I was out running errands and got excited when I saw a young lady with a boba tea cup. I have been craving boba tea for sometime and saw they had boba tea at the mall. Bonus! Found the large kiosk on the 2nd floor near the food court. I wanted something a bit sweet with some caffeine so opted to order thai iced tea with boba. I asked to have it half sweetened which was great but the boba was a disappointment. It was a huge blob and I struggled to enjoy the boba part. Sigh...On to my search for boba in the Valley.

I was really craving a boba since the location in Scottsdale was out of boba last night. I stopped here on my travels today and braced going into the mall to cure my craving. My biggest complaint is that the staff didn't know the calories for the low calorie options. To me if you have healthier options (or not healthy options), the calories should be listed. I got a low calorie mango tango with regular boba light ice. It was good except the boba were hot for some reason. I've never experienced that before. The taste of the tea was very syrupy yet it tasted good. Overall, the price and size is right and it's good for calming a craving.

I'm always down to try and new Boba Spot so when I saw this location and I'd never been we looked over the menu and waited in line. I'm trying to cut beck on sugar , bummer I know... I saw the Bucknaked and it sounded good while son got the cosmo with popping boba . Service was ok, but not anything to write home about. It's in the middle of the food court. We were given a number and waited for it to be called. Our drinks were ready pretty quick. I was not a fan of mine at all. I didn't realize until I drank it that it was lightly carbonated. My bad for not seeing that above the drink. My son loved his and drank it in seconds ha ha. I couldn't leave empty handed so I went and tickle me drink, much better. All in all pretty good stop. I'd come again to try other flavors.

Our family always stops here for a Boba drink when visiting the mall. Sony drink combinations. I like how transparent the menu is and how you can see every flavor they put into each drink. The names of the drinks as so much fun. My favorite part are thr names of the add-ons like nunus, gobis and Boba. Ordering the drin by name with the add-ons is such fun to say. Popping the seal of the cup with the giant Boba friendly straw is so satisfying. We usually take off the seal for our little ones to drink so they don't suck up the add-ons in the straw unexpectedly and choke on them. They had a few sips from. The straw today like big girls, but cracked the seal in the end to fish for the goodies at the bottom with a spoon. Fast friendly service all the time.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! Tonight after a long shift at the mall i thought i would stop by the Boba Tea Company before i went home.. i got a berry sexy, large, with green apple popping boba, and added coconut jelly. I then was offered it the choice to make it fizzy so i said "sure!" after getting it literally less than a minute later (made with no care and sloppily) i tasted it and it tasted just like straight soda water. No tea taste or any berry flavor. Don't waste $8.00 on a cup of soda water with 10 boba pearls in it..

Can't go wrong with BOBA tea. Well...maybe you can go wrong, but not at this place. No lines here. Service was friendly. He had the patience to wait for our decisions. Its hard to decide when there are so many choices of tea to choose from. Finally picked our 2. Service was fast. Mmmmmm...so good. The boba balls or whatever you call them were really unique. They were infused with fruity liquids so when you chewed on them... they would pop in your mouth and you'd get a blast of sweet fruit on your tastebuds. Never had that kind of boba tea before. Worth a new taste adventure.

Geisha (matcha milk tea)

My friend and I were hanging out at this mall, after we walked around the mall, we got thirsty and we saw this boba kiosk in the middle of the food court. Of course I was excited, I don't think I've been to this mall before, so I didn't know this mall has boba tea. We looked at the menu and oh boy, I'm glad there was a guy waiting for his drink and talking to the girl about stuff so I had more time to look at the menu, thanks dude. The menu though, they are so confusing? I've never gotten so confused to order boba tea but today it happened. I am not a big fan of "fruity" tea type of thing when it comes to boba, I like my boba tea sweet, milky and creamy. But they don't even have what we usually find at other boba places which is the Classic milk tea. But the girl was nice, I did ask her if they have a menu that's close to classic milk tea flavor? She said the flavor that is close to classic milk tea would be Jazzie (dark brown sugar-cream-golden tea) but my friend ordered Jazzie before and she said it tasted more like coffee to her rather than brown sugar. So I ended up order Geisha (matcha milk tea). Honestly, I do like the boba here, it's sweet and chewy. The Geisha tasted just like Matcha (duh), but I also tasted "jasmine tea". So, it's like Jasmine tea + Matcha, it wasn't bad though. I gave 3 stars because of the price and the confusing menu. It was $5.45 for medium (more like small to me)... I can get a large cup at other boba places with that price. Well, if I go to this mall again, I will try their other menu but I don't see myself go to this mall just to get the boba. ps. I laughed when I look at their gift card, it's called Suckbucks and they also have a Thank You sign that says THANK YOU FOR SUCKING. I was like wait what did I read it wrong or... LMAO

There's delicious pineapple in there!!

