We were told by Josh Talburt the owner of Pud's Paint/Fab & Collision the car would be ready on Wednesday 2/15/23. I called Wednesday and was told it would be ready until Friday. When my wife and I went to pick up the car on Friday the car was covered in dust with the keys on the roof parked outside. The interior of the car was filthy with stains on the front seats. The Drivers door where the dent was looked like someone painted with a spray can. We told Josh that this was unacceptable. He said he would "Buff it out". He did. When the car was retuned to us later on Friday there was a dent that was not there Friday morning. Josh told us to bring it back and he could "PDR" the dent. I told Josh Talburt this is not where I will do business ever in the future. I have several cars that I wanted to give to him for restoration. I suggest anyone reading this to think twice before taking any vehicle to this business! I spent all day Saturday 2/18/23 cleaning up the mess that "PUD'S Paint Fab & Collision left for me. The remedy that Josh Talburt gave me was he charged me $500 instead of the agreed estimate of $750 to $800. Trust me I would rather of paid the $800 to have my car done right. This is no way to run a business. Josh Talburt's exscuses were everything from supply chain issues to "I had an emergency road service. The last exscuse on Friday was one of his workers Uncles I believe had a heart attack! Again do yourself a favor do not use this business!

Last Friday we had a deer jump in front of our 2016 Chevy 2500. We have significant damage to the front bumper, air dam and grill. Without hesitation this morning we took this one to Pud's also. He will be able to have all repairs done next week and will help us deal with insurance to file the necessary claim documents. Josh and his crew are great to work with. The car repair took months with weekly delays. The staff was off putting at best. This location was happy to take many thousands of dollars from our insurance but returned our vehicle in less than expected condition. The paint looks like orange peel in areas instead of smooth. some of the plastic parts do not fit snug like originally fitted. There were finger stains all over the headliner and other dirty bits. They claimed to have detailed the vehicle before returning it and that was clearly not true. After we picked it up we had to take it to the VW dealership to fix an electrical issue. Despite their delays no courtesy car or paying for the rental fees was offered. After all of the issues there was nothing offered to remedy the lackluster repair. I do not recommend this location and would not bring a vehicle here.

Avoid Lewis Collision at All Costs!…read more Over a year and a half ago, I brought my car to Lewis Collision, and it was a mistake I've regretted ever since. During the detailing process, their staff vacuumed up several important parts I had left in the floorboard. Despite repeated follow-ups, those parts were never replaced--and to this day, I have never been indemnified for the loss. Against my better judgment, I recently brought my car back after a minor accident where a kid opened their door into my front fender. I just picked it up this morning--and I am beyond disappointed. First, when I got home, I noticed a large O-ring from one of their clipboards had fallen onto my dashboard and left a noticeable mark. How that even got left in the car is beyond me. Second, there was a long scratch right above the repaired area--the exact spot that was supposed to be fixed--that hadn't even been addressed. The work was sloppy and careless. I went back in and spoke to the general manager, who told me I had never been there before--even though it's the same ownership. She was dismissive and didn't take the time to listen to what I was saying. I spent two full hours in that office. Not one person offered me an apology. No one offered a solution. No one even offered a simple gesture of customer service like a bottle of water or a Coke. After two terrible experiences, I can confidently say: Do NOT bring your vehicle here. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care is astonishing. And again--I still have never been indemnified for the damage they caused a year and a half ago.
