I love the family feel to all of it! Nice young people serving and keeping up with the pace. Coke products on the fountain! Sweet and unsweetened tea available. I saw some milkshakes coming out of the back that looked real good! Soup of the day was French onion ! Looks like a family place . I can't wait to taste the liver and onions. I know, it's an acquired taste. We are having wings and a soup too. They have a great variety of offerings and they have FB specials to look into and special's at the door. Wings were an 8! Soup looked like it would stick to your ribs. Dad left nothing! Liver and Onions was sooooo good! We had a great server named Tim! He was awesome! We ended with a nice chocolate shake which was delish! Sunday traffic here is steady, but moves well. They are closed on Mondays.

Unfortunately, the hot dogs arrived first. The hot dogs were really good with mustard, chili and onions. The chili is tasty and it's the perfect consistency for a hot dog. I really enjoyed them. Unfortunately, my waitress didn't show up for over 20 minutes. I was out of soda and I really wanted my salad. I finally asked if my salad was coming, and she said, "You didn't get it?"...Uh, no, that's why I'm asking you about it. My antipasto salad finally arrived and it was delicious. I would definitely order it again. The food here is good and it is reasonably priced. The service was not good on this particular Saturday afternoon.

Lunch was outstanding. The filet was perfectly cooked with fresh cracked pepper. The fries appetizer came topped with melted parmesan and bacon -- rich, not overly crisp, and addictive. The bread had an airy interior with a beautifully done crust. The Texas Tea was blended just right, flavorful without being overwhelming. Highly recommend the strawberry shortcake. When your waitress gives a suggestion, listen -- Rachel did not steer us wrong. The atmosphere was calm with a soft, warm glow and great décor. The belt‑buckle display on the wall added a rustic touch that fit the space perfectly. Overall, a fantastic experience. We'll definitely be back.

Then after a while our food was brought out, the Brussel sprouts were dryer than the Sahara Desert, but our server was no where to be seen for 30 MINS or LONGER!!!! That is absolutely ridiculous, we had to ask a different server for help. When she came back no sorry ass excuse, no nothing just omg I'm sorry I'll fix that. It was fixed!! Do better.
