Great service and great food! Employees are very friendly and nice. I always enjoy their Banh Mi.

When I worked in Boston's combat zone 40 years ago, I use to go to a small food cart in the entrance way to a number of Asian restaurants upstairs. She sold these banh mi Vietnamese sandwiches, that I was absolutely addicted to. Present day, me and a friend give this place a try yesterday and guess what, I'm again addicted to their Vietnamese sandwiches! :). When I asked to pull out the middle of the bread (I do it everywhere), she was a bit confused so she got the boss, and no problem! I also tried one of the chicken wings with some of the best dipping sauce I have ever had. Service was fine, place was clean, etc. As it's across the street from planet fitness, I'm sure I'll be back a minimum ofweekly. read more

First time visit and boy were we surprised. We are always nervous hitting a place just when it opens as there are always growing pains. It seems like they have hit the ground running. My wife had crème brûlée boba and I had Vietnamese ice coffee. They were bit quite good. We also had fried dumplings. My wife had the traditional bahn mi. I had the Korean bbq noodle dish. Everything we had was very good and the service was excellent. You know a place is good when you are already thinking about what to get next time. read more

I had to then ask for a refill because it wasn't satisfying at all. The customer service was a 1/10. No one checked on me and the girl seemed bothered that I asked for the bare minimum which was water. I was not provided bean sprouts basil or peppers. Or even water I had to get up and ask. This was my first visit to Boba Mi and it went like this...First off there's plenty of plaza parking and easy enterance for those in need of a little more space...Next the menu was limited but that's not a bad thing, it's better to perfect a few things than to serve mediocure food...I ordered a small bowl of Beef Pho and let me tell you the "small" bowl is more than enough for the average eater...The bowl came fairly quickly and with a nice side of fresh bean sprouts, Lime wedge, sliced jalepano and a sprig of fresh Thai basil...The broth was amazing, the noodles cooked nicely, the beef was tender and every drop was tasty...They serve Bubble Tea but I didn't have any of that...So the very next day I brought my wife in for lunch and we ordered two Pho Mi sandwiches and an order of fresh shrimp spring rolls, a boba tea and a diet soda...The brisket used on the sandwiches was so tender it melted in your mouth, although the Pho broth also helped to make the sandwich special...I tell ya folks, with each bite I wanted the sandwich to last forever, yeh that good...The shrimp spring rolls had three nice slices of shrimp in each along with a tasty peanut dipping sauce, which rocked...My wife also enjoyed the Passion Fruit Boba Tea...I got to meet the owner/chef named Chia who suggested we try the Beef Brisket Pho the next visit and we sure will...Folks, please consider supporting folks like these who serve with pride and deliver quality food for us all to enjoy. read more

Currently writing this from the parking lot because it was too good to wait until I got home to write this. Every Saturday my partner and I try to find a nice cute spot in Henrietta to grab a reasonably priced dinner. Today we ended up at Boba Mi and I couldn't be more thrilled that we did. I got: Mango Madness Boba Tea: 4.5/5 - So incredibly good. Honestly only docking half a point so my review seems more realistic, let's say it's "slightly difficult to drink at first" (well yeah, it's frozen). Vietnamese egg coffee: 5/5 - This is why we came here. I was craving this and it was made absolutely perfectly. I keep meaning to try this hot someday. Brisket pho: 5/5 - I am incredibly picky with meat. If it's poor quality or just reheated and old/not fresh I will taste it and be unable to finish it. The brisket in this was so delectable and we went an HOUR before they closed. It's rare the food is still fresh then. My partner got: Mango milk tea: 4.5/5 - Tasted like real mango, unlike most other places that have a strong artificial mango flavor! Bánh bao chiên: 5/5 - Perfectly crispy outside with a wonderful texture inside. This was his first time trying one of these and he absolutely loved it. I'm sad we didn't have room for any Bánh Mì, but one can only eat so much in a day. We absolutely will be back to try more, that original Mi has my name written all over it. I already texted a few people to go check it out. Unfortunately I did not get pictures as I was too engrossed in how delicious the food was.
