While the store is very cute, with plenty of seating space, the actual boba menu is quite limited. I ordered the okinawa milk tea with reduced sugar/ice and the total price rivaled boba shops down in Spring Mountain! (~$7 with toppings). I was unprepared to pay that amount since Boba Master isn't a huge name in the "Boba Game"... I walked in here, wanting to try Boba Master out because North Las Vegas has so many limited options. Unfortunately, Boba Master should be classified as a cafe, and less so as the "typical boba shop". I liked it for the one time I was here, but likely wouldn't come back unless I wanted to sit/do homework/chat with others for an extended time. Do try it if you prefer a good ambiance! read more

Ridiculously expensive!! The staff made a rude comment, and the drinks are alright. Expect to pay between $7-9 for a drink here. Whereas at most boba places in LV, it is between $5-7. Brew Tea Bar has MUCH better boba drinks and their small is $5.50 and their large is $6.50. Also, the drinks are really sweet. I feel like they try to take already good drinks, like Thai Tea, and try to put their own syrupy sweet spin on them. I have tried the Thai tea, black sugar tea, coconut mango smoothie, and taro smoothie and I didn't really like any of them. Moral of the story, save your money. Not worth it for the price and quality. We tried the mango green tea, strawberry black tea, and jasmine milk tea. The drinks were either too bitter or too sweet even with the adjustments. The guy who made the drinks was particularly rude as well. He just had a bad attitude and rolled his eyes at us as if we couldn't see him when we told him the tea was bitter. It was my first time trying this place since my coworker recommended it. We don't normally send drinks back because I love boba tea but the mango green tea 25% sweet was very bitter. I love a strong tea flavor but this was brewed way too long or at too high of a temperature. I asked nicely if they can remake the drink to a strawberry black tea 25% sweet (since the green tea was not brewed correctly) and both workers were very rude about it. I came here to try the mochi donuts but they didn't have any. Got her at 9:30 and said they wouldn't arrive until 11. New spot, first time to try them. Coworkers took me for a treat. They have cute sweets and savory sandwiches/ croffle! I'm not sure if that's one work for crunchy waffles but they looked cute and yummy. I got a Hot Jasmine Milk Tea...at first the staff said I couldn't get it hot which was confusing as the menu didn't indicate otherwise. If items are unavailable in Hot, there is a small note next to the item. I just said ok, that's fine but they ended up learning how to make it hot and provide me with what I wanted. LOVE that they have dairy alternatives. They have Oat, Soy and Coconut. I got the coconut with my milk tea. Surprisingly, it wasn't overwhelmingly fragrant like some places have it when it's served hot. However, it was a bit sweet. What I absolutely enjoyed was the boba. Even after sitting in my hot tea and cooling off for a couple hours it was still in tact and not goopy or gooey at all. It was nice a chewy, flavorful and not undercooked. I will definitely be back to try other items like the desserts and maybe a marble drink. Decent prices...not sure if they have a rewards membership as I didn't pay. Staff was friendly enough. Mood- Tea Upon entering was greeted with a friendly hello. At which point I went into line and began to scan the menu. Everything is very well laid out, the display caught my attention as well with all of the goodies . When it was my turn opted for the Blueberry Lavender Slush, and a Bubbly Cream Mango Passion Fruit. I am still loving the taste of the Blueberry Lavender. The flavors were very complimentary to each other. Neither overwhelming the other. Normally if I like something I end up drinking it very quickly. This I took my sweet time to savor it. Interior is very neat. There are small table and chairs in a high pub fashion, a couch with a table. It is very laid back vibe in here all the while with the amazing smells of coffees,teas, and pastries. I did not expect the interior to look the way it did. This was highly pleasing. Everyone was wearing masks to ensure safety. Would most def recommend - pricing is typical for a boba place. New Boba place in the Centennial Area and this place easily takes the cake! First, the ambiance of the place is so aesthetically pleasing. I love walking into Boba Master! There's plenty of seating for you to enjoy your drinks and snacks. Second, the drinks are so good. When I first tried the tea ades, and the bubbly cream drinks- I wasn't expecting the club soda, but it was good- it's different than other boba places that just use water. You are able to substitute to water if you don't care for the carbonation. (Don't knock it till you try it though) Third, the desserts and food. The croffle is delicious! It's so different from anything I've ever had. Keep in mind they make it fresh, and it's worth the wait. The prosciutto and fig butter croffle is a good one if you're looking for more a meal. Nutella Croffle is good one if you're looking for something sweet, and even just the plain one is so good! The Whoopie pies are so good too. I've tried many boba spot all over Las Vegas. And I'm not too picky at all and I usually get just a basic Taro Milk Tea, so it's really hard to mess that up. But Boba Master definitely masted the Taro Milk Tea. The taste is so flavorful. Customer service was great too. Very friendly. I would definitely come here again. On another note, my girlfriend got the Sunset Lemonade, and she wasn't expecting it to be carbonated. So that was a no go for her, but she is willing to give it another try with something else. read more

Extremely disappointed with my order tonight. I ordered a large milk tea w/ boba (which is an additional charge) & even wrote in the special instructions "with boba please" in case they missed my boba add-on. Fast forward 30 mins, I receive my drink & realize there's no boba in it whatsoever. The employee who processed my delivery order should have reached out to me or canceled my order once they realized they were out of boba, but instead decided to send my drink anyway & just write "out of boba" on the cup. Glad that this place opened nearby our house, not only because it's close to our house, but also because their drinks are yummy and their menu offers a wide variety of drinks,and pastries. Customer service is also great! We've been here a handful of times and haven't had any complaints. My favorite is the matcha marble. A must for matcha lovers like myself. The kiddos love their mango milk tea with mango jelly and the regular milk tea with boba. Hubby loves their tropical lychee slush with lychee jelly. The drinks come in a reusable container with a lid similar to a coffee cup lid. The cups aren't flimsy. I took off a star only because they don't offer incentives like a stamp card, where you buy a certain amount of drinks and get a drink free. Most boba places we go to offer that. I'm always a little skeptical about neighborhood boba spots but Boba Master has brought a good boba joint to the north west side of town. The drinks are well made and has a smooth profile. You won't find a powdery residue type of taste in your drinks like some of the other cheap boba spots. The establishment is owned by Freddy, and like his other places the decor is modern and you can tell he spent a lot of thought into it. It's a great place to bring friends and play a card game while getting drinks. I hope they expand their pastry options, but for it just opening I am not disappointed at all.
