First time patronizing Sum Tea. Thanks Yelp for broadening my horizons l!. I was not disappointed. The place is brightly lit and colorful. The space is nice and clean, too. The staff greeted us and explained the event's offerings. There was a menu with lots of choices. We got to choose 3 flavors for our flights. I chose Lavender Lemonade, Gamer Boy and Sparkling Mango. All three were delicious and had either boba or lychee added. I could not choose my favorite. For a snack I chose "straight fries " (as opposed to curly) with garlic Parmesan. Hot, fresh and crispy. I think I've found my new boba tea spot!

Super cute little hidden gem. The service is always pleasant & timely. Orders can be placed ahead on the app but the walk-in experience is an efficient. The tea is made fresh, made to order & customizable to suit your likeness. I personally love love LOVE the jasmine green tea with a dab a sweetness. Not a huge food menu but certainly perfect snackables. I enjoyed the vegetable egg rolls. ~Christy

Driving past I decided to stop to see what exactly this place was . So glad I did , a cute beverage house of drinks is what I will call it. I love teas and always willing to try new flavors. As I'm deciding on a tea flavor staff start blending a drink known as a snowy. This is in a style of a slushy and if you know me you know I'm a SLUSHY gal .....Sold !!!!!. I ordered a strawberry mango snowy. Absolutely delicious:) it's refreshing, it's chilly, it's flavorful, it's ME yay !! Located in a strip mall, limited private parking on a side street is available . Small quaint building. Spacious. Indoor seating available, carry out and door dash is available as well. Clean and clear of clutter. Small snack (food) dessert menu available. Prices reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful. Cute anime characters fill the walls for gamers. Really cute spot. I will definitely come again.

This place has a decent amount of selections for their bubble tea drinks. Of all the drinks we had, I like their brown sugar milk tea with boba the most. The boba is soft and has a great texture. The drinks were made pretty quickly. The place has cute decor. There are some close parking spaces.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Sum Tea. The owner is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. We had the taro with crystal boba, the brown sugar boba, and strawberry milk with strawberry popping boba. Everything was delicious but the taro was such a standout. I'm not someone who wants a lot of sugar in my drinks, so I got everything with less or no sugar. The taro's roasted flavor was perfect. If you're into anime at all, you'll love this place. Extremely chill place to grab tea with your friends.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and knew we were in for a special treat! The friendly & knowledgable staff were ready to help. The quaint location was cute and had fun anime decor. A wide selection of boba teas were available and you even had choices of toppings as well. The staff steered us in the right direction and all of our choices were delicious! I highly recommend the Strawberry Lemonade. It was every bit as good as a lemonade from the county fair on a hot summer day! We will be going back to this woman owned business again!

Lots of good drinks. There are many choices and flavors to choose from. It was hard to choose which ones to try.

as a boba snob, this place impressed me. if you're a fan of cube tea, definitely trust this place. the boba is fresh, and i'm obsessed with the cute anime interior. the workers were so sweet. i've had their signature drinks, all incredible

Sum Tea House is a women-owned boba tea shop with an amazing anime theme. If you are an anime fan and love milk tea - this is your heaven. We've come here quite often for their fresh taro milk tea. It's very fresh and delicious because the owner makes the taro paste and the milk base herself. Sometime, I got Jasmine milk tea when they ran out of the taro - and I liked it as well. I tried their caramel flan before and it was good. They also had other desserts or snacks and banh mi on the weekend, but I haven't tried those items yet. Staffs here are very nice and welcoming. The owner Elaine is super sweet. She always talks to us like old friends and had us tried samples of new drinks when we were there. Overall, it has been always a wonderful experience here. We will continue to support Sum Tea House : )

Cute little boba tea spot off off of busy Olive Blvd. with limited parking. I've been twice and service is fast & friendly and the boba tea is fresh. They are able to adjust the sweetness for you to the level that you prefer. I look forward to coming back and trying more flavors.

The staff here is very sweet! My boyfriend and I went a couple days ago and it was a great experience. We have been trying some other boba spots around STL and this one is better than some others we tried. I got the oolong milk tea with 100% sweetness and less ice and it was pretty good, definitely sweet. My boyfriend got the Thai tea with boba, 25% sweetness, and less ice and he liked it! We will definitely come again. Also, it's nice they have some indoor seating so you can study or catch up with someone while sipping on your drinks/eating some appetizers. Also, easy parking in the lot nearby.

Happen to finally taste their Crab Rangoon. Yum. Will get it as a snack whenever I go to Costco .

Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba 25% sugar, oat milk, add grass jelly, add boba.

Ordered online (toast tab) and when I got there they had prepared the hot boba and grass jelly and the milk and tea separately, and when I walked in they added ice, poured in the milk tea, gently mixed it then sealed it. My boba was still lightly warm and perfectly chewy, and the rest of the drink was lightly chilled (i chose the "less ice" option). Very flavorful, very well balanced. Perfectly cooked boba, friendly efficient service. Will be back again!

There were only a few people in there, so checking out was fast. My first few bites left me curious and wanting more all at the same time. I couldn't figure out what the flavor was but I knew it reminded me of a funnel cake. Either way, it was incredibly light, fresh, and one of the better donuts I've had in a long time. The hardest part is choosing. I got the pineapple cakes (my husband was a big fan), the cheese bread (so good), and my siblings got some mochi donuts (wow) and other items that they were big fans of. I also got a boba tea and to be completely honest, it was probably the best I've had in the area. And I'm a boba fan. I got the passionfruit tea and there were passionfruit seeds, they obviously make everything super fresh and put fresh fruit in their drinks. PLUS they give you what you pay for. I can't justify boba very often because I get it, pay $8 for a drink, and it's 3 sips with the amount of ice you get. NOT HERE. They give you so much tea! Literally such a cool spot, I hope they continue to do well because it's fantastic. And if you're in the area, please stop in and give them some business!!
