My problem is they have a huge inventory of OLD cars and don't have a lift for undercarriage inspection. I ruined a shirt crawling under the car the best I could trying to inspect. Oil all over the back. I actually asked the salesman for a T shirt which I thought he would gladly provide (free advertising). He laughed it off and went on his way. You would think a business that sells High End Classics would have a $3000. lift available for customers to inspect the cars with.

Then imagine my disappointment when I was going to take it out to run around the block two days after limping it home from Total and it was totally dead. Nine days later, I went to have my car washed again and a different attendant could not find my active membership in the system. I showed her my receipt, and she insisted it had to be on a different phone number. She was very rude. The manager or assistant manager came out, and I showed him the receipt and even pulled the transaction up on my bank account and showed him. He then stated I canceled it too soon; however, I only did what the original attendant advised me to do! He then stated I could go through the wash this one time and no more. I did not get what I paid for!
