She ordered the strawberry guava tea with passion fruit and lychee jelly boba. The guy was super nice and patient as she navigated a really large menu that I'm sure was overwhelming to her. The bummer part was it was way too sweet and it was all popping boba not the jelly like she requested. Located in a little strip mall right off Land Pleasant Rd. this is relatively easy to find. Lots of ample parking and super clean entryway. We were greeted immediately upon entering and given an opportunity to peruse the choices. We were there for the gelato - not the boba. I went with the coconut gelato in a waffle cone. Super creamy. Incredibly flavourful. Waffle cone seemed fresh and not stale or old like some shoppes. A few tables and chairs spread out for seating and prices were incredibly reasonable. This place is right across the street from Harkins. We were craving something sweet and so happy this place was opened. We got the green tea and ube ice cream! We loved it! It wasn't overly sweet and it doesn't take artificial. I would def I'd let recommend trying these flavors. They have many ice cream flavors to choose from and drinks too. Entering, you quickly notice the vast amount of flavors they have for teas...types of teas....tons of jelly and boba flavors! I mean tons! I'm obsessed with this place! -Employees are so friendly & patient! - There are tons of beverages & desserts and so many flavor options for the teas/milk teas/smoothies/energy blends. Of the things I've tried so far the standouts are 1. Honeydew & jasmine milk tea with classic tapioca boba 2. Ube gelato (it's an Asian, beautiful, purple, sweet potato type plant but even better) My only constructive criticism would be that the horchata milk tea is way too cinnamon-y! Horchata should be milk colored but my milk tea was medium brown. I think they need to ease up on the cinnamon add add way more of the rice milk flavor! We were introduced to Bobazona in June. This has become me and my daughters favorite place to come and spend time together. The tables have fun games to play while you enjoy your refreshing drink, gelato or fresh baked goods. The gelato is the best I have found in this area! Several different flavors, none that disappoint! The fresh baked goods are beyond delicious. The cookies are huge, and taste better than the specialty cookie shops! My kids love the boba and there are many flavors to choose from. The service makes this place even better. I have been a customer for about 2 years now, and I have loved many interactions I have had there. However, the last time I went in, wasn't the greatest experience. I had two stamp cards, one was nearly full, and with one purchase of a drink I would get a free one. I ended up getting two drinks. I got charged for both, and then another one, due to a mishap. I noticed it was a pending charge, so I gave it a few days to see if it would actually go through on my bank, since the cashier tried to cancel it. It did not do so. I would've been fine with a cash return or my card back since I paid for three drinks. read more

This is Steve's daughter crimson I don't have a yelp account If you want to drink some delicious boba and coffee with an unbeatable flavor that'll leave you in shock for days, come here. The restaurant itself is always very pristine and clean. It has a modern ambient feel to it and the lighting almost has a yellowish hue which looks and feels nice. They have art on the walls that changes and I like that as well. Some even have boba in them and adds to the feel. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable on their drinks, and will make accommodations easily. They are very friendly and smile a lot which makes me happy. I always am sure to tip. They do not skimp out on boba and always add a lot. The variety of items is great as well. I always come here for milk tea but they also have coffee, slushees, smoothies, and energy drinks with added stuff like syrup and fruit. They also serve gelato ( I have had it once and I want to have it again. The small is a ton of gelato for only being a small ). I got the vanilla and it tasted very good and was perfectly cold, not frozen over and not soupy. The drinks itself are the best, my favorite is the fall specialty cookie butter milk tea with boba. It is incredibly flavorful but not overbearing. My second favorite is their new Christmas drink, the peppermint mocha white chocolate coffee. It has whip cream on top as well which was frothy and soft. I loved it, and I actually dislike peppermint and white chocolate. The flavors are complex and unique and just amazing. Not overbearing as well and the syrups are surprisingly good for being syrups. Actually beyond just good they taste phenomenal! I would also recommend the rose flavored milk tea, it tastes very light and sweet. Perfect for the summer. I really enjoy this boba drink company! That staff is friendly for the most part, although the first time coming here I had asked one of them what would be best with strawberry jelly, and was told "strawberry".... duh? I literally love this place and we come here often we especially love coming in interacting with the employees and the cleanliness of the place. Last night we decided to come in and had our son come that was visiting from another area, when we walked in 30 minutes prior to closing the employee expression on her face said it all... We were treated so rudely and told another person that was in the back area ( I don't think it was another employee possible friend) omg... holding the sides of her head, we never felt unwelcome and rushed .Her slamming the cups and the ice door pretty hard. Made it very clear that she was annoyed with us coming at the time we came. Regardless of the time, your business is still open until the time posted on the sign stating hours. This is a great little gem! Clean, and extremely friendly service, they have all kinds of Boba and Gelato ice cream! Very creamy and smooth and the flavors weren't over powering. They gave me three different Gelato flavors to taste. The roasted banana dulce de leche was great! The girls had Boba, and they helped with some flavor recommendations and we were all happy they did. One of the best boba teas that I have had and very friendly, helpful service in a very nice, airy venue!

I've gone here multiple times since management has changed and used to never have any problems. I was always served by 2 teenage girls who did a GREAT job. They would always make sure my boyfriend who's diabetic got sugar free drinks and fill our drinks all the way to the top. The last 2 times I've been here there's been this guy in his 20s who clearly needs to be trained better. He always says that slush cant be made sugar free even though the 2 girls have done it many times. After this last time when I got the drinks he tried saying that sugar free can't be made into a slush but when I told him that I've gotten it multiple times here before he made my drink. After making it he pretended like it was too thick and had a smirk on his face like he was trying to say "told you so", but here's the thing. It was the right slush consistency!! There was also half an inch missing from both of our drinks. If I'm going to pay $17 for 2 drinks I expect them to at least be filled up all the way. Their drinks are still good but -3 stars due to the awful employee who clearly needs to be trained better. Please bring back the teenage girls who used to work here and knew how to make the drinks. read more

I've tried most of them and didn't have much expectations coming to AZ for good boba, but was just grateful to have found a boba place. Safe to say, this place had far exceeded my expectations. Boba is fresh and not too chewy or hard, and the flavor variety is second to none. Prices are extremely reasonable too, and the staff are very friendly. This place can easily compete with the top boba places from SoCal, with having the edge in several categories. Stopped by Bobazona's newest location today on my way home from an appointment. Great signage from the street allowed me to notice it right away. The location is a little smaller than the one in Goodyear, but still plenty of seating and the great service you get there. We were greeted right away and were told if we needed any help finding something we'd like let them know. I knew pretty instant I was getting the classic milk tea with boba. My daughter is a bit more picky and couldn't make up her mind so after a few questions one of the employees came up with some flavors and she ended up with a caramel frap with yogurt boba. My daughter wasn't a fan so much of the boba, but loved the drink itself. My milk tea was perfect. I also tried some of their gelato; bourbon vanilla apple crisp to be exact. It was freaking bomb! I've never had gelato so they let me try a sample. The flavor was perfect. Again, service was awesome, everything was made quickly and tasted great.
