We headed in only a few minutes after opening and there quite a few people already inside. There is probably only about 8 tables and every table is close to the bathroom. I'm not fond of sitting near the bathroom or being able to see inside the bathroom when someone opens the bathroom door while sitting at my table, but at least when the door opened it didn't smell like a restaurant bathroom commonly does. We ordered the potato Korean corn dog because it looked interesting. It was fun to try, but definitely not something I'd order again. I pulled the stick out of the and cut it half so my husband and I could share. However, the half that I had had all the hot dog which was not a full hot dog. My husband's half ended up having all the mozzarella and no dog. My husband ordered the spicy prime rib tonkotsu and I ordered the lunch prime rib tonkotsu. The portion size seemed to be the same but the lunch order didn't have all the same extras in the bowl. The noodles of both bowls were pretty bland, rubbery, and left a film in my mouth. My husband's broth was slightly more flavorful, but that is because of the spicy bomb in it. All in all, the broth was pretty lacking and did not build up any flavor. The fish cake in my husband's bowl was not good at all. It tasted like gummy pasta with a gross flavor. The seaweed sheet in the bowls was weird and only added a fishy unpleasant taste. Our server was nice, but the food is disappointing. My husband has made ramen bowls at home before and all I can say is his have much more flavorful and he's not a chef. However, the food really needs improvement. For the price point, the quality and execution just weren't there. I didn't realize chicken katsu would also make a good curry dish, but it does. This curry was good, flavorful and served with pickled vegetables. If you like Japanese curry, this dish is one to try. Instead of a higher end restaurant, this place is small with a trendy look. Hubs really liked their decorative touches. It's perfect for a quick lunch during the week, or weekend family time. They also have a kids menu and a good selection of boba tea. They make sure you have an enjoyable meal, without the hassle. Got seated quickly for a busier time of day (lunch rush). Waitress was originally very attentive. Ordered food, received appetizers and ramen bowl at the same time (maybe 5-10 min prep). Got main/ Full ramen bowl instead of the ordered lunch bowl. She took bowl back and re prepped bowl to the smaller lunch portions with mini appetizer (one gyoza). Since this point she began avoiding our table. Also ordered a side of the eggs (2). We asked about how it would be two eggs so me and my partner could have one egg each. This eventually came as two halves for $3. Asked about not having 2 full eggs, stated it's expected to only get halves, not the full eggs. This isn't listed on the menu at all as "2pcs", it is now only "2". Also the new bowl of ramen came out luke-warm. Flavor wasn't even good for a 4 star-rated ramen place. Would not return. read more

Delicious ramen, friendly service, and an Instagram-worthy interior - what more could you ask for in a restaurant?! Yoko-San Ramen has to be Naples' best ramen spot hands-down. Their ramen met all my personal criteria to be considered great: a thick, rich and creamy tonkotsu broth; fresh, thin noodles; a sweet and hearty slice of pork belly; and, most importantly, a jammy marinated egg (or two). I enjoyed the Spicy Yoko-San Tonkotsu and was treated to a complimentary Spring Roll, which was delicious! The food was so fresh and flavorful and the spice in the ramen was perfect - I believe they used gochujang mixed with some other spice base, which tasted fantastic and complemented the dish without overpowering the other flavors. I visit Naples a few times a year, and Yoko-San Ramen is now on my list of absolute MUSTS for when I'm in town. If you like ramen, give this place a try! read more

I cannot put into words how awesome this place is! It was a chilly Florida night and we were cold to the core, we wanted something to warm our bodies and our souls. We braved the (50°) weather and walked into Yoko San Ramen. The place was packed. (That's always a good sign.) We didn't want to wait for a table so we opted to sit up at the bar which happens to be my favorite place to sit. I had done a little bit of research before going in to make sure they had a pescatarian option as most Ramen restaurants do not, and they had a vegan Ramen! One order of that and one order of the pork belly had our minds blown! The depth of flavors, the texture, the balanced heat - it was all exceptional! Small but cute ramen place tucked into a strip mall. Came here after a Kohl's trip. I ordered the Yoko-San Tonkotsu Ramen, not knowing what to expect. A nice sized bowl came out. What a good looking bowl of ramen. A very nice assortment of toppings: menma bamboo, ajitama egg, bean sprout, wood ear mushroom, bok choy, corn, seaweed, scallion, naruto fish