The father, Jeff, was evasive and unreachable at times. Driving to the garage my car was parked in the same spot got nearly 30 days. Breaks still screwed up after taking it back to fix. Now they have to fix them for the 3rd time, same problem, ribbing and squealing! The can't give me a time for appt. I have to leave my car for the 3rd time which is a grave inconvenience as I don't have another car to drive. They usually don't have it done that day, and the repair pushes to the next day. I drive my car for a living and can't go without my car sooo many times for the same problem!! Then I had them replace the breaking light bar as it stopped working. After pulling my car apart to do this, it was never put back the way it was. Panels not connected in the trunk and in the back seat!! It's unfortunate as this garage is close to me so I can walk back home after leaving the car up-teem many times, but to the point of being ridiculous!! I do not recommend this garage!!

They took my car right in (it was a Saturday afternoon) and had it done within an hour. I walked across the street (which was an adventure on the corner of Clover and Monroe) to Brueggers and then to Starbucks while I waited (which was much better than waiting in a waiting room) which was nice. I came back a little over 30 minutes later and they brought my car back out to me and I was on my way. Price wasn't bad, and I tend to trust a place like this more than a Jiffy Lube so I will definitely be back.
