The balance was perfect -- smooth, earthy matcha, sweet strawberry, and that vanilla cold foam on top just brought it all together. Not too sweet, not too bitter... just right. The employees were incredibly helpful and clearly know how to craft a great matcha. You can tell they care about what they're serving.
