I came in town to visit family and my sister introduced me to this place. I am so in love with the drinks! They have the right balance of flavors. The boba is the right texture too. My favorites were the Guru milk tea and Hokkaido milk tea. The Hokkaido does have an interesting taste at the end and it might not be for everyone, but I enjoyed it. The service is great. The ambiance is quiet and nice. You get your drink pretty fast!

This is a clean modern looking place but the milk tea here tasted terrible. I was only able to drink half of it, my stomach felt weird after. We got 2 other orders of the brown sugar milk tea and of the same opinions.

I went to Boba Guru with a friend and we enjoyed it. I got Taro Milk Tea with boba and he got Guru Milk Tea with boba. We both could have used a little more boba but we enjoyed our teas enough. The place was quiet, comfortable and staff were polite.

I got the brown sugar signature latte with less ice, and it was really good. The boba was nice and chewy too. My partner got the taro smoothie. It was not too sweet, which is good, but it didn't taste amazing either.

Reviewing only the matcha milk tea, it had good tea strength but flavor was lacking. I don't think I could taste distinct matcha flavor or got enough creaminess. Employee was friendly. Ample sitting space and a big parking lot.

Great variety, helpful staff, delicious drinks! Our kids love the mango tornado with the mango popping boba. They're basically mango juice-filled boba, and the creamy mango with coconut milk is so delish. Big hit!

In the words of my friend: Boba and milk tea have never complimented each other so well. Usually they're like two different things all in a drink, but with Boba Guru it's like they're a whole flavor. They're always consistent and worth the price. Their teas are also quality and go really well with the foams. Stop by if you ever get the chance! One of the best boba stops in the area for sure.

Oh we so wanted to love you... but we waited for you to open on your hours, then we went to Elliotts for 20 min, then we waited some more. Sure wish we could have enjoyed your signature drink, maybe next time. Looking forward to making this five stars!

Located in a nice little plaza in Plano, this is one of my favorite boba places in DFW area! Ample parking, teas have just the right amount of strength with milk combo. I loved the jasmine green tea but now I'm a big fan of their signature guru tea with boba!! It's multiple types of teas and you can taste them!!! Their cups are also super sturdy and unique, I love them! I've been recommending this place to friends and family and can't wait to keep going back!

Spread the word. Don't recommend this place - don't think it's worth it. Not a good place to relax much less work. Boba good but not worth the effort. Customer service entirely lacking. Not a good place to do anything other than pick up your boba and leave. People behind the counter ply their music as loud and offensively as it will go - I guess they want everyone to leave to drive better foot traffic. Have people get kissed off and just leave.

Boba Guru is such a clean and sleek location. The decor gives a modern and luxurious vibe! I absolutely looooved their drinks!! I HIGHLY recommend the Brown Sugar Boba, that drink tastes like a DESSERT and it is so tasty! The people who work here are so helpful and kind. When I stopped by, I wasn't sure what to order, and they were able to walk me through recommendations and different flavors, which I really appreciated. BIG thank you to Boba Guru for the delicious drinks and the amazing service!!!

Tried the Matcha Tornado and Pink Lychee Frosted from their new menu, it was amaze by how well balanced the drinks are, they are really flavorful and not too sweet. I will definitely come back to try more of their new drinks. Highly recommend!

Really nice staff and ok menu, but I got 4 sips from my drink as it was filled with ice. This ice was jam filled to the top. Won't go back.

It's a great spot to work, hang out, or just enjoy some pastries and drinks. It's a bit far from us, but we honestly don't mind making the drive. We've been here multiple times and will definitely keep coming back. Worth the drive!

Expect the sweets to be less sweet than an American bakery (but they are all beautiful and still very yummy). Tonight in particular, partner got a cinnamon roll and bun, and I got a strawberry mousse. We shared a mint chocolate chip frappe. As a huge fan of mint chocolate chip, this frap was amazing and way better than my attempt to make it at Starbucks. Instantly addicted. The mousse is decently sweet and tastes mildly of strawberry cream cheese. It's definitely a popular study spot and we always see college students with their laptops when we are here. Would recommend! I prefer this over 85 degrees.

Stopped by today since I saw that they were having a Demon Slayer pop-up (my weeb obsession)…read more Upon entering, there was no Demon Slayer decor and I didn't see any type of signage for themed drinks as they were advertising - I won't hold that against them but I felt sort of duped so it's worth the mention. I ordered a tiger sugar milk tea with half boba and a wintermelon milk tea with boba for my son and I at the kiosk. When our drinks were ready, the employee called out the order and I walked over. Excited to get the complimentary Demon Slayer stickers, I asked her for the one I want and the one my son wanted. She started telling me that she can't do that because its only one sticker per order... confused I told her that I ordered two drinks (so two stickers). She just kind of looked at me and I asked what's the difference of me placing two separate orders for my two drinks compared to what it is right now. She had some attitude and said she will just go ahead and give it to me. Gee thanks.. Now for the drinks.. my wintermelon milk tea was nothing special, I wasn't impressed but it wasn't awful. In regards to the tiger sugar milk tea... I'm not sure what gave it this earthy/bitter taste but it was straight gross. My son and I tried to drink it but couldn't get past the flavor being so weird so I ended up throwing pretty much the full cup away. Between the taste of the teas and the employee's attitude.. I wouldn't return or recommend.

This place is decent, but nothing amazing. I've only tried the mango shaved ice and the black sugar…read moreboba shaved ice. The toppings are good and the size is generous. I got large and both times I shared it with 2 other people. But the only other size is medium, and it's only $1 cheaper, so I'm not sure what's the point of that. Actually, part of the problem is that the tower of shaved ice is almost too big. While it looks impressive to serve, it's hard for the condensed milk (or whatever other sauce you choose) to seep into the middle. So by the time you get there, it's mostly just plain shaved ice. You also have to eat carefully so that toppings don't fall out of the plate. As for the shaved ice, again it's good but not great. It's hard to get shaved ice soft and fluffy, but if you've ever had it, it makes a difference. It can get busy at times, but I didn't mind the wait. There were enough tables, but I don't think they can keep up with cleaning them when it's busy, so it might not be as clean as you'd like. There were a bunch of families with kids when we were there, so it was a bit lively, but it's a fun dessert place, so it shouldn't be quiet :-) Overall it's worth a visit for the shaved ice, but probably won't be going a lot.

Meet Fresh was...OK. a very average experience, one where unless a friend wants to stop by here,…read moreI'll head elsewhere for appetizers and boba. The interior is great; plenty of seating, lots of drink options and even food. My friend ordered the Matcha Latte and original waffles while I ordered the Win Win Milk Tea. Whoever was serving us could've done a better job explaining the menu to me. It was my first time being there and a lot of terminology like "Win Win" and "Mini Q" are foreign. I didn't know Mini Q is what they call their signature taro balls, but the lady just looked at me like I was dumb, repeated that Mini Q are Mini Qs and when I said what's that she pointed at the menu showing a tiny photo of a bowl of what I assumed at that time to be some kind of fruit. I shrugged off the peculiar interaction and went for the Win Win and hoped I'd like it. Thankfully I did, but again the drink was nothing special. The most disappointing thing was the waffle; even my friend was it doesn't taste milky/creamy enough. It was bland and it wasn't as good as other waffles I've tried. I personally won't come back unless I had no options.
