Interstate in their infinite wisdom said they would warranty (1) one battery and a small credit for a couple more. I guess they don't understand the concept of a warranty contract or customer service. In the 15yrs I've owned the boat I have NEVER received such poor service for a supposedly covered product. They also don't understand what it takes to replace the batteries on a boat, so once every 3 or 4 years is enough. My shop was a dedicated Interstate customer and spent thousands per year with them until today. I have forbidden my parts manager, general manager to ever order from Interstate again. When you default on your word and warranty you have nothing left. Your word should be everything. Walmart, Kmart (had), Sears, Costco all took better care of their clients. I sure hope it was worth it for you, we know all the shops and they will all be made aware of your breached warranty contract. I have also reached out to corporate to further express my disgust and how one of their franchises treats commercial clients. If I treated my clients in the same manner, I'd be out of business. Rightfully so. If you think it's just about money, that's your 5th mistake. I wish you luck, with crappy, non existent customer service, you'll need it.

Yes, they carried what I needed, had it in stock and absolutely do the installation for an extremely fair price! Saving me almost $100 of a dealer quoted price which was basically labor. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The heat outside was oppressive, I felt for him, as the temp outside was 95* and they bring a cart out to the parking lot and change out the batteries. I imagine not having an indoor bay probably keeps the overhead down and passes a great savings on to the consumer. The staff of three were all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It was suggested I get a new battery for the key fob too....good idea. I'm confident my upcoming 8 hr trip will be safer. I always do surveys but this place deserved a review. I hope it helps one other consumer not worry they will be stranded when their battery indicator displays this message. Have a great day traveling with confidence.