cake plus the all important Chashu. Oh that Chashu - very nice - thin flavorful slices, about five of them. Yum. Creamy tonkotsu broth with a bit of black garlic oil. Yum. And nice thin noodles. A tasty and yummy bowl. The only negative thing I'd say is that it could have been a bit hotter, it was luke warm. Very attentive service, the waitress stopped by multiple times to check in, as did the manager. We have a craving for ramen and were in the North Naples area! One of my friends suggested we go to Yoko San Ramen and try their Tonkatsu Ramen. This is not a huge place but ambiance is nice with indoor and outdoor tables. The indoor tables accommodate 2-4 persons only. If you have a large party, you may have to seat outside! When we go through the menu and saw their variety of Tonkatsu Ramen, our mouth started salivating. Tonkatsu Ramen is one cuisine recognized by its creamy beige color which it gets from simmering pork bones until all it's fat, gelatin and everything has melted into delicious broth. I have the prime rib spicy Tonkatsu. The ingredients are Ajitama egg, bamboo shoot, wood ear mushrooms, Bok Choy, corn, scallion, fish cake and seaweed with Tonkatsu broth and slices of prime rib. A little spicy paste makes this spicy and savory ramen! Wife ordered a mild Chicken Tonkatsu instead of Prime Rib with spicy bomb. I love that Ajitama egg or Japanese soft boiled eggs soaked in a sweetened soy marinade with soft and jammy yolks. They are sweet and savory with Tonkatsu Ramen. We were so excited to find another ramen place in town. The inside is pretty small, we happen to be with a larger group and ended up sitting outside. Which worked out well since it was a nice day. The menu has lots of options and ways to customize your ramen. Even if you're not a ramen fan there are plenty of other options so it is easy to find something for everyone. If you're an incisive individual, they offer split bobba so you can try two different flavors! A lot of people in our group loved this! Everyone had good things to say about their meals. Don't forget to check in on Yelp to get a free boba tea. I got a Vietnamese coffee one and it wasn't that great - weak coffee flavor and overly sweet. Service was prompt but we did have to wait a while after our food was served to ask for forks as only chopsticks were provided. The lunch Bulgogi portion was a bit small - the meat and onions are overly sweet and salty but it's okay with the fresh veggies. The pork belly lunch tonkotsu ramen broth was tasty. The pork belly was cooked well but overall, the soup could have been hotter. The flavor was rich and creamy. I do think it should come with at least 1/2 egg to round out the dish. Finally a restaurant that has Boba in Naples! Today is their second day of being open and they appeared to have a good amount of people inside when I walked by. I went and had sushi nest door at their sister restaurant Fuji, but I stopped by afterwards and snap some photos (of course) while I was waiting for my Boba tea. Kevin was working the bar and was very welcoming when I walked in. He made a Taro tea and a Thai tea Boba since those are the classic flavors, both were delicious!! Each tea is $5.95 and they come in one size. I love that I was able to walk in and order the Boba tea at the bar and take it to go. I got some pictures of the menu and I am looking forward to sitting down and having some Ramen at my next visit. Food was delicious!! I had the chicken katsu curry and let me tell you it was so crunchy and flavorful. The chicken karaage was also another one of my favorite dishes. The food was overall AMAZING!! To add to the experience the servers were dress in yukatas and made the ambiance even better as they were welcoming the New Year with such amazing energy. I have to thank Ori for her amazing service. She was super attentive and overall on top of her game. She would refill our waters when they were getting low, would clear the plates that were on the way. I have become a regular at Yoko-San Ramen. The food is amazing although the only food I eat here is their signature Yoko-San Tonkatsu ramen. It's really yummy! I love the thin noodles, the broth, the ajitama egg, the seeweed and the black garlic oil. It really soothes the soul and hits the spot! My kids love the boba and the kid chicken fingers meal, but be wary because it comes out of the kitchen scalding hot. So be sure to wait before you let your kids consume! I came in yesterday and while the food was great as always, our server(who is also the "manager")was far from that. My friend and I come here often and always leave a tip (we usually take turns). Yesterday it was her turn, and she left a generous tip split in both card and cash. As we were getting up to leave, the server walked over and loudly said "no tip?" In a way that felt like she was trying to embarrass me. I told her we had already left it, but instead of dropping it, she kept pressing asking if her service was bad and why I didn't tip.
