One thing we really appreciate is that they use fresh peppers to spice it up, which makes a huge difference and gives it that authentic, fresh heat we love. The service is just as great as the food. The young ladies who serve here are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the experience even better. It's comforting to find a place that feels familiar and hits the mark on both food and service. Thai Bistro is a gem, and we're so glad to have it nearby. We'll definitely be regulars!
