The first time he was out, he used a camera to show us how bad of shape our pipe was in. We had to have the difficult conversation that a whole new line was needed. He sat us down and went over everything in great detail. He started the replacement at 8am and was totally done replacing our whole sewer line by 4pm. Not only did he agree to take on my job and promptly schedule a day to come out within a week, he also explained why it was being required by the county, what the tests will provide, and potential solutions depending on the results of the test. On the day of the tests, I met one of Bill's employees on site and they were more than courteous with their time to explain to me the methods on evaluating the soil and what each sample meant.
