We're from out of town and have visited this spot four times now because it's one of the few dessert places open late, but this will be our last visit. The biggest issue is expectations. The menu shows a wide variety of items, but many either aren't sold anymore or aren't available later in the evening. More than once we've come specifically for something, waited in line, and only found out at the register that it's not being served, sometimes an hour or two before closing. There's no clear notice about a limited late‑night menu or which items are actually available, so customers end up wasting time and leaving frustrated. On top of that, the teens working the counter often come across as condescending when they deliver that news. It doesn't feel like they've been trained on basic customer communication, and there's rarely an apology or effort to offer alternatives, which makes the whole experience feel dismissive rather than welcoming. Even the small extras feel neglected, all the games in the seating area look crispy and worn, and some of the card games even appear moldy, which doesn't give a good impression about cleanliness or upkeep. This could be an easy fix, update the menus to remove items you no longer sell, clearly mark a late‑night menu with specific hours, refresh or clean the games, and train the front‑of‑house staff on how to communicate those limits respectfully. The concept and late hours are great, but after four tries, the lack of clear communication, poor upkeep, and the attitude at the counter mean we won't be back. I had subscribed to their newsletter years ago and occasionally received coupons to save some money on my next order. I had received such coupon a few weeks ago for my birthday and made specific plans to stop by here after my son's appointment. My son's appointment ended way sooner than anticipated and we got here early. We were looking forward to bringing drinks home to enjoy and waited it out for their opening. Sadly, opening never happened while we were there. Lights were out and doors still locked at 11am. I called the store to see if anyone would pick up. No one ever did after letting the phone ring for a solid minute and never saw movement inside. Still, we waited a couple of more minutes before leaving just in case someone was running late. No one ever showed and we ended up leaving by 11:10. There were no signs posted saying they were going to be closed or opening later today either. Had I known they were never going to open on time (or at all - I don't know), I would've never made this stop and came home 30 minutes sooner. I wanted to show my support to a local business but they are now permanently off my rotations list after this debacle with their newsletter unsubscribed. Not a huge loss now that a 85c Bakery Cafe has opened super close to my house. I've been going there very regularly and they've proven themselves to be reliable. read more

This is my kids' second favorite boba place and right near their school so sometimes I'll pick it up for them before picking them up. They are boba connoiseurs, having had it since age 4 in cities all around the world (we always try to find boba when we travel), so they are clear about which ones they like and don't like. We always order the small flavored milk teas at 50% sweet with the regular tapioca boba and the drinks are consistently well-made. I love the cups they use - they are sealed until you pop them with a straw and make it easy to transport. Other places have used cups with removable lids that leak, so I'm picky. Parking is easy (shopping center) and mid-day it's never busy so service is fast. Bathroom is clean. We come here a few times a month. Prices are on par with most boba places and Starbucks, which is to say, kinda expensive but not OTT for a treat. read more

I'd say I definitely went more for the event and not for the actual drinks, as their menu isn't my preferred *cup of tea*. Given how long the line was, I wasn't expecting to receive my drink right away, but it was shocking that it took more than 10-15 for my drink to come out (especially given that they're mostly powder based drinks). Maybe it's the same staff that is consistently unkind but overall it was really disappointing. My partner purchased the strawberry binsu and it was alright. Toppings are additional charges and I can tell overall the presentation is bland. I ordered the matcha binsu and I know it controversial to many taste buds but I was expecting the restaurant to have nailed down the flavor profile but it just fell flat. It tasted, and I hate to contribute to the matcha stigma, like dirt. It's not high quality or even good matcha. The ambiance is again, unwelcoming and cold. Overall I will not be coming again, I hope this doesn't dissuade their employees from improving their skills or from others trying new small businesses. First review in a long tome... and it's about boba. Who would've thought? Ok let's cut to the chase. The shop is located inside of a somewhat shopping center, so plenty of parking. There's seating inside with cute decorations, and it's spacious. Never crowded in my experience. The drinks are pretty good. I've tried a few and the quality overall is pretty consistent along with being fairly priced, so at that point it's