandwich was satisfactory. This café is super busy so the ordering process can seem a bit confusing. You start with one person taking your order then you move down to watch them make your order and then another person cashes you out. You definitely need to be paying attention or you could accidentally get someone else's sandwich or miss ingredient being added to your sandwich. The staff were nice but they seem a little bit disorganized. It wasn't a bad experience but I don't recommend if you're in a rush. read more
