I was a bit unsure when I first looked into the club because I wasn't sure how supervised the kids would be and I didn't want my child to have a rough time. He learned so much and made great friends. He is no longer able to go here due to the distance from our home, I wish that wasn't the case. Once a month they would have someone from the zoo come in with different animals and talk to the children, plus a gymnastics instructor would come for sessions as well. He was always bringing home cute art projects and anytime there was an accident, no matter how small, they would notify you immediately when you came to pick up. LSP on Chestnut literally saved us from a terrible situation and had a spot for Evelyn starting in three days. But LSP was so much more than daycare. It was a place where Evelyn was loved and cared for by people who really loved her. In the six months she's been at LSP, she's thrived. She's grown her vocabulary, developed so many skills, became obsessed with babies and purses and uses sign language at home. Every scratch, reported. Every snack, documented. Across all classrooms the friendliness of the staff, and quality of the childcare has been consistent. The environment is safe (lots of precautions are in place) and transparent to parents. It is not the cheapest option around, but it is within the parameters of what I would consider reasonably priced, and I believe it's a good value for the services received. My kids have made many friendships there which is a huge parent bonus.