all about your personal preference. Now as for service... it could be better. The girl (seems to be around my age) thats there when they open and often still there for closing is cool. I was in there for a while working on assignments and ordered two separate drinks during the duration of my visit. First impressions: It's surprisingly empty, but very clean, so at least that's good it's clean. Some places are empty and still dirty. It was nice and cool inside. If they had some games or something, it might bring more foot traffic in. I'd recommend some savory snacks too, when people don't want a full meal but want something to balance the sweetness. I tasted it, and it was a little too sweet for me. She loved it though, and said, look it comes with apple in it. Later she ripped open the top to get the apple. But I guess I'd do the same tbh. Honeydew shaved ice. It has dairy so if you can't hang, be wary. The honey dew that was included was very sweet. Yum. I thought the plating was odd though. There was a sugar cone, a few marshmallows and some Oreos and whipped cream aside from the fruit. The texture is also different for the shaved ice. It is creamy due to the dairy, but the shaved ice is in strings and I guess I'm used to fluffy mounds like snow. Nothing tasted terrible or anything negative. It's just different than expected. Decided to check out this spot on a limb as we were in the area and we were def glad we did! Not much foot traffic on a Tuesday evening but a few people hanging out in the shop. Good size establishment although it does need some warmer paint colors on the walls and a lil more TLC to make it more inviting . There is def a lot of open space but lighting was quite bright almost gave Day Care vibes. We were quickly greeted by a friendly young lady and we orderd our drinks . Many to chose from . This hidden gem is tucked away next to a beauty salon where EOS gym is. Everything we have tried so far has been great. I've tried the mango shaved ice and honeydew slush with boba. Their shaved ice is really soft and full of flavor. The cut mango is really sweet. I've never seen shaved ice presenter like this. Be sure to eat it fast as it can melt quite fast. The honeydew slush was was fantastic. It even came with fresh sliced honeydew pieces. The boba is soft and chewy. There are so many options to choose from here. There is plenty of seating. You can play board games and just chat over boba. Great for kids too. The sugar level can be adjusted which is great! Ended up here because it's the latest open it seems near North Phoenix. Still pretty good for fruity drinks, but can't speak on the milk tea. Yakult drink was pretty refreshing and yakult isn't overpowering. Not super sweet, a good sweet treat. Interior design is kind of weird as there's a lot of open space and not enough seating or things to fill it. Sparse selection of games in one corner and a tree that lights up in the back. This is the first time I've ever looked at a boba shop and thought it looked awkward, which was kind of funny. Parking is easy as it shares private lot with multiple businesses. First time coming here and it was good. I ordered a large oolong milk tea with boba and it cost me $7.75. I thought that was pretty pricey for the size I received. I feel like they need to step up their ambiance though. Play some music, throw in some bean bags or yard games. It just wasn't too inviting. There were some flowers that were in their main lobby that looked like it came from a memorial service, kinda freaked me out. Also, one of their bathroom stalls were down, there was poop on the toilet seat and no soap in the restroom. It's my understanding that they just opened a few weeks ago, so I'm hoping it's a learning curve and they make this place more inviting with cleaner restrooms. Especially after seeing how much they charge for one drink. As you can see in the pictures, the space has a lot of potential!! Hopefully my next visit, they stepped it up! This place deserves to be up in the 4 stars or higher. It has been consistent and one of the best milk teas I've had in the valley. It compares to chains we unfortunately do not have here yet such as Chatime and Gong Cha. Great balance between milk and tea, my only complaints would be the availability of advertised options, and the sweetness. Thankfully they do have sweetness levels that you can request. I've tried tens of milk tea shops from Apache Junction to Anthem, this one deserves to sit in the top 5. I've yet to have the bingsu, yet only heard good things, and the presentation is quite appealing! My favorite would have to be the Oolong milk tea with egg cheese foam (when available) with 25% sugar, but there seems to be an option for everyone! I strongly encourage a coconut-based flavor to the managers here! There is also never a line, and drinks are up quick! Came here while on vacation from Seattle - I can be pretty picky with my boba and based off of reviews this seemed like a good place to try. I just got the classic black milk tea, and it was probably one of my favorite milk teas I've ever had. Excellent flavor! The boba wasn't quite as chewy or sweet as I like it - I think it was a bit underdone - but wasn't bad to the point that it ruined the drink. Just not my personal favorite.
