The cleanliness was disturbing, and the attitude of the blonde Asian employee I dealt with made the experience even worse. She had an extremely snarky, rude, and dismissive tone, and I was shocked when she tried to charge me for tap water. The way she spoke to me was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. What really crossed the line was the bathroom. I personally found ROACHES in there. That is not something I expect to see at any establishment serving customers, and it immediately made me question what other sanitation issues may be going on behind the scenes. I have already filed a report with the health inspector and believe this location needs to be thoroughly investigated. If the conditions I encountered are representative of the establishment, I sincerely hope the authorities take appropriate action and that this place is shut down if it is found to be operating in unsafe or unsanitary conditions. Customers deserve a clean and safe environment, not roaches, questionable cleanliness, and employees with an attitude.
