We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. We were charged $145 and hour + the price of supplies. It was worth every cent to know that everything was done properly this time around.

He proceeded to tear open three different areas looking for the leak on the main floor of my house. Since he didn't find it he replaced a pipe and charged me $2,450. Two weeks later the leak got worse and flooded my entire basement. I called him back, he fixed the problem and charged me another $1,400 and he doesn't take a credit card! To add insult to injury I was at the high school for an event when he noticed me and walked by with his head hung low. This just shows me he was aware of what he did.