If you like mushy boba go here. And our drinks were forgotten, we were waiting forever and the 2 girls working were very rude about it.

One of the workers was actively making drinks with blood running down the side of her face. Blood. Wouldn't recommend.

I was a frequent customer during it's previous iteration as Yo&I and as Bubble Cups up until 2 or 3 years ago. Tonight was my first time back in years as I found out through a recent post in Yelp that it was closing. I stopped visiting due to personal reasons but I had to make a visit to try to catch the owner and tell her that the shop will be missed and that I was sorry to see them go. For the last hurrah, I made a large order for the following: Raspberry fruit tea x2 Hokkaido Milk Tea And my all time favorite - the Classic House Special The Raspberry and Guava fruit teas are currently buy one, get one free and all other drinks are buy one, get one half off. For my final parting words, if you are in the area or don't mind coming over this way, please visit them one last time before they close for good on Sunday, Dec 28. They have some amazing promos going as a final gift to customers and you will be supporting a local family that have been running this place. Thank you Bubble Cups for the years of great drinks to make my day a little more brighter. I hope to see you again soon someday!

The side patio was especially nice, decorated with string lights and offering outdoor games like Connect 4, which gave the space a relaxed and fun atmosphere for family or friends! We ordered a classic Thai tea with honey boba. The drink itself was prepared very quickly, which was appreciated. The tea had a balanced sweetness and creaminess that made it both flavorful and refreshing. The boba, however, was smaller than average in size, which may have affected the overall chewiness and texture. The outside was soft and sweet, while the inside had a slightly starchy texture. I'm not sure if this experience was because we came close to closing time, but that was really my only complaint. This visit, we didn't order the pho, although it seemed very popular among other customers in the shop. The aroma of the broth filled the restaurant and honestly smelled really good and tempting throughout our visit. Overall, I'd return to give the boba another try and possibly try the pho next time as well.

Parking wasn't too bad. Place was empty when I walked in witha good amount of tables and seating. Lots of Bible verses on the wall. I wondered if this was a newer boba shop. Lady at the counter was on the phone and didn't answer my question. I asked which of the milk teas she recommended and she said the golden milk tea aka classic. I ordered a large with easy ice, 50% sugar, and honey boba. Menu price is $7 and $1 for boba, but total came out to $9 for some reason. It even says tax is included in their prices, so not sure what the extra $1 was for. Drink was ready in a few minutes and I was on my way. First thing I noticed was the color: very light and white. Strange, as I expected it to be darker. Flavor wise: sweet and no tea flavor, disappointing. Tasted like a powder too. Boba balls were good; chewy and cooked nicely. That was a small redeeming factor. Overall not impressed with this spot and probably won't be back. Expensive and quality is not up to par.

We loved it so much that we order extra boba as the consistency stands out every time. The size, texture, and chewiness of the boba are perfect, which is something a lot of boba spots struggle to achieve. They have an immense menu allowing you to treat your cravings. Despite being busy on a Friday night, service was accurate and timely. The ambiance also makes this place feel extra welcoming. There are several seating options including regular tables, high-top tables, even a couch area for lounging, and seating outside. I also really like how close this cafe is to Glendale Community College. Inside, they also have board games available and a claw machine, which gives the cafe a fun and cozy atmosphere whether you're studying, hanging out with friends, or just stopping by for a drink. Another huge plus was their macaron ice cream sandwiches, which I haven't been able to find at other competitors. They're located in the back and come pre-packaged in a cooler, but the texture is amazing! It is soft, chewy, and structured all at once. Our favorite flavors were vanilla, coffee, and strawberry. Due to limited boba locations in the Glendale area - this is our one stop shop. Definitely a spot worth coming back to! Two large iced Thai teas with extra boba ~ $17.55.
