Ron at Manasota Marine not only did exactly what he said, but went the extra mile for me as well. Ron did a 100 hour engine tune-up, replaced the prop shaft and provided a loaner prop while my prop was being refurbished. He provided the loaner so I could use the boat to entertain visiting guests. Once the prop was refurbished, he came to my location and installed. He did all his work with a pleasant, service-oriented attitude and in a timely manner. I wish he did landscaping, painting, HVAC, appliance repair, etc, etc. !!
