We tried about 3 different jellies: lychee/coconut, aiyu is just sugar that has a flavor so we opted to pass once we asked right before trying it-it had a brown look to it. They do have a note that tapioca is not ready until 1030 AM each day. I ordered passionfruit with lychee with 50% less sugar with light ice. It was just right in sweetness. I like the tartness of passion fruit and that amount of sugar allowed for that with a slight sweetness. I loved that the seeds are in the juice. The drink was delicious. Additionally, I ordered a matcha green milk tea for the morning with tapioca. My daughter got the mango slushie with mango boba-so good!! If the roles were reversed, I'd take this as a learning opportunity, coming from someone who's had boba for over thirty years, and this being the first time ever I couldn't finish my drink. Had the strawberry smoothie with boba and while the flavor was good, I didn't like the texture and found the drink way too sweet. This was the first time in my life where I didn't even finish my drink. EVERYTHING was delicious! The spouse was familiar with taiyaki, but the two I tried were my firsts. They nearly melted in my mouth, they were so perfectly cooked.
