I love me a tasty ramen! I ordered the chicken ramen, which came with noodles, broth, corn, sprouts, and a seasoned egg. I think next time I'll see if I can do without the egg. I've never had a hard boiled egg that's brown and tastes like Carmel. It was not very good. That was really the only con to write about. Prices are eh, although portions are huge. I ate half and took half home. I also ordered a chai milk tea with added boba. The tea was tasty (I requested oat milk instead of lactaid in my tea). I'm not a huge boba fan, so no boba next time for me. They have specialty Pokemon drinks right now which my daughter ordered. She got the prism tower punch. It was a tart lemonade based drink. With a little bit of sweet. She really enjoyed it. She also ordered a rice bowl, grilled flank steak. It tasted good, but way more rice than actual food and veggies. She had a lot left when she was done. They have lots of drink choices which you can add boba to all. They also have appetizers along with several ramen and rice bowl options. Located at wiregrass mall which is super convenient!

It was quiet when we came in on Monday evening. The place is well-lit. Food was ready quickly. Ramen was great and cooked well--not too soft or hard. The spicy curry ramen and spicy wontons packed a ton of flavor. My friends enjoyed their ramen dishes as well. The chicken bowl was super crispy and flavorful. I do wish they had more fixings/sauces available so we could customize it a bit, but they do have hot sauce packets available.

    Mega pork ramen

If you're a ramen enthusiast with a serious appetite, **Token Ramen's Mega Pork Ramen** is a bowl you won't soon forget. From the moment it hits the table, the Mega Pork Ramen lives up to its name -- it's massive, indulgent, and unapologetically rich. The broth is the true star here: a deep, creamy tonkotsu base that simmers with layers of porky umami and a subtle garlic undertone. It's thick enough to coat your lips but never feels greasy or overpowering. But let's talk about the **meat** -- after all, "Mega Pork" isn't just for show. You get generous slices of **chashu pork belly**, beautifully marbled and torched just enough to bring out a smoky, caramelized edge. Some bowls also include pork shoulder or ground pork, depending on the location or the day's special. It's a carnivore's dream. The noodles? Springy and slightly chewy -- just the right texture to hold up against that rich broth. Toppings like a soft-boiled ajitama egg (perfectly jammy yolk), wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and nori round things out. Optional spice levels let you crank up the heat without losing the flavor balance.

Stopped in for a Thai Tea. To go. Service was quick and efficient. Cute dive place within the mall. Will be back for lunch.

    Tonkatsu ramen and strawberry lemonade

I'll start by saying this place is just ok, not any better and not any worse than most like it. It's nice that it's located in a nice open air shopping plaza so you can hit up other places if you want. The decor is modern Asian and there are ample seats and tables both inside and out. Menu is a mix of ramen, rice bowls, and drinks (teas and lemonades mostly). I ended up with a tonkatsu ramen and a strawberry lemonade mixed drink. The ramen was just ok. It had seafood, mushroom, pork from what I could taste and see. The seaweed overpowered the broth though. It also needed something like fresh scallions to offset the flavors. The strawberry lemonade was good, but sweet for my tastes. I'm guessing I should have asked foe it with less sweetener. Overall, it seems like a decent place to stop and get a quick bite. Unfortunately, there are a lot of other places ypu xan dine at,, but if you want ramen or a rice bowl this would work in a snap.

This is one of my favorite spots nearby to grab a bite to eat! Every time I go, I know the food will be delicious and they have so many options, so I know I can always find something I'm in the mood for. Apart from food, they also have a plethora of boba tea options. The restaurant inside itself is super simple and cozy but I love bringing my doggo and sitting outside!

Satisfactory ramen if you're looking for a quick spot. It's a good portion of ramen so you won't leave still hungry. In terms of appetizers, the gyoza are good, but I'd pass on the pork steamed bun. Although the bun itself is good, the pork isn't the most flavorful or well seasoned compared to others I've had. The service is quick and the place always appears to be kept well cleaned. I tend to come here after work for a quick bite and it's usually quiet enough to grab some boba and get some studying or work done

We stopped here on a rainy day because my lady was craving boba tea. She ended up going with the pistachio one and LOVED it. Staff was very friendly. Service was quick and thoughtful. Love the way they seal the drink. The place itself was beautiful. Very cool decor. Nice branding. Dimly-lit vibe. Just a cool spot overall.

    Spicy curry pork bowl

Another ramen shops in the books and this place did not disappoint. Got the spicy curry pork bowl and it's amazing. Very well balanced and a delicious spicy tang. Only thing I do wish was the pork was a little more whole. This pork is very shredded but still had great flavor. Over all it's a small like ramen and tea shop. Some seating area but if your local it's probably best to take it togo. Service was good. Was knowledgeable of the menu and helped us pick some other items. Will be coming back for sure!

Pretty good ramen spot. Walking in I was a little skeptical because it appears like a fast food appearance, and the fact that you have to order at the register, I did not get a restaurant feel. But I was surprised that the food was pretty good. I'm normally use to really greasy ramen that's super flavorable. The ramen I ordered still had flavor, just not as strong as I've had before. I ordered the miso ramen and my bf ordered the black garlic ramen. Both were good. The gyoza was delicious but could have been fried a little more.

Let's start with the ambiance. I have been at this location when it was previously another restaurant and the upgrades done are exceptional. Kanji is a perfect date ambiance. I decided to go with 2 rolls for lunch; a basic yellowtail roll, and a spider roll, which comes with fried softshell crab. While I was waiting, the sushi chef provided me with a specialty piece of yellowtail that was amazing! My rolls came out quickly, and they were absolutely perfect. While less pieces than I'm used to, the yellowtail roll was packed with fish. And the soft shell crab was perfectly cooked, plus I love that they provided the deep fried legs, too. Everything I received was beautifully plated on slate dishes, which is always a nice touch. Yes, I do think its more expensive than other sushi places ($4 for a soda, come on?!) but it was really excellent sushi. If I'm ever in the area again (which, honestly, I hope not to be), I would definitely return.

The Ramen is okay, but it just doesn't hit like before. The restaurant was a laid back vide with Japanese inspired themes and music in the background. Our server points us to our table and hands us menus to start. We always start out with an edamame appetizer and then go ahead and order the ramen. My partner got the spicy tonkatsu and I had wanted to do the "make your own ramen" option. I really wanted wagyu but didn't like the toppings it came with. So I just made my own, though it was very costly to add more toppings, so I just chose 2. Overall, the experience was okay. We frequent this restaurant often, I've noticed a high turnover in servers and initially assumed the slow service was due to that. However, during a non-busy lunchtime , with only about five other tables, it took 30 minutes to receive a hibachi chicken plate and a kids' meal. My daughter was not very happy needless to say . That wait time felt excessive and made me question what's happening in the kitchen. I understand it's the holiday season and that waiting is sometimes expected, but a long delay for a 15 table restaurant is disappointing. The server mentioned that 30 minutes is normal for a hibachi chicken plate, which seems a bit long to me. I usually gravitate toward Asian restaurants because service tends to be quicker, so this experience was surprising. For now, I may stick to my usual Vietnamese and Korean go-to spots, but I truly hope this improves because I want to continue supporting this local business. Additionally, the fried banana side that comes with the kids' meal has been consistently inedible. Ten times out of ten, it's extremely greasy, more like biting into a hot grease ball than bananas. It doesn't feel very healthy or even safe for children.
