I wish I could give this business a ZERO rating!! We purchased a preowned Volvo XC90 on November 18th, at the end of that business day. Vehicle came with a 30-day warranty. (1000 miles 50/50 for major components). The signing of the papers and the inspection were brief as the dealer told us they support their cars and used cars go through a very comprehensive inspection process, (plus we wanted to respect their time for staying to the last minute to close, plus we were told they will support us for 30-days. We drove 90 miles to pick up the car. Having a high level of trust in people, and when buying from a dealer, one would think you are covered and taken care of. After driving it home that evening, we noticed something just didn't seem right. My husband immediately called the next morning asking for support (including sending them videos of the engine issues). Sales, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Service, General Manager all ignoring my voicemails and emails, as we got passed back and forth and ignored for days. The dealership staff that we dealt with, all the way up to the General Manager continues to ignore my emails and voicemails. After speaking to and sending a lengthly email to Ed the GM, he acted like he knew nothing about my situation, rushing the call, saying he will look into to it, and rudely hanging up! They dismissed our request for support and we had to put $1800 into a vehicle that was only owned for 15 hours with less than 100 miles of driving. The staff was absolutely rude. Horrible customer service!! I would never recommend buying anything from this dealership! I have purchased dozens of vehicles in my years and this by far is the worst experience I've ever had. They are not interested in making it right and just don't care! 3-weeks later and zero resolution or support! I had a wonderful experience when we bought our Explorer from Bob Ferrando! How does this car story get better? LOANER CAR is how-- It seems the lunch schedule was going to collide with some work I was having done so I got a loaner. Really great experience all around. I took a friend here to look at a certain car. The salesman was so friendly and could get her a GREAT end of year price. She told him exactly what she had to work with again Great that was what he got her. THEN last we saw of him she got passed down. Went to take car home broke down shortly after leaving parking lot. Took back wanted to charge her $50 to check it, water pump.$200 they could have her on her way. NOT...after begging got her money back but found out the car was in their shop in Nov. 2019 for oil change and it was noted that it needed a water pump but the gentlemen traded it in instead. The car was never fixed and put in their heated garage for sale.I was considering trading my car in but seeing this is how they treat people,maybe because we were female, lower income but this just makes me sick...see if this makes their reviews!!! read more

I purchased a Lincoln here 2 years ago and had received satisfactory service ---- until today. After today, I can say that I will not return and would warn anyone seeking service here. On Friday, my husband left his truck at Ferrando Ford for new brakes. They lacked a part, gave him a loaner and told him the truck would be ready on Monday. On Monday, they called and asked if he had been experiencing any problems with his windshield wipers. He told them no; they then admitted that they had accidentally drained his battery over the weekend and, after charging it, realized that the wipers would not turn off. They then told him they did nothing wrong - that the malfunction was "coincidental" and that we would have to take the truck elsewhere for diagnostic and repairs. They then proceeded to pull the fuse to stop the wipers, which also disabled the high beams and the TURN SIGNALS!. Then, they told my husband they were done and charged him over $800 for the brake work!!!!! When I learned what happened, I told my husband to turn the car around and leave it on their lot until it was fixed. After many calls - and advising them that I was a lawyer - they finally agreed to fix the truck! Through this whole process, the service manager was rude and arrogant. The General Manager finally intervened and that is when the truck was finally repaired. I later learned that the service manager is paid based on the department's profit and loss for the month so he didn't want to eat the cost of repairing what his mechanic had clearly broken! I bought a 2013 ford escape I had it only 39 days when the transmission started acting up I took it back to the service aid it had internal transmission problems my warrenty ran out 9 days earlier theydid nothing to help me it was going to be 2000.00 just for labor please stay away from this rip off place I will never buy another vehicle from these crooks read more
