He was professional and started taking BEFORE pictures of the car (2021 White Lexus ES350) right away. He asked me to take advantage of having him touch up additional minor scratches/dings at no extra charge, and I did. The work that he done far exceeded my expectations. The car literally looks as it did when I first purchased it. I couldn't have been any happier. It took a little under an hour and a half to complete it, to my surprise. However, the job was sooo emmaculantly done, that I couldn't even tell that the damage was once there. The paint match was a 100% match, even down to the pearl shining in the sun. SMH.
