Our very first time to a Shake Shack and we really enjoyed it! The young guy at the counter was incredibly friendly, and helped us figure out our order and pointed out where the condiments and all were. The hamburgers WERE AMAZING -- juicy, just the right char on the edges, and pink in the middle. You could tell they were cooked fresh! Also, my wife has a gluten-type sensitivity and didn't get her typical blisters after eating the bun -- which was soft and fresh, not your typical staleness at a fast food place. The only thing missing from This location was indoor seating. We did enjoy the scenery of the neighborhood out on the patio, but it was chilly and a bit windy. I love me some Shake Shack and honestly top 3 favorite burger spots for a smash burger (my personal preference) in the city. The service members at this location are actually polite, friendly, and accommodating despite how busy they get during lunch/dinner rush. I still got my food within 10-15 min tops and despite having only outdoor dining as an option, it's still incredibly convenient for take out. I stan Shake Shack! This location has parking with a large shared outdoor patio. No seating inside of the restaurant. The service was quick and the restaurant seemed clean. Located at the twelfth street entrance to Piedmont park, it takes up the empty space right next to Willy's. Visited on opening night, the service was prompt and friendly. They offered us a refill on our drink. Food was standard Shake Shack fare. The patio is pet friendly and they sell dog biscuits. After an event at the Botanical Gardens, my party of 7 stopped by this location for dinner. Our first Shake Shack vlimited but I lucked up on a handicap spot in the front. It looked like there were only about 12 spots in the front. There is parking in the back also, but I don't know the logistics. We were greeted upon entry & placed our orders at the kiosks. There is no indoor seating here, which was fine because it was freezing inside. We grabbed seats outside & Taylor delivered our food shortly after ordering. I was pleasantly surprised that with such a large order, EVERYTHING was correct!! The food was delicious. My burger was cooked to perfection. The chicken sandwich was heavenly & the chicken bites were tender & juicy with great flavor. I am a fan! Taylor came & checked on us a couple of times & made sure we were satisfied & had drink refills to go. I'm not sure if this is standard procedure, but I love good customer service & he nailed it! One of my favorite burger places in the east coast! The food embodies the American spirit, greasy, meaty goodness. I ordered the double stack burger with the spicy fries and boy do they have a kick to em. The fries are nice and crispy, too. The ambiance was very casual with only out side dining at this location. Service is mainly self order, they bring it your food, then you self seat and service yourself. I love Shake Shack so much! To be a quick "fast food" considered burger it's the best hands down! I always get the Shack Stack. The buns are really soft and flavorful (it seems like they cook them in butter which adds to the taste). The ingredients seem fresh and I love the shake sauce sauce. I highly recommend the bacon cheese fries too. Liquid cheese and crispy bacon...say no more! They're super good! They also had amazing service! I liked the tablets used for quick ordering and that they text you when your order is ready for pickup at the counter. This new location is in a great spot. The menu is the same as all other locations. I was going to an event in Piedmont Park and needed a meal to go. The lobby is small, not more than 10 people fit comfortably. There's 3 kiosk to order food. You put in your name and telephone number and they will text you so you don't need to wait in there. Theres a shelf inside for orders placed but there's also a window outside where a person will give you your order. Best part is there are 2 good sized bathrooms inside. Outside there lots of space to sit, wait and eat and a small parking lot. There's ketchup dispenser with cups and lids. Other condiments you can get from someone behind the counter. I wonder how things will be done when the weather turns cold but I'm glad they are there. read more

The Shake Shack at Piedmont Park in Atlanta, Georgia was the polar opposite of those I had experienced in California. The food was absolutely delicious and actually hot and fresh. The customer service was so friendly and helpful that I thanked the woman who helped me with my order. The establishment was very clean and inviting unlike the eatery directly beside them. Yes, the food is a little pricey but it was so worth it for today's experience. I got the Double Bacon Bourbon Jam Burger and Cheese Fries, and my mouth is still watering thinking about how perfectly delicious it all was. (side note they only take your order if you're paying cash. if you're using a card then you have to use the machines.) After placing our orders it didn't take too long to receive the food. Shake Shack is probably my favorite burger chain and this one is no different! Located in Piedmont Park next to Willy's, this shack is very pedestrian friendly for all park-goers. With that being said, parking can be a tad hairy- they do have a very small free parking lot that is very abruptly located off Piedmont Ave. You are able to order via app and pick up at the walk up window, but you can also order inside normally. The inside is very small and there are no tables, but they do have restrooms. All of the tables are outside on the really cutely lit patio that is facing the park and the lovely Piedmont Ave. The food and service is consistent with any other Shake Shack I've been to. My go-to is a shack stack and cheese fries. A great quick option if you're at Piedmont Park and looking to grab a bite or have a lil picnic! read more

I resently starting eating beef to help heal my broken wrist! And this place was on my bucket list because of the quality of the ingredients they use in their food! I watched a YouTube video of the foods that were good to eat and which ones to bypass! I'm giving this place 3 stars because of how frustrating it was to obtain a order, from placing the order on their app, trying to paying for the order and using Google to get to the location during rush hour traffic! It took several attempts to place the order. The app kept kicking out my payment! Twice it told me my cards were invalid! I even called the restaurant only to be told they don't accept phone orders and i should try Doordash and choose "pickup"! I decided to get I one last shot before giving up! After removing the cheese fries, my order went through! I guess really I didn't need them! I used the link on the app to navigate to the location! I knew the directions were suspected when Google drove to the middle of a empty field and announced "You've Reached Your Destination!" Only to find out I was 5 minutes away in the wrong direction in rush hour traffic! I finally made it to the location before they composted my order! Once I got home I threw both cheese burgers in the airflyer to keep warm while I made my own potatoe wedges in the airflyer! The 1st thing I notice when it was taking the burgers apart was the amount of grease on the buns, it was alot! Then I notice the lack of vegetables on the buns, but I pushed on away hoping for the best! Once the potatoes wedges were ready, I reconstructed the burgers! I added spinach, some homegrown tomatoes, some more cheese, mustard and some Dukes! I have to admit once you got passed the grease, the burgers was really good and you could taste the meat! The black n white shake I had was the best I've ever had and really helped wash down the grease! I was really impressed and really enjoyed it! After several visits since my last review, I see an improvement in the way the pickup orders are handled and the team has been attentive to those waiting for pickup. Food is consistently great. The seating is outdoor only, and they have designated parking spots for pickup orders. Slowwwwwww - I picked up at a lower traffic time (3:45pm) - nobody ordering but at least 15-20 employees in the kitchen. No idea what they were doing.
