After lunch, we went to White Cap Frozen Yogurt. We had toasted coconut, chocolate and mango. Everything was tasty. Speedy checkout.

In the area and looking for froyo when I came across White Cap. They only have one size cup to fill but have mini sample cups to try their flavors. When I visited half of the flavors were out of order, which was disappointing. However, the plethora of fruit, candy and various syrup toppings made up for it. I ended up getting strawberry banana, mango sorbet and cake batter flavors with, strawberry popping pearls, mango chunks, cheesecake pieces and some gummy worms and watermelon. The mango sorbet was the best flavor wise but overall it was all good and hit the spot of that craving. If I was in the area, I'd definitely stop by again and hope that their machines were all up and running to try more flavors. read more

This place is so cute! During a warmer day getting my errands done, I saw a lot of foot traffic coming in and out of here. It's tucked in the corner near some grocery stores and it makes for a nice treat for kids or way to take a break as you go about your day. The lobby is really well decorated, like a beach theme with a couch area in the back for people to hang out in. The froyo is self-serve and you check out at the register when done. Theres so many options for vegan/alternative yogurt options; I had a chocolate hazelnut and vanilla mix 'to go' and the toppings were fresh and plenty to choose from! Found this place from Yelp reviews and I was disappointed. Limited flavors (which is fine) and the froyo was ok, but the toppings were stale. I got mochi on mine and it was hard as a rock. My cup of ice cream cost about $5, which is more than Menchie's. When I was there too, the woman who was managing the store came out immediately but she was on the phone the whole time while she checked me out. An awesome little froyo place that I wish I knew exactly where it was earlier. I mean, I knew it was around but not that it was right next to pcc and trailer Joe's! Anyway, came here after dinner one night as Yetti yogurt is now gone and I was not disappointed. I love that you can look up their flavors online so we already knew there were flavors we were interested in and it wasnt just two nondairy options. No! They have 5 at the time I went in! 5! And their weren't all sorbets their! I also love that they showcase their vegan and gluten free stuff. It made it so easy to find toppings. Yummmm! Watermelon sorbet. Yes, they have it here -- that and a ton of other amazing flavors. It's a pretty typical frozen yogurt place, but a bit more fun. This is a place you can hang out at after you finish your yogurt and just be mellow or silly or whatever. There is the awesome lifeguard chair in the back that the kids just love. The atmosphere is so inviting and the flavors are great! I've chosen snickerdoodle, SF coffee, and strawberry kiwi. If you don't want your flavors touching, you can get a little divider for your bowl. Oh yes, and can we talk about the toppings? Reeses peanut butter, hot fudge, caramel and so much good stuff. A wide assortment of candy toppings, mochi and fruit. All in all it's an amazing experience and worth the trip to Burien - because it's not your average frozen yogurt place. read more

Loving this froyo shop! The seating area is full of gnarly wood that reminds one of drift wood. The workers wear red shirts that say White Cap Beach Patrol and on the back there is the white lifeguard cross. It has a total beach feeling and the quality of the frozen yogurt is WAY better than the competition. Those flavors I like to be toned down (like pistachio) was so subtle it almost tasted like hazelnut. The mango wasn't too overpowering either. And the flavors I want to be intense (like coconut) was AMAZING! The sweet coconut flavor reminds me of my favorite Hawaiian coconut ice cream that I can only get on Maui! Yes! I'm a fan! This is one of the better frozen yogurt shops I've been to in the Seattle area. The shop is very cute with a surfer theme that is thoughtfully and well-carried out. There are a nice variety of flavors (my favorites so far are plain and Hawaiian pineapple) and lots of toppings that range from healthy to downright indulgent. The fruit was fresh and ripe- not a mushy berry in sight. The plain frozen yogurt was nice and tart, similar to Yogurtland which is what I measure all self-serve froyo places against. While the flavor was spot on, I wasn't impressed with the consistency of the froyo- it was extremely runny and dispensed in a thin steam which results in froyo that looks and tastes half melted before you even dig in. I have to confess I'm picky when it comes to frozen yogurt though since I hail from the land of froyo (LA obvs) so I'm rounding up to four stars for White Cap with the hope that they will add condensed milk to their toppings, cus I'll be back for more! read more

