Given that we had ample time to study the menu, we knew what we wanted for the night - their winter set menus. Initially, the reason for the visit was that we won their contest on Instagram for dinner of 2 on their set menu B, however, we asked if we could upgrade to the menu C and pay the difference, which, they were able to accommodate our request. Their set menu each comes with a choice of appetizer, a main course, a dessert, a non-alcoholic beverage, AND coffee/ tea. The pan seared atlantic salmon was definitely a winner! Crispy on the skin, and the salmon was cooked perfectly with it being juicy and tender and very silky-smooth. The striploin was cooked just the way we asked - medium rare. The red velvet cake was a nice touch to finish off our evening, but the cream cheese frosting was a little bit sweet to our liking. Other than that, the cake itself was soft and moist.
