Tried it for the first time because of the TMobile free offer. I ended up ordering their mix berry yogurt and chicken quesadilla. Ordered online and when I came to pickup it was ready on time. However, there are so many pickup orders and you have to go through each of the names which are not easily identifiable. As for the quesadilla, nothing special. Wish that they have a larger dipping sauce. You can order them with premium sides or chips or fruit. What is interesting is that the prices of the premium sides is MORE expensive than if you order the same sides individually. I just chose a free banana. I came at night it was very packed. I understand there was only 2 girls working and they needed help, but their workflow does not make sense. People that came in after me got their orders before me. I had to go up to the counter to remind them that I was still waiting on my drinks. I'm very patient and I never complain this is my first review ever. I waited 30 minutes exactly for my drinks to come out. Just 2. While others came and went. I was going to get a refund but at that point 30 mins of waiting for no drinks would be a waste of time. Love it! When I pulled up the location to leave my review, I was very surprised by the low rating. It's my first time, and I had a kiwi quencher alongside a PB crunch flatbread. Really, really loved them both! The service leaves something to be desired. The employee working the counter didn't seem to care much at all about "customer service", and when our food was ready, she literally threw it on the counter, called my name and walked away. I stopped in with my daughter today around 2:20pm There were about 3 people ahead of us, no one at the register. The music was so loud. Finally after about a minute a very soft spoken girl comes from the back and takes our order. She was polite. We wait about 5 minutes to get our drinks / food. I got the peanut butter cup a kids smoothie and an açaí berry boost and 1 super green Cesar wrap. I start drinking my smoothie and the flavor is good. But the texture was really hard to get through the straw. I'm thinking once it melts a little more it will be ok.... No I get to the bottom of my drink to find soooooo much ice. Staff will get you in and out, nothing special about the service here. As someone noted the music is loud, but it didn't bother me. They play early 2000's and modern music. The food is what made me review. I ordered an açaí bowl without the banana and coconut and I have never been more disappointed. The açaí was frozen and hardly filled half of the bowl. Most of the bowl was toppings and even then, the granola was full chunks. It looks like it was just hand crushed. The strawberries and blueberries were fresh. All the toppings were doused in honey which ruined the flavor. I ended up throwing it away, and with that, $10 for a half full, overly sweetened, frozen açaí bowl. read more

I don't know why I put myself through misery again but I decided to give this place another chance. The problem is that they have great food and smoothies but the service is horrible. They need real managers with real management experience because the ones they hire are a joke. Two incidents: I ordered online and my food wasn't ready. The manager was sitting on the floor behind the counter counting money. She said that she would start my food when she was done counting. I was appalled and she took about 10 minutes to finish. I let her know how unhappy I was. Second incident today: I ordered online and was standing at the counter waiting. I saw the girl preparing food reach into her pocket to answer her phone. She put it back in her pocket and proceeded to finish preparing the sandwich. I told her about what she did. She said okay but the manager never said a word. The manager kept taking orders. I looked her in the face and told her specifically what just happened and that it was disgusting. She said I'm sorry but never looked at me or even addressed the situation. I'm officially done giving Tropical Smoothie Cafe the benefit of the doubt. I don't like their smoothies, they don't have much flavor I think they use too much ice, their açaí bowls are frozen solid but my main complaint is I've place many orders where I got the wrong order or a custom order that the restaurant didn't follow the directions. I always get my orders to go and eat them at work so I don't catch the mistake in the restaurant. I've sent Tropical Smoothie Cafe several communications through their website about receiving the wrong order or my custom order being completely wrong sharing with them my order number along with a description of what was wrong as well as pictures and not once have they gotten back to me. I'm looking for a discount or free times but getting at least an email acknowledging that I reached out to them would be nice. This is the same attitude you get from their employees in store, when ever I'm in the store placing an order it feels more like I'm in their way and they don't want me there. Sometimes I'll be waiting to even be greeted while the employees are just standing around avoiding eye contact while they're visibly not working It's a very disappointing experience. Thankfully There are many smoothie joints around the area with friendly employees, much better tasting smoothies and aciai bowls that aren't frozen solid. First time coming here, wanted to grab a smoothie for the road. I tried their Avacadolada, it's fairly priced but it came out great and made quickly. It's one of the more dirtier stores. Came in to grab a smoothie 3/7/24 around 5:15pm About 6 -7 employees and not one of them acknowledged or greeted. waited about 10 mins and no-one was available to take my order so I walked out. two people where in the front . a lady was mopping around me and talking on the phone another lady was on the side stocking chips and the rest of the people in the back talking . Never have I been to a tropical smoothie cafe with poor service. should have read the reviews before stopping by looks like it's a constant problem at that location. never coming back again . We were looking for an alternative to the usual places. Being vegan limits the options, they did not have any alternatives to yogurt. No coconut milk, no oat milk. We were able to get creative to get a couple good smoothies. Detox Island Green is fairly tasty. We modified the Mocha Madness to switch out chocolate with peanut butter and it was a good alternative. Sadly....will be returning to the usual places for the variety. read more

I was in Vegas the other night & I always miss my Bahama mama so i got that and saw it came with a strawberry edible straw. I couldn't even put the drink down. I drunk it way too fast and it made me full i couldn't even finish a quarter of my sandwich. The sandwich I got was the Jamaican jerk chicken with the kale slaw. The jerk chicken was entirely TOOOO SPICY for me. I think i just need to stick with Cajun spices because i could not even handle the spices in that thing.