A good frozen yogurt place has got to have a good "original tart" with a creamy texture and depth in the flavor but this place's original tart had a slushy and icy milkshake texture with not much flavor at all. I liked their fresh fruit selections and a wide variety of toppings available. I will go back here only because this is the only frozen yogurt place around. read more

Most definitely one of the better frozen yogurt places I have been to! I have visited many different places in LA, Portland, and Seattle but never have I guessed to find a frozen yogurt place with such tasty and flavorful yogurt in Burien!!! I like soft and not mushy frozen yogurt and White Cap's yogurt has smooth but firm texture which I really appreciated and enjoyed. I didn't try the sorbet flavors but the yogurts flavors I tried - peanut butter, sweet coconut and alpine vanilla - were all fantastic. Topping were typical, neither an industry leader nor terrible. It was little pricy compared to other places I have been to but the quality and tastiness of the yogurt was more than enough for me to enjoy my yogurt. read more

I have already been to this place about 10 times, and it's been open less than a month. It's nearly a daily habit at this point! I often bring it home to my mother who has a limited diet. My only complaint is not with the place, but some people are just obnoxiously slow and indecisive through the line. It's just froyo people, don't hurt yourself thinking too hard. read more

I couldn't believe I've been living here since March and never knew this place existed ... until I saw a review below saying the place has only been open for a month. So that makes me feel a little bit better. White Cap is BOMB. It's surfer-themed and has tons of indoor seating, which is always one of my main gripes with yogurt places like this. There are tons of toppings to choose from, but it remains to be seen whether those and the yogurt flavors themselves will rotate over time. (If you guys are reading this, LYCHEE PLEASE!) This is also by far the cheapest mix-in yogurt I've ever had. We had three yogurts for $13, which would have been the price of one yogurt in California. Who doesn't love frozen yogurt with all the toppings you can pile on?!? Just like many other shops they have a variety of flavors of yogurt (fruit, sugar free and low fat options). Also had plenty of tasting cups!! Now on to the amazing amount of toppings! They had way more then other shops I have gone to. Had everything from sauces, fresh fruit, cookies, brownies, and every kind of candy you would want to add! I was surprised by the price, I was sure my tower of yogurt covered completely with toppings with break the bank but I was pleasantly surprised! They have a happy hour and punch card that will also help make a happy wallet! The staff was friendly. They kept cleaning and restocking. They have plenty of seating and have a fun lifeguard tower! Super excited to have such a wonderful frozen yogurt shop so close to home! Hubby took me on a date and I was impressed with.... everything. 1. The yogurt selection was great. I had a swirl of peanut butter & strawberry (reminded me of a peanut butter & jelly sandwich!) with a little bit of kiwi strawberry sorbet on the side. I loved that they have little cups that you could taste before you fill your cup, we tasted almost all of the flavors and they were all good. 2. The store is bright, clean and fun! I loved the bright green decor and that there is lots of seating. 3. Employees were really nice & helpful. When we were getting ready to leave I got a chance to talk to the owner Paul. He was so nice and I love this is family owned (he opened it with his son) 4. I hear that they are planning on having punch cards in the near future!!! read more

I walked in curious about almond based soft serve and looking to cheer up after a sad experience with a frosty treat. As i was taking my time looking at the topping selection, the employee behind the counter started a line of questions as if I was a shoplifter and wouldn't let me just continue browsing. Eventually, he rudely and i assume sarcastically asked if I've ever been to an ice cream store before. I'm a 30 something year old dude - clearly I've been to an ice cream store. I don't know if he was trying to impress his coworkers or what but I hope his manager reads this and has a chat with him. I really want to support a local business but I have to say that this a quite expensive for what you get. I found that the original tart flavor was so sour that no topping tasted good on it. The ambiance is great and kids love it with all the toppings to choose from. We didn't even fill up 1/3 of her bowl and had very limited toppings and I had about 4 spoonfuls of frozen yogurt with hardly anything on it and it was almost $8! He much does it cost when you get a lot: $20 per person? Good for special occasions or during their happy hour from 4:30 pm where everything is 30% off. I really cannot afford this when I could get a huge amount of ice cream at the next door grocery store for much less. read more

I love coming here. They even have HAPPY HOUR, isn't that like so cool? Lol. They be switchin' flavors though, sometimes they have a flavor I totally love and then it's gone lol. But usually they have at least a good amount of good options to choose from, whether your favorites were switched out or not. I love love love putting a lot of mochis in my froyo.
