Easily order on the kiosks. Boba bear is shared with the Vietnamese restaurant. 2 separate doors but you can go to either side. Decided to stop here for a quick lunch treat of boba. The restaurant is decorated super cute and has an inviting atmosphere. We utilized the kiosks to order our boba. The tea had good flavor and had the option to customize your ice amount, any topping you wanted. I did wish there were descriptions of what each item was and what is in them, both for boba and food items. I ordered a dirty marble and wasn't sure what to expect. It was a delicious though! Went here for lunch and boba yesterday. I ordered at the kiosk and the drinks came out within minutes and lunch to go in ten minutes. My husband had the house bahn mi and I had the spicy tofu noodle bowl. Everything was delicious! We'll definitely be back to try more boba and Vietnamese food. read more

The shibnature (signature) drinks can get pricey when you add in the boba, but it's not like you can find many other boba options in Naples (at least not yet)! There is plenty of seating available inside and a table outside, as well as lots of colorful decor and stuffed animals for pictures. There are a few Asian restaurants conveniently in the same area for a meal to go with getting a drink here.

You can order on a kiosk. Clean modern spot and this place is connected with a Pho restaurant so you can actually go eat there and order boba to the table too. I enjoyed my milk tea and my man loved his passionfruit with popping boba (forgot which flavor he got for the boba). The texture of the boba was perfect - not too soft, and not too hard/undercooked.
