Every single bobalust location I've ever visited has made great drinks with even sweeter customer service, and this one is no different! I'm always so surprised by how friendly and helpful the employees are, no matter which spot I visit! They're doing a great job with hiring great folks. Drinks are sweet and creative without any of that overwhelming artificial flavor, and I love all the pop culture references in the names. There is also a secret menu that the employees are open to sharing and making recommendations from if you share your flavor preferences with them! I'm always looking for excuses to visit Bobalust and I highly recommend you do too!

Amazing service combined with breathtaking aesthetics! It's a truly exhilarating experience!

Service - nice and easy going folks. Our orders was done about 5 min even with 2 people ahead of you Ambiance - loud music so you can be loud Food - lots of options Would come back. But wish they have online ordering option or a phone number to call in order ahead of time.

The shop is spacious and has lots of seatings. It's very cute inside. My smoothie was just okay, nothing special to me. My friend felt the same on her drink, she got the jasmine milk tea. Lots of parking.

BobaLust is really expanding!! They recently opened a Burien location - it's located in the Safeway plaza, in a building that's two doors down from the L&L hawaiian bbq. My friend said that the spot used to be a former Starbucks. The space inside is really nice and modern with lots of beautiful plants. The menu is the same as the other locations and they've got lots of tasty options. My friend ordered their taro milk tea with boba and I ordered the Legend of Momo which is this delicious peach tea drink with pieces of peach on the bottom. Very sweet and very refreshing. The place opens promptly at 1p (which feels a little late - it would be nice if they opened at noon for the lunching hour. The staff is efficient and churns out those drinks. Parking is easy since it's a big shopping plaza. I'm really happy to see Burien finally get a legit boba shop in the area!

First time at the Burien location and glad to see it was busy, given that the Tukwila location isn't too far away from here. I have been to the Tukwila and Tacoma locations before, so when comparing the interior, the Burien location is more spacious if you are looking to bring in a group of friends to hang out. Came in around 8:00-8:10PM and left around 8:30PM, which isn't too bad given there were more than five groups ahead of us with only two (maybe three) people working. We ordered the Lychee Bomb (lychee and strawberry with bits of strawberries and lychee jelly) and Blue Lagoon (blue curaçao lychee shaken green tea with mango jelly and added tapioca for an additional $0.50). They originally forgot to add the tapioca to the Blue Lagoon, but once we brought it up to them, they were kind and quick about fixing it for us!

Came here for the yelp experience. The cafe was in big complex with ample of parking space available. It wasn't overly crowded. Nice that they are open till late. They have a wall dedicated to take cool pics. Sweet and short menu. Few sitting space available. I ordered their:- Purple Galaxy- Which is a Ube & Oreo drink, had it with honey sweetened boba. Just yum. Perfect flavor of ube and sweetness. Boba was nice chewy. Will be back to try out their other drinks, waiting for summer.

My boyfriend & I came here pretty late in the evening so we got the smoothies. It's definitely a cute place, but a little noisy with how loud the music was blaring haha. I got the Taro and Oreo blended (Purple Galaxy) which was just ok. I'm not a picky person when it comes to food/drinks, but I didn't find anything about it super special. I tried my boyfriend's smoothie which was blended peach, mango, and strawberry (Cuddles on the Beach) & we both thought it was pretty good! I'll def have to try the bubble tea next time. :)

    Cute wall!

This is such a perfect afternoon pick me up! The energy is always gold and the drinks are just delicious!

I was excited to see a Bobalust had opened in Burien and decided to stop in when I was in the area. Bobalust's menu isn't as overwhelming as some tea shops, but there is still enough to choose from that I spent some time asking the counter person plenty of questions, all of which she kindly answered and gave recommendations. I went with a Stargirl (jasmine green tea with raspberry peach flavor and mango jelly). I added some mango bits and asked for zero sweetness since the syrup makes it sweet enough for me. The shop is clean and modern, with enough spare and seating to enjoy your bevvy onsite if you like.

I met up with one of my cousins today and she told me that a new Boba shop opened up near her home. She said it was called Bobalust. I know they have a location in Kent but I haven't been to that one either. I decided to stop by the Burien location before heading home and they were pretty busy. I think word is getting out that they're now open because there were a lot of people ahead of me and a steady flow of customers that came in behind me. Staff is really friendly and welcoming. The shop is super cute and festive with Halloween decorations. I hope they continue to decorate with the upcoming holidays. I had the Strawberry Seduction. It was good but I couldn't finish it. Shocker...lol I can never finish these large drinks. Burien needed a Boba shop and now they have one. Why drive to Southcenter for bubble tea when you now have a convenient location at one of the busiest intersections of Burien.

Quick, great service, and yummy selection of drinks. You can make your own flavor combination, or choose a pre-made combo which gives you quite a few choices. Including smoothie choices. My drink was really good. I especially enjoyed how it wasn't overly sweet! Great bang for your buck, especially in the summer. Very clean and modern interior. However, the statements about the inside getting really hot, are accurate. My friend and I intended on having our drinks inside, but after 10 mins of the blaring sun at our table, we decided to leave. Kind of a bummer. There is also a small selection of tables and chairs for how big the space is.

