I feel like they come be a little watered down or if I get a frozen drink, they come a little melted. This isn't always the case, but it is something I've noticed which makes it a location I don't like to frequent as much. The staff here is really nice and it always is pretty clean.

Also, the AYCE Korean barbecue that is attached to this shop is fabulous. I love that. They also have popular items like the viral ice cream that's shaped like fruits. The service here is always super fast, which is great, especially when I'm in a rush. I do have to say I have had some experiences staff where they have not been very nice and kind of rude, but the delicious bubble tea keeps me coming back.

I saw many people having Boba with their meals, and I almost ordered some, but I just couldn't figure out how they were able to drink Boba on top of eating all they can eat Korean barbecue. Only one kind of marinade available for these meats and it's way too sweet. Not good quality meat. Most of it sticks together and you cannot grill properly. The grill plate has parchment paper...there is a side with a more Japanese style grill but this one doesn't heat up enough. Sides are not good at all and rice was very dry. If you really really are craving kbbq and are stuck in Rochester, maybe go for a visit? Sadly you will be disappointed either way.
