You also have to eat carefully so that toppings don't fall out of the plate. As for the shaved ice, again it's good but not great. It's hard to get shaved ice soft and fluffy, but if you've ever had it, it makes a difference. It can get busy at times, but I didn't mind the wait. There were enough tables, but I don't think they can keep up with cleaning them when it's busy, so it might not be as clean as you'd like. There were a bunch of families with kids when we were there, so it was a bit lively, but it's a fun dessert place, so it shouldn't be quiet :-) Overall it's worth a visit for the shaved ice, but probably won't be going a lot.