Woo! Another BobaLust! Located across the parking lot from the Safeway in Burien Plaza, they're currently in the soft opening phase at the time of this review so they're running limited hours and not quite as busy yet. Location is bright, open, setup for indoor seating, and quite cozy. Drinks are great and on par with other BobaLust locations; ask about their secret menu! Congratulations on another location guys!

    Taro oreo! So good!

Pretty good boba, a bit hit and miss depending what you order. Their focus is mostly on smoothies, I usually go with a basic milk tea.

On a hot, sunny day around 2:50pm on Friday I decided to make the drive here after suddenly…read moreremembering one of my foodie friends had this place several times during other weekends. I actually had to park behind the building then look at other Yelp reviews to find out that there is parking on gravel near their dumpsters closest to LaShaun Daye Hair. Though I don't know if the parking lot where this building and E Marginal Way meet can also be used...street parking in this area was scarce, contrary to most Yelp reviews I've read. Anyway, I came to an empty but very chill interior with several tables and window seating, along with some semi-quiet VPop playing near the front counter to the right-hand side of the entrance. There's a small flower display along with the cafe logo a little to the back which is perfect to take photo ops with your drink and food like I did. The menu is above the front counter and - as their logo says - they specialize in banh mi and coffee, though they have some matcha and soup options among others. Staff at the front were very quick at making my coffee as I was the only one inside. I got their 16oz egg coffee, which is one of their best sellers according to the asterisk on their menu next to the name of the drink. Very strong phin-dripped Vietnamese coffee along with condensed milk and an egg foam that gave a sweet, creamy taste to the already bitter coffee at the bottom. Drinking the egg foam first, it's a nice, thick custard-like format that the coffee does not overtake, which is good since other places I've had don't have that kind of balance. My next trip back here will have to be for another one of their coffee drinks and their banh mi sandwiches as well. I can already hear my friend telling me to get one right now as I'm writing this up!

I've been wanting to try this place since I first heard of it…read more GETTING THERE: It seems tucked away in Tukwila, but it's actually extremely easy to get to and not to far off the exit from Hwy 599 coming from South Center. It's maybe about 2-3 min off the Interurban Ave exit. After a couple left turns, it's right on the corner of a 4-way stop. You can't miss it. PARKING: The place isn't very big but there is plenty of street parking available. There's also a small lot by the convenience store nearby. AMBIANCE: It's a very small place with Vietnamese decor and an aquarium. It was giving vibes of the sunroom at my aunt's house Vietnamese music playing in the background haha. There are limited seats if you choose to sit and enjoy your coffee. They have a couple tables on the side, or you can sit on the stools along the window. I think the place felt a little empty. It could use a couple more tables and chairs along the window instead of the stools. This layout kind of felt like a Baskin Robbins or a small local ice cream shop. SERVICE: I didn't see anyone at first when I walked in, but there was someone to ready to take my order by the time I got to the counter. She took my order then I took a seat at the table until she called me to grab me from my order. Not much else for service. FOOD: I mainly went here for the coffee, but I figured I should try the sandwich while I was there. I ordered the bánh mì đặc biệt (house special sandwich) and the cà phê trứng (egg coffee). The sandwich to me was alright at best. The flavors were unbalanced. I mostly tasted the chả over the other cuts and the meat was pretty cold. I get that it's called a "cold cut" for a reason, but it was really cold and kind of threw off the sandwich. The bread would've been better toasted, or at least have the option to toast it. The one thing I enjoyed was the amount of pate used. The coffee on the other hand was decent. I've been in search of more places that serve egg coffee and I usually get it every chance I get. I found it a bit weird that it comes iced. I usually get an option to choose if I want it hot or cold. It didn't specify on the menu and I was never asked. So I just assumed it was not iced because the only thing that was iced was the cà phê sữa đá. Well I was wrong... The egg part was super thick, fluffy, and creamy. It was the right amount of sweetness and saltiness too. Honestly it might be the best egg cream I've had on a coffee, but it would have been much better if the coffee was warm. I just think egg coffee should be served hot. It's a personal preference. The ice keeps the egg cream on top and I can't really mix the whole thing evenly. I would've enjoyed it more if every sip was a even mixture of egg cream and coffee. OVERALL: At the end of the day, I enjoyed this place. There are a couple small improvements that would've changed my experience. I did enjoy the coffee and that's what I originally came for. The sandwich honestly wasn't bad, but I think I would try the thịt nướng next time. Some places just do one or the other better. I think it's harder the get the cold cut sandwich right vs the grilled pork. Overall it's a nice little meet up spot and I would come back again just for the egg coffee.

Walking into the shop, you are immediately hit with the wonderful smell of espresso and the sounds of that espresso being made. There are signs on the floor indicating the 6 foot covid protocol. There were a few people in front of us in the line which gave us time to peruse the chalkboard menu and take in the brand new surrounding espresso shop. There is a small countertop bakery case showcasing panini's and all their baked goods. Staff is very friendly, answered all our questions and served us pretty quickly.
