I love me a tasty ramen! I ordered the chicken ramen, which came with noodles, broth, corn, sprouts, and a seasoned egg. I think next time I'll see if I can do without the egg. I've never had a hard boiled egg that's brown and tastes like Carmel. It was not very good. That was really the only con to write about. Prices are eh, although portions are huge. I'll start by saying this place is just ok, not any better and not any worse than most like it. It's nice that it's located in a nice open air shopping plaza so you can hit up other places if you want. The decor is modern Asian and there are ample seats and tables both inside and out. Menu is a mix of ramen, rice bowls, and drinks (teas and lemonades mostly). I ended up with a tonkatsu ramen and a strawberry lemonade mixed drink. The ramen was just ok. It had seafood, mushroom, pork from what I could taste and see. The seaweed overpowered the broth though. It also needed something like fresh scallions to offset the flavors. The strawberry lemonade was good, but sweet for my tastes. I'm guessing I should have asked foe it with less sweetener. Overall, it seems like a decent place to stop and get a quick bite. Only thing I do wish was the pork was a little more whole. This pork is very shredded but still had great flavor. Over all it's a small like ramen and tea shop. Ah token we meet again. I haven't dined at this chain establishment in a few years because my first experience was lackluster at a different location. The chili wontons were good I recommend that however the ramen always leaves me wanting more, not more food but more depth to the broth. I've tried 2 different ones now and was not a fan of either. The food came out quickly and the inside had ample seating it seemed like more people were taking out than dining in. My biggest complaint was that we were served normal silverware spoons while other tables were given the soup spoons. Not the end of the world but unfortunate. read more

Before visiting the restaurant, I called to confirm their closing time since it was a holiday. They told me they closed at 10pm, but the kitchen would stop taking orders at 9:30pm. I decided to place my order on the way, even though I was only 10min away. When I arrived at 9:20pm, all the tables and chairs inside were already packed up. We had to sit outside, even though it was 44°F. The ramen broth wasn't hot, and when we asked for chili oil to add some flavor, they said they had already put everything away. The menu is very diverse, and I might give them another chance in the future, but not anytime soon. I have a few favorite ramen spots, and this one doesn't make the list. In my opinion, they should work on improving their customer service and treat every order with care until the end of the night. I understand they want to go home, but it's part of the job. read more

This may be third ramen place near New Tampa and Wesley Chapel. It is great to see the mall has this chain in working. More choices to people of the area. The only thing I would said, they need to work on the quantity of the food for the price paid. We started with the two drink. My wife have the cocoa slush with boba. It is good. But I like my Caramel Macchiato Slush better. Rich in flavor. Our appetizers is the ninja nuggets. This Taiwanese street food is delicious. My wife have Mega Pork Ramen. There are charshu pork and charshu pulled pork. This may be the best value. The broth is pork bone base. I have the grilled shrimp ramen. It come with 8 pieces pan seared grilled shrimp. Being that I don't eat pork, I don't have many options when I check out ramen spots, and usually don't like their chicken or veggie ramen bowls, but Token has a wonderful chicken ramen! The broth was a chicken broth and very flavorful. The chicken was wonderfully seasoned and delicious on its own. I went with my husband and brother so we each ordered something different and shared. My husband got the grilled shrimp ramen, which was basically my ramen but with shrimp. My brother got the tender beef and onion rice bowl and it was DELICIOUS too. I will probably get that rice bowl next time we go if I'm not craving ramen again. Boba we ordered from left to right: Peach Oolong Punch Tea w/ Lychee Jelly, Red Bean Wow Milk w/ Boba, and Taro Milk Tea w/ Boba Takes a few minutes to get the orders ready, but we were okay with that. First and foremost the staff were great at the counter, very kind (barring the old lady in the kitchen giving me the stank eye for no apparent reason) We came here for the Pikmin boba but apparently Kung Fu Tea did not anticipate its popularity so they ran out 2 days into the promotion. That being said we ordered a lychee fruit tea and a Thai tea. Both tasted powder based and the lychee jelly had part of the fruit shell still on it. The food somehow managed to be worse. The tonkotsu ramen, 15$ btw, was worse than what I could do with a pack of Maruchan an and egg in the middle of the night. The bao buns were okay, basically mid. The fried chicken rice bowl was okay... the only bearable dish even tho the chicken was rubbery. This experience totaled to ~50$ and it ruined my weekend. I wish I was in the hospital for late staged lung cancer, it would be a more enjoyable experience. Who cares about the poor ambiance the place was mid. read more

STOP SCROLLING Yes it's yet another 5 star review but why not when it's deserving of it. If you don't know me I've had Boba tea from every corner of this country, over seas and most of the places in between and I'll say that every place has it's own spin on different drinks (except Taro which is always great when you want something sweet) this boba tea place has some of my favorite mainly the non tea strawberry lemonade but let's get back to the main reason for 5 stars. The staff while super casual and laid back are great at confirming your order is right and then prepping the teas just the way you wanted it. If a mistake is made (we are all human) they will quickly correct it and have you smiling and sipping boba in no time. Next reason, Ninja Chicken... yeah it's really good the way it fried and spiced it's like a super fancy chicken nugget with Thai chili dipping sauce I 100% recommend to anyone that likes chicken, if you don't like chicken you might not like this as much :). Last note the ramen here is in my top 10 for sure. While it's not the best I've ever had it's still really good and they do a great job at Ramen Togo which in it self is pretty impressive. Came here strictly for the tea! We were greeted upon entering even though the location was a bit busy. It's clean and the ramen looks amazing, a little upset we ate before this and didn't get the ramen! We got the teas and they were all delicious! Our only complaint is way too much ice. We got the large but still finished our teas in what felt like 5 sips. It was super upsetting because they were so good! Of course we wanted more! I am very particular about Ramen...I wasn't expecting much from Token Ramen as Ive never heard about it before but they put one at the Wiregrass Mall. So I decided to give it a try. I did take my food to go...and even with that I was actually surprised. It was not the most delicious ramen I've had but it wasn't bad either. It had all of the key components and was flavored well. I also had a pork bun and the bun had the right consistency and stickiness I am accustomed to, the meat was a little underwhelming but again not bad either. What really made the meal is in the name of the restaurant...the Kung Fu Tea. The team really is BOMB! The first sip I was like wow...so much flavor and so refreshing. I've eaten twice at Token Ramen...each time, I kind of had some after effects that happened...but if in a pinch and I really want some Ramen...I know I have something that is decent nearby that I can go to and just be prepared to use the restroom after. read more

I decided to try this place based on a friend's recommendation and I was not disappointed! My family and I opted to Uber eats from the restaurant on a cold and rainy day, bought the Gyoza, the fried chicken, the chicken ramen and winter melon tea. The potstickers were good it had a little less filling than other places but the quality was great. The fried chicken was a hit for my boys. There is a unique seasoning on the skin that gives it a nice distinct taste. The ramen was great, the quality was good and the ingredients were fresh. I will probably try the spicier options next time The Winter melon tea had a taste I wasn't expecting but still refreshing. We will be back soon read more
