They had my car for over a week, but kept me updated every time there was a new development. When parts were ordered, when maintenance started, when paint was added, and when the estimated pick up would be. All I needed was a newly purchased primed front bumper looked over and painted. I let this same bumper set at another very popular body shop for days calling daily for an update just to be promised a return call, which never once happened. I finally picked it up from there this morning and dropped it off with Westside. Even with the holidays on them, I was given a very generous quote, and they said it would be ready in 2.5 working days. I haven't seen the result, however the professionalism I was met with over the phone, in their spacious office area and the fact that I got a text message (before I got home, most important thing to me) letting me know they would stay in close contact with me means the world to me. I'm sure it does with every customer. It's not always about the money. With this kind of work ethic, I have absolutely no doubt the work will be of the same caliber. I brought my vehicle to Westside because I was in a minor fender bender and they are who the insurance agency sent me to. When I first arrived at the shop, I was surprised how clean Westside Collision was. The Parking lot was well organized and it was easy to find a parking spot. When I walked into the front office I was greeted by Brian and he helped me complete all necessary paperwork. The Geico agent that works inside of Westside was very friendly and professional. I can respect any company that owns their mistakes and goes above and beyond to correct the problem. I am very impressed with their transparency and overall customer service. Although I had a bad first impression of Westside Collision they made it right, and if I ever get into another accident I will definitely bring my business back to them. They were sincerely concerned for my safety and the safety of my son. I could tell they were sincere, and sorry, and that mistakes don't happen often here. Wow. This team waste no time in proving you are important, more you are the reason the exist. My rental was waiting and in the before I could finish the coffee the offered me, I was out. 30 minutes tops. Kept me informed consistently, but not overbearing. UPDATE on my previous review. Within a couple of days (it was over the weekend) the manager reached out determined to make things right. Westside Collision literally went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly, brought a rental vehicle to my daughter, and even detailed the vehicle. I am writing this review because when I first got my vehicles fixed here everything sounded great and the people were nice at the time of services BUT 10 months later and multiple visits to them to fix mistakes from the original fix on one vehicle and on the other vehicle the bumper was not attached correctly and could have fallen off at anytime.. it's a good this that vehicle is not being driven much because it is my daughters but found out from a mechanic doing routine service that the bolts were not even tightened on the bumper he had sent me a video and I could not believe what I saw!! So I contacted westside collision and had sent the video for them to see and I got nothing but rude answers and him telling me to not contact him again but I would have the warranty for the fixes if things were to go wrong!! Lmao everything has gone wrong!! Everything!! And the customer service turned from nice to rude! Just wanted them to know so they could talk to the workers and fix the issues for others but instead I got rude replies and then I was blocked.. so I'm jus letting you know that business may be good at first but in the long run they don't give a crap... very sad!!! things ended up this way because of them and now I have contacted the insurance company I go through to redirect my services! It is a waste of my time to have to keep goin back.... and then to find other existing problems that were supposed to be fixed the first time around very frustrating!
