Cute place for boba. I came here over the weekend with a friend since I didn't get to explore when I was last in the area. Service was definitely quick. They finished the people who ordered before me and my drink at the same time. Super friendly employees. It looks like they have a cotton candy machine, but it was out of order when I looked at it. They're also hiring. I ordered a Thai tea boba. It was really good. The boba also tasted great. Not too chewy for me. I'd definitely like to come back again in the future.

Great service- everyone showed upbeat positive attitudes. I tried the brown sugar milk tea. It was okay. I feel like the flavor ratios were off-- like something just wasn't right. I've had better brown sugar milk teas but this wasn't bad and has potential.

Upon entering it smells great!! You can smell the sweetness! Greeted by staff and order taken. I ordered the Barbie drink which is a watermelon lemonade with strawberry jelly. I opted for frozen since it is so stinkin hot outside! The drink was light tasting and refreshing. Not overly sweet. Next time I would do without the jelly. It's crunchy and I wasn't a fan. Seating available inside in a bar type format that looks out the window.

Great place and lots of choices. It really hit the spot and the service was amazing. She was fast and very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will be back to try some other things.

I finally went and boy I was so happy I did! First of all- I have never gotten boba tea in hand so fast! They have base teas, lemonade, milk teas and then flavors & tapioca pearls, popping boba, jellies to choose from. I had tea with mango, lychee popping boba and jellies and I loved it! I thought I wouldn't finish it, and instead before I knew it I had ripped off the top and was fishing out the remaining boba and jellies- because I finished it so fast! I will be stopping back in FOR SURE! Loved the cute look of the shop too- the Krates are shipping containers- so it's small inside, but patio seating is available outside!

A friend recommended this place to us but we really didn't like it. And I'm a HUGE boba fan. We moved here from the D.C. area and I had several favorite places up there for boba. This place has the menu posted on the wall but there was no explanation when we went in. They didn't ask if I've ever been before, or had any questions etc. I wanted to know if the milk tea used regular milk or if there was a non-dairy option - they just said they use "some non-dairy creamer". Most boba places I've been to list the milk options and let you choose - like regular milk, almond milk, oak milk, etc. There was no explanation or indication if you can alter sweetness level - so I just went with the norm (which was too sweet for me). Also no indication about altering ice level. Their brown sugar boba was also really soft, not chewy like I'm use too. I had the Taro Milk tea. I ended up throwing it out. Definitely not my favorite.

The staff at the front were super friendly, which made the experience even better. I went with my mom, and since it was a really hot day, she asked for a recommendation for something refreshing. She ended up getting the passion fruit green tea and absolutely loved it! She mentioned how perfectly balanced it was not too sweet, just right. I ordered the lychee green tea, and it was also really good! I personally enjoy sweeter teas, and this one hit the spot for me. Just a heads-up it might be a bit too sweet for some, but if you're into sweet teas, I definitely recommend giving the lychee green tea a try. We also couldn't resist trying the matcha crème brûlée croffle. I've never had anything like it before, and wow it was so good, I'm already planning to go back for another one. Overall, I had a great experience here. Next time, I'd love to try one of their milk-based drinks, but if you're looking for something light and refreshing, their teas are a great choice. I'll definitely be coming back!

If you're looking for amazing Boba this is definitely the spot. We visited Easter Day and our drinks and food were ready super quick. Lots of open seating and nice open restaurant. Had I not gotten the food I would have rated my experience 5 stars!

I've never had a hard boiled egg that's brown and tastes like Carmel. It was not very good. That was really the only con to write about. Prices are eh, although portions are huge. I ate half and took half home. I also ordered a chai milk tea with added boba. The tea was tasty (I requested oat milk instead of lactaid in my tea). I'm not a huge boba fan, so no boba next time for me. They have specialty Pokemon drinks right now which my daughter ordered. She got the prism tower punch. It was a tart lemonade based drink. With a little bit of sweet. She really enjoyed it. She also ordered a rice bowl, grilled flank steak. It tasted good, but way more rice than actual food and veggies. She had a lot left when she was done. They have lots of drink choices which you can add boba to all. They also have appetizers along with several ramen and rice bowl options. Located at wiregrass mall which is super convenient!

We had boba in mind, and Mochinut came up as the closest shop that could deliver in this regard. My rating factors in the location of the Mochinut here. While it is in the plaza on the westbound side of 56, this location lends itself to avoid the hecticness and heavy traffic that is found in the shops across the highway. Mochinut sits in a plaza is that is relatively tamer and calmer compared to the outlet area. I don't recall any tables and seating outside; if there was, it was maybe a bench or two. As you walk in, you will find a rather spacious interior with both table and lounge-like seating. There were two counter areas - one appeared to be non-operational that particular Saturday. The other (on the left as you walk in) seemed to be the main ordering counter with the displays of the mochi doughnuts. It was also interesting to see one staff manning the entire operation - not unusual for shops like this, but I can definitely see peak periods where more staffing would help. There were also two claw machines that pays out pretty cute stuffed animal prizes to include some Labubus (these machines accept both credit and cash - each game/turn costs $1). We ordered 2 boba-style drinks along with some mochi-style doughnuts. The food and beverages were a bit on the sweeter side, but it served its purpose. While not truly mochi cakes, the mochi-nuts (as the name suggests) were more on the doughy side - they were soft and offered a bit of the chewiness that mochi cakes deliver. Overall, not a bad place to just sit and enjoy for a bit. If you are in the area, whether shopping the outlets or any of the other nearby retailers, and need a quick fix of boba or something sweet, give Mochinut a try.
