Of course I had to visit one of my favorite boba spots on National Boba Day ! I visit this location pretty regularly when I'm craving boba and don't want to drive to Spring Mountain. The space is cozy and has about 3 tables inside. The staff provide great service every time. I ordered a Taro/Cookies & Cream Milk Blended Slush with Custard Pudding, and it tastes great as usual. I spotted this place one morning on my way to grab coffee and thought, "That looks interesting--I'll come back after work." So I did. First surprise: they only serve drinks and no food. That's perfectly fine--I was in the mood for something to drink anyway. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The young woman working was friendly, welcoming, and made a great first impression. The young man, however, seemed like he was competing for Employee Most Likely to Ruin the Vibe. When my drinks were ready, instead of simply calling my order, he loudly said, "Hey, you with the glasses!" Then, when I asked about the cup sizes, I got a response along the lines of, "The medium large is the big one," delivered with a tone that basically translated to, "Didn't you read the sign?" It was my first visit, my friend--not an entrance exam. A little patience goes a long way. Now for the biggest issue: cleanliness. The entire place looked noticeably dusty. Not just a little "we've been busy today" dusty--I mean "someone should introduce this place to a feather duster" dusty. Every surface seemed to have a layer of it, and when you're preparing drinks, that's not exactly reassuring. It's hard to enjoy your beverage while wondering if today's secret ingredient is airborne dust. I also noticed there were no uniforms, no gloves, and no hats. While not every business has the same dress code, when you're preparing food or drinks, customers expect a clean, professional appearance. Presentation matters just as much as the product. As for the drinks? They were decent. Nothing wrong with the flavor, but unfortunately good drinks can't overcome poor cleanliness and an unfriendly attitude. I wanted to like this place because I enjoy supporting local businesses, but between the dusty environment and the unnecessary attitude, I don't see myself returning. Place was very clean and welcoming, it has a photo booth inside which i think is so cool! i would definitely come back for that! On the other hand i ordered the Thai Tea slushie with boba and in my opinion, the drink itself was overly sweet so maybe if i come back i will order something else, but the photo booth definitely makes this place 10x better ! read more

I got a rose milk tea with almond milk and I was scared that the tea wouldn't taste very strong but it is delicious!! Non dairy milk tends to water down the taste of tea but this one is very nice and rich and creamy. I was really excited to try this new boba place. I got the brown sugar milk tea but it did not taste like brown sugar whatsoever I don't know if I just ordered the wrong flavor but my brown sugar milk tea tasted like bitter coffee and I didn't like it :( My stepdaughter order taro milk tea and that flavor was off as well she didn't like it. Now on the other hand my daughter got the horchata flavor and she loved it. I also tried hers and I loved it as well. I'm not really sure if I'll be back to this location due to the fact that out of the three drinks we bought only one was good I'm just not really sure. They do have a really cool setup as you can see from my photos They also have a photo booth which was nice I've never seen that in a boba shop before. read more

Nice boba place the flavors aren't bad but they do have an artificial taste and high in sugar. I had a coffee one and it made me sick after consuming. It was just regular coffee with coffee boba I believe and an hour later I had an upset stomach and puked it all. Maybe too much sugar or bad milk? Not coming back here again. i wish i could do zero stars. the card reader was lagging when i scanned my debit card and so the worker began talking to me like i was a damn baby. the place was full of customers who heard it, and i felt humiliated. i come here all the time but this trip definitely deters me from ever wanting to come here again. i made sure she watched me hit "no tip" once the reader finally worked. i honestly should have just walked out and went to No.1 boba a few lights down, as bad their customer service is, they've never been so disrespectful to me to the point of embarrassment.
