Would be giving this place 5 stars had it not been for the girl that's ALWAYS working there. I've had amazing service and quality every time I've been there except for when she works. I've worked in food service before so I'm really understanding to people who are in the same industry. One or two times I understand but every single time it's her the experience is always bad. How hard is it to work at a boba place. Mind you, it's not even busy when I come in. Terrible. P.S it's the Mexican girl that's always working. Very nice service, peach smoothie I ordered was very good, actually tasted like peach instead of a sort of peach flavouring. My dad also really liked the taro milk tea I suggested. Cozy atmosphere, very peaceful. I would go there more often if I didn't live so far from it. Overall great experience. read more

I have noticed Boba Zone several times on my trips to the nearby Dillon's and finally decided to stop by today.I got a regular boba milk tea and it was very good. If you don't know, boba are tapioca balls that are added to drinks. They rest on the bottom and you suck them up with your drink through an oversized straw. They offer a firm, chewy, yet virtually tasteless texture to the drink. The treat originated in Taiwan. It was an interesting experience, but one that I enjoyed. The milk tea itself was delicious. Boba Zone offers Wifi and a place to relax and have a drink with a friend. The offer slushies, milk tea and hot and cold coffees. I'm excited to give this place a second try soon. read more

Ok apparently my last comment was removed because I didn't put in enough info so I'll go ahead and leave out my personal issues with management and just go from my last experience. Last time I went in there for a bubble tea a young girl was on her cell phone when I walked in. I waited to place my order until she was done, once she attended to me, which she made out to be a chore, she got right back on her phone and some nice kid came and took care of my drink for her. I honestly have no complaints. The selection they have are popular tastes, and mixes well or similar to other flavors. I used to always get Taro or Honeydew, but having worked at a bubble tea place myself I've tried many of the other flavors. I commend Boba Zone for their delicious Honey Milk Tea and Almond flavored smoothie (or milk tea) which I haven't had this good since I used to make bubble tea. My husband enjoys the Avocado smoothie and they were nice enough to add chocolate syrup drizzled down the cup which is how I used to make it with coconut lychee jelly. It's nice that they also have a stamp card for a free drink after a certain number of purchased drinks (which I usually lose since I'm not from the area). I wish they are much closer to or open one in Manhattan, KS. Business would flourish with the type of population here. read more

I love this little place; not many places in Wichita serve boba drinks but this place sells many different varieties. The selection is simply stunning. They have everything from teas to iced coffees to smoothies and so much more. I am still trying new combinations and I've almost gone through two of those punch cards! read more

Love this place. My favorite is the Expresso mocha smoothie with coffee jellies. Just don't come after 3-4pm. The jellies are not as good after this time. I've gotten a few that the jellies were spoiled. Wish they open early so I could get a drink every morning. read more

Ordered matcha milk tea with boba, and it was "made" within minutes. It looked like green puke floating in milk and had no taste of matcha, or tea-flavor. Just super sweet milk. :*( My stomach hurt after drinking it. I would recommend Kung Fu Tea because you can taste the strong tea flavor, and modify your drinks more (e.g. sweetness, ice). I haven't had Boba Zone in years and came back to see how it was. Sad I won't be going back again. read more

This was the first bubble tea shop on the east side of Wichita and I love going here just as much as I did when they first opened. Their flavors are unique and they have a lot of different jelly options for those who are not big tapioca fans. I would recommend getting the fresh fruit flavors when they are in season or one of the mixed fruit flavors. You really can't go wrong! Such a cute little store with fun art and nice staff. This is the only boba place in town other than Pho Special and some other Asian restaurants. They have a variety of choices, milk tea to smoothies and coffee. The place is pretty small, limited seating on busy days. Only have two sizes, small and large. The prices are reasonable. They make the drinks in front of you. read more

I went here with my husband to get an Almond milk tea and a Thai Milk Tea without bobas on a Sunday evening. There were two Mexican ladies working and there were about four people waiting for their drinks at the same time. We stepped outside and went back in after 15 minutes, only to find that they have completely forgotten our orders. One lady gave us a card good for a free drink. Almond milk tea smell good while the Thai milk tea tasted... fake. Oh well, I guess I'm happy with the card. read more

They switched up my order with someone else's. Put the wrong flavor of boba in my drink and the banana smoothie tasted artificial. Wouldn't recommend that drink, it ended up straight in the trash. Doble check your order once you get it. read more

I come to Boba Zone at least once a week. I absolutely love this place. They have the best boba itself in Wichita. My favorite thing to get here is an Almond Smoothie with Boba! The Taro Milk Tea is a close second. Reasonable prices for the drinks. read more

Honey dew milk tea is my go to! And it's delicious! Love the fact that they have many jellies and different flavors of popping Bob's!

The boba drinks are a bit pricey if you ask me. I have tried the fruit one and the boba was hard and the drink still had ice chunks. maybe it was just that one drink but i don't plan on returning. my biggest gripe though is the atmosphere. in a place like this atmosphere is important but it was just lacking. read more

Let me start off with this place has awesome drinks! I discovered this place years ago and went here all the time, then I moved states, and forgot about it. Recently I moved back, and I was going to... Expensive coffee brands to get my drinks.... until I rediscovered these guys. Man, I have TOTALLY been missing out all this time I've been back!!! I forgot how amazing these drinks are here and they are inexpensive (especially compared to other coffee and tea shops nearby). Their Thai Tea is amazing, an absolute classic treat! They also got the best avocado smoothie I've ever tried! It's lightly sweet, tastes like FRESH and pure avocados, and a little nutty like avocados are! If you're ever feeling adventurous, this is the place to get that avocado smoothie (or other unique drinks)! They also have a lot of fruit smoothies, those are the best when the fruit is in season! It's great out of season too, but they are the best when the fruit is at it's peak! Recently tried their lavender tea and it's soooo good too! Slightly less sweet than the Thai Tea, but oh so delicious!! I have yet to try their Taro Tea, but I'm excited to try that next. I love all of their drinks with the large boba added in too. They have cute straws too for the boba drinks and it just adds a little extra happiness to the expierence. It's a cute little shop and is pleasant to sit in. This place is clean and fast. They weren't busy when I was in there. I ordered the Taro and Lavender tea. They made it perfectly! I just wish the lavender tea came in a slush form instead of over ice. I will definitely stop by again if I am in town. read more

when visiting wichita this is the only boba place close to me that tastes decent enough. usually my go to drink: passion fruit green tea is cold and refreshing but today when I got my drink there was a big black insect in the drink... eewwww... the girl took it back and made me a new one... but they should have at least given me one on the house... deciding if I should give them one more chance or wait until I go back to San Diego for my boba :/ read more
