I received a minor dent on my car from a parking lot stranger that needed to be fixed. I was able to immediately make an appointment and have the repairs performed after the appraisal. I appreciated that Brad took the time to explain the appraisal process and answered all of my questions. First, I should preface this review by saying that I'm an obsessed car enthusiast, a gearhead and maybe a little OCD. I recently bought a 2016 Mustang GT a month ago after my pristine, low mileage Kenne Bell Supercharged 2006 Mustang GT was totaled after 18 years of pure joy and happiness. - RIP my baby. But I digress. When I arrived for my appointment, Brad immediately greeted me before I even had time to exit my new/used car. The previous owner(s) neglected the car in more ways that I care to mention including three unsightly dents on the passenger side that my eyes could never forget. The Tech, Aaron, immediately went to work evaluating the damage and before long I had a quote for all three dents. The estimate was a little beyond my budget, so I settled for the worst dent only for this visit. During my conversations with Brad, he mentioned that he would see what he could do for me. I'm a long time return customer as I've gone to Brad's Dentmaster's Tyson's Center for at least 10 years with all of my vehicles and I have many. Working with Dentmasters has been such a pleasant experience. While backing into my garage, I accidentally dented my new Tesla Model 3. I reached out to a couple local places, but Brad went above and beyond on not only being responsive, but transparent on pricing and how things would potentially ultimately come out. Got a small dent on the hood of a 6 month old vehicle and stopped by to get an estimate. The price was reasonable, and they were able to fix it the same day (about 4 hours) and even provided a loaner car for the duration. I wish I had taken some before and after pics, with the dent removed it looks as good as new. Pricing is very transparent and explained up front. The base price is determined by the size of the dent in inches. There are some up charges for material (steel vs aluminum) and complexity caused by the location of the dent (how much trim dismantling is needed, etc). I was told what I would pay before work began, and they guaranteed no charge if they discovered any issues that would prevent the repair. We had a dent in the roof of our Tahoe, and while it sounds like it'd be a simple fix, it was in a hard enough place where we were concerned that the roof rack would have to be removed to fix it. Dentmasters didn't remove the roof rack and fixed the dent - no one can tell it was ever dented! Brad fixed it within the day, provided a loaner car for my toddler and I to get around while he was fixing it and even charged me less than the estimate given because it was fixed a few hours later than he predicted. I got 5 virtual estimates through companies I've found on Yelp and, after a quick email conversation with Joseph, I decided to drive down to Dentmasters in Tysons for an in-person estimate. I was nervous about C19 and also getting taken advantage of, you know what I mean? I pulled into the parking lot of Dentmasters in Tysons and Brad came out to meet me. That guy is the real deal. I gave him my whole story: That I bumped a loose tree stump in a parking lot and it made a huge dent in my front panel and dinged my door... the other 4 Yelp Companies saw my photos/video and said that I need to replace everything touching air, change my windscreen wipers, update my engine to iOS 14, add a roof rack, it's gonna take 5-7 months to do, it'll cost between $1,000-10,000 depending on how much of the car they rebuild, ect... I have three kids under four, the youngest one is 6 days old. My car is gonna get dinged up- I just want the front panel/door realigned!! He said, "Well you COULD do all that but... Tell me what you want to drive away here with: you want to just realign the door to stop scraping up against this?" -Yes. He said, "Can you give us 15-30 minutes and $x?" -YES. They went above and beyond for what was probably a small (not very attractive) project. Brad said the situation didn't cost the full estimate and to put the left over cash towards some diapers for the new baby. WHAT. ON. EARTH. I highly recommend Dentmasters. I got a dent on my SUV lift gate door after a football hit it. I was pretty irked because I'd just gotten my car back after 3 weeks in the body shop. The first time I drove it out, it promptly got a dent. Talk about bad luck. I called Dentmasters and Brad made an appointment for me to go in within an hour. Brad and his tech were very friendly and transparent. They walked me through what needed to be done to fix the dent. I've had dents fixed on previous cars but no one has ever offered a thorough explanation on the process. Brad told me it would take a couple of hours and offered a loaner car to me. My wife's less than a year old Volvo had the right rear passenger door massively dinged in a local parking lot. Dentmasters did an excellent job for me today. I called this morning and they were able to fit me in their schedule this afternoon. Within 90 minutes of dropping off my car, they had eliminated a nasty dent from the rear door. The result was fantastic. After repair, no one would ever know that the dent was there. The dent crossed a bend line in the body work of the car, and after the repair, the bend line looked as good as new. And they were wonderful to work with. In particular, Brad was great. Paul and JP did an awesome job removing two door dings (shallow, nickel-sized dents) from my 2000 Lexus RX 300. The work was seamless, and my car was ready in about 2 hours. They also head a rental car available for me so that I could run a few errands while I wait. I wanted the paint transfer marks removed as well (that was more important to me than the dents). JP said they could try to remove it with rubbing compound free of charge, but that if that didn't work, there was another treatment they could try, but that it would be expensive. He said it would also take more time, and I had another appointment that afternoon. Paul recommended taking a trip up the street to see their friends at ProClean and asking for a paint correction detailing service. Paul told me that for the price of the spot treatment, ProClean could service the exterior of entire truck. Made sense to me! JP warned me that the guy at the front desk was a bit grouchy but assured me that they did great work (When I called, I found the guy to be downright rude.... not when I'm about to give up $200 of my money, buddy! I'll get my detailing done elsewhere...). I appreciated the advice and recommendation, and that they did not try to siphon more money from me by trying to sell me on an additional service that would ultimately leave only one section of my truck looking brand new. I drove around in circles trying to find the place. JP was nice enough to stay on the phone with me and help me find my way. If you turn right like you're going into the Metro station, then make the slight right and drive a short distance past the Geico collision shop, the light blue barn-like building in front of you is the shop. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Polite, punctual, professional... such a pleasure doing business with them. I gave them their first referral before I left the lot. After a year or so of putting it off, we finally decided to get the dent taken out of our RAV4's driver side fender. It was noticeable, but the plastic fender seemed intact enough to get it done. Drove over to Dentmasters in Tysons, which appears to be recently relocated. Kyla greeted us and got us set up with Brad in a few minutes for a quote. The price was reasonable, and they were able to get it done in a couple of hours, during which they gave us a loaner so we could continue our afternoon errands. We were texted when they told us they would, and the repair was flawless--looks brand new. Then, they subsequently realized that they had overcharged us by a few dollars (we thought at the time that it was the sales tax), left a message on my phone to inform us, and insisted on crediting back our card the small overcharge. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I purchased a new car and was so sad to see that my brand new SUV with its temporary plates still on it got a door ding from some jerk who must have parked next to me and dinged the passenger side door. I called Dentmasters and visited them for a quote. Aside from their work being perfect (you'd never know the car ever had a ding) they were honest, helpful and so nice to deal with. They even lent me a loaner car at no charge while they did the repair. My repair was a simple one so the cost was only $150 and my new car honeymoon period is intact again.
