DO NOT buy any car from this dealership you will regret it! I bought a Jeep Cherokee from here and had it for about 6 months before they had to replace the engine. Not rotators, spark plugs, something small but a whole engine. It was there just about 2 months so I was without a car and they only gave me a rental for 10 days. You can't make this stuff up. And to make it better I had to pay for them to fix the LEMON they sold me. If they did this to me they will definitely do it to you go somewhere else! I was constantly left waiting for updates, calls were not returned in a timely manner, and I felt like my time was not respected at all. When you're making a major purchase like a vehicle, clear and honest communication is the bare minimum. Instead, I felt like I was being strung along and given inconsistent information. Was looking at a used 2025 Buick encore gx for my daughter. Stopped by and talked to Barry (salesman) on Thursday 5/15/25. Made an appointment for Saturday 5/17/25 at noon for my daughter to look at car. On Friday I received numerous text messages and two phone calls asking me to fill out a credit application and application for trade in for my daughter's car. I spoke to Barry Friday afternoon and he offered to hold car until we got there Saturday. Saturday morning at 11am, I received several texts asking if I was coming to look at car. When we showed up Barry wasn't available but another salesman -Jessie offered to help. I thought it was strange that the salesmen were all dressed in very UNPROFESSIONAL jeans and t-shirts but wanted to look at the car.The car was filthy but we still took it for a test drive. After the test drive we were asked to come inside and fill out a trade in questionnaire (even though I already filled one out on friday). After about 10 minutes some guy named Taxis Dowlahan who claimed to be a sales manager told us the car was already sold this morning. I explained that we were told the car was going to be held for us and I received several texts messages asking about our appointment at noon. He claimed it was a "system error " and offered us a 2019 Mazda with 50,000 miles on it for the same price!! I(My daughter was in tears and couldn't understand how a business could be so unscrupulous!!) I explained to Taxis that's not acceptable and he needs to go on his computer and find us something comparable with less than 5000 miles like the Buick we were looking at. He claimed he "wasn't authorized" to do that. We Thanked him for wasting our time and proceeded to buy a brand new 2025 Buick at Fred Beans Buick!! (And we were treated like royalties at Fred Beans Buick/GMC) Avoid this group of disorganized IDIOTS!!! Pros: Jason , my salesman, was great! Made the process very easy and was comfortable to work with during the purchase process. Cons: I had to fight tooth and nail for a spare key, which I presumed came with the vehicle. I've bought five cars in my life and every single one came with a spare. When I asked about it, after the sale, they initially wanted to charge me $100 (at cost to them). After going around in circles for a few days, I finally got them to agree to provide one to me at no cost. My 19 year old niece bought a car from them a few weeks later and she's in the process of fighting it out with them too, though they wanted to charge her $200. It's such a weird hill for them to die on, just poor customer service to people who just made a major purchase. My family has bought six cars from them in the last two years and we have always highly recommended them to other people, but it's questionable if we will still do this in the future pending on the outcome of my niece's request for a key. Do not go here!!!!!!!!!! I wish I never came here! I bought a car and not even a week later, it has brakes problem and noises that is not normal for a 'newly' inspected car. I guarantee it if these things didn't go wrong the first week I bought it, they would've told me it's normal 'wear and tear' usage and I would have to pay out of pocket. I'm sure there are other 'shortcuts' they took to pass inspection and make a sale. When I talk to Levi, sale manager, he or anyone on their service team does not take responsibility for their fault, they just say 'things happen' or 'cars can go wrong'! NO it doesn't! The purchase of the vehicle was smooth, my salesman was easy to deal with. No complaints there. However, my problem comes when I had my mechanic look it over. He reported that the brakes were at the point that they would be recommended to be replaced. It had been inspected by Bob Ruth and passed state inspection before I purchased it. Within the first 60 days and with less than 1500 miles of owning the vehicle I brought it back to Bob Ruth. They acknowledged that they would recommend replacing the pads, however due to other work they put in and the fact that it met minimum standards from the state, it passed, and they would not replace the pads. Essentially, they felt they had already put enough money into it. To me, while it meets PA standards, this is not the right way to do business. If you are going to recommend to a customer that the brakes need replaced, but are unwilling to do it before you sell a vehicle, you should be willing to get it up to the standard you'd recommend a customer have it. I will not purchase another vehicle from them again nor will I take my vehicle to them for service. Incredibly disappointed. read more
