They quoted me for mopar parts and installed a cheap aftermarket starter. When I called about it they did make it right and installed an actual mopar part. After replacing all of the suspension over the last couple months, I decided to have them do the alignment since I felt they would have experience with jeeps and torque specs etc. when I picked it up today (7/30/19), I was concerned that they didn't do much alignment wise based on the print out they gave me. I mentioned this to the service person and they said that was as close as it will ever be due to my having installed aftermarket parts. After sharing the printout with my mechanic friend and on a Jeep forum, it was agreed upon that I got a lazy alignment tech who barely adjusted the caster or camber, both of which are very much adjustable. I'm going to take it to an actual alignment shop, and if they can align it correctly, I will be asking for my money back.

The manager is a total con artist, terrible business man, and just a serious joke when it comes to customer service. My husband's truck when back to Dodge and their repairman three seperate times at least. It was not until we threatened legal action that they half a** stepped up to the plate. They never mentioned this to me upon pickup. I only realized I needed tires when driving back from Myrtle beach that same week in a rain storm & my car was all over the road. The tires have 31,000 so they aren't that old. On the NYS inspection I know my drive side wiper blade was torn because it was leaving a streak & I had checked why weeks before. Although my vehicle still passed inspection, again with no mention of the torn wiper. I will not be returning to this dealership for service nor would I recommend them to anyone.
