First off I wanted to take a personal jab here because the folks at this office are freaking AMAZING. 1. Tamika its 100% your responsibility to pay your insurance not the agent calling to bug you for payments. 2. I'm sure you had insurance cards so how did that magically end up at the right mail box? As for Conan... well bud the entire insurance industry shares your information. Its no secret and there is nothing you can do about that. As for them trying to save you money and your complaining... why? Just tell them no thanks and only deal with the quote that you asked for. So on to my story and why these people are GREAT. First off Clay is the schit. Love the dude, he is awesome to talk to and just bs with and handle business. I was with Progressive for 12years. my wife had 1 accident and they nailed me to the cross. 26% rate increase across the board on all vehicles. I also had home owners insurance with them as well and was paying $700 a year but after they had a fall out with Amerprise home insurance my home owners jumped to close to $3,000 a year!. So after my wife's accident and the rate increase with progressive I got a call from Clay. he called me like once or twice a year to see if he could save me insurance. He did this for 4 or 5 years. He was always nice and professional. So I explained to him about the wife's accident and the rate increase. He told me on and once we pulled the rates he was actually able to get me a rate that was a little less than what I was paying before my wife's wreck and much better deductibles. I had full coverage and the same coverages. With progressive I had 500 ded comp/collision. $250 uninsured. Clay got me $0 ded comp/$250 collision and uninsured with same limits. As for my home owners insurance he got me a great rate as I called around and could not get the low rate we originally had. Everyone else was quoting $1800-2900 for home owners. i got it for $1400. So for anyone wondering if this office is good or not trust me when i say they are GREAT. They may not always been the cheapest but lets face it that is not the office's fault. That all comes from underwriting and where you live at and your CREDIT score and such. But the have always called me back and they are always friendly. ASK FOR CLAY!!!!

Got homeowners insurance through this agency. Told the agent that the roof on the house needed to…read morebe replaced and agent said I would get a reduction on the insurance premium once roof was replaced. Agency then sent "inspector" to premises unannounced, only did an exterior "inspection" and then claimed the roof didn't pass inspection (although the house was already inspected for the mortgage and passed, and even came in slightly more than the selling price on the valuation). Insurance company's "inspector" also claimed a crack in the side of the chimney indicated foundation problems. No foundation problems were noted in the inspection done by the inspector for the financing. So now these jokers (Allstate) are going to cancel my policy, causing harm to me and my standing to get (good) insurance because of their incompetent and unprofessional "inspection". All this harm to me the consumer based on a problem this agency was told about before they issued the policy (the roof) (and the roof has since been replaced), and a non-existent "problem" (foundation) alleged by their incompetent (and trespassing) inspector. Do NOT go with this agency! UPDATE: Got Allstate's cancellation letter in the mail today. In spite of the fact that the insurance agent was notified in the morning on December 30 that the entire roof had been replaced, later that same day Allstate sent a letter claiming the roof had "granular loss." I will be filing a complaint with the Georgia State Insurance office to document Allstate's falsehoods. I will also be notifying my bank regarding the lie in Allstate's letter. Also, the letter claimed my "chimney is cracking." Rather different from Allstate's original allegation that there were foundation problems. UPDATE: I replaced the Allstate insurance with a different insurance company on January 5, 2016. In spite of having been notified of this, Allstate continues to claim they "cancelled" my insurance (thus causing me harm) on January 20, 2016. Allstate first sent me a "collections notice" (causing me further harm) claiming I owed them money for the period of November 2015 through January 20, 2016. This was in spite of the fact that Allstate received an entire YEAR of insurance premium at closing! Allstate has in my records that it lodged a "collection attempt" which is another falsehood on the part of Allstate and causes me further harm. Then, after all these falsehoods, Allstate sent me a partial refund of the money it received, but has illegally withheld money for the period after it was replaced by another insurance company. So, not only does Allstate lie, but Allstate also steals people's money. Run away, run away. As for the review that was posted in February: Please. How long have you been employed by Allstate?

This is about one insurance agent (Marc Kogan) only and may not represent the company as a whole…read more I hired Kogan as my insurance agent in the middle of June of 2017 and was told that my policies would take effect per 7/1. On July 13th my mother passed away (!) and I was about to travel to Europe for her funeral and didn't want to leave my family behind without ID cards so inquired about this since I didn't receive any proof of insurance yet. (!) However, when on July 17th (over one month after my signatures) I still did not have any proof of insurance or binder or anything, I was worried and asked a few times about a status update. Especially after my mortgage company started to notify me about the absence of any insurance. Where I expected some helpful customer service, especially in light of just losing my mom, I literally received the most unprofessional and embarrassing e-mail from him that I've ever seen from any service provider. It was sent at 12.32am (!), had no salutation and basically, I'm paraphrazing' told me to stop questioning him, shut up and just believe him because he 'knew what he was doing'.... (this is no joke, this really happened) Needless to say that I will never to business with Marc Kogan again. He now transferred to Harry Norman Realtor Services, I believe.
