Used their services twice already. First time was a kitchen leak, they found the issue and fixed it. Second time I had a problem with the shower and had to turn off the water for a night. I called them at 9pm and they were able to send someone in the morning by 9am( I chose to not do the emergency night fix). Both times they gave me 3 options of what I wanna do which were minimal repair, normal repair, upgrade everything repair. I chose what I was comfortable doing at the time. Updated review 10-4-18 -We contacted Bobby Blue again . Dwight installed our tankless water heater. He knew exactly what to do when he arrived. I felt comfortable knowing he was handling our install after talking to him. He specializes in tankless water heaters and any technical question I asked he knew the answer. Dwight made sure I was happy when the job was completed. I recommend this company to my Mom &without hesitation she had Dwight install a tankless water heater at her house the next day. Dwight removed her old 50 gallon tank water heater and replaced it with a Noritz tankless water heater and added a pre-filter. While installing my Mom's tankless he explained the retrofit and how easy it was. I learned about top mounted water connections, 1/2 gas line and ventilation. Dwight is a super smart guy. He also was very honest by telling me that the problem would most likely be the city's problem even tho it was still on my property, for free. He called the city and set everything up for them to come out. They were there within the hour and fixed the problem and it got done for free. Called Bobby because my water main in the backyard broke from prior shoddy work. Previous owners of our house put galvanized pipe directly on copper pipe which corroded the pipe until it was paper thin and broke. Other plumbers wanted to come out three days later. (No way we could go that long without water hah) Bobby came right out and was very fair with his estimate and didn't upsell. He even dropped the price when he saw we already cut away all the concrete surrounding the pipes. The work done quickly and properly. He fixed it and added a shut off valve so we don't have to shut off the whole house water again if something happens. read more

My shower started backing up and oh my gosh HELP!! Called Bobby blue plumbing and they came out , and cleared the drain They put a camera down the pipe and found that it was starting to deteriorate. He also showed me the pictures of the pipe on camera. The technician gave me a price and a quote to get the pipe fixed. They came out and fixed the pipe and I was only down for five hours without water or sewer. Watch out for this Bryan guy. He wanted to charge me $ 750.00 to replace the thing that controls the water pressure throughout the whole house. He told me that mine was Discontinued and I would have to buy a whole different one which would cost between $250 or $400. Lucky for us , I called my husband and he declined his services. I called to get my shower faucet fixed because it was leaking and I had the worse experience. All we asked for was an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. I understand you have to look at it and maybe take off a few things for an estimate, but he ended up breaking an important part of the faucet which made the problem worse (sorry, not well versed in plumbing parts). He continued to say if he were to fix what he broke he would have to charge us $300 and there was no guarantee he would not damage the valve which would cost even more to fix if damaged. I do not believe it was right to charge us for something that he broke so we told him not to touch anything anymore and now we are left with a broken faucet and having to call someone else to fix the new problem. read more

This company is unlike any other I have experienced. We had a leak in our ceiling. At first the plumber told us it was our toliet rings. That they had wear and tear and needed to be replaced. So we did that. Next day leak is still occurring. We had to call them back out to find it. 200 bucks in and leak was still there. Wasn't even close to where are original leak was. At first we weren't given a refund. Which was frustrating since my husband ended up finding the leak and fixing it himself. To my surprise my Yelp review had been forwarded to the owner. Fast forward 2 months later. I receive a phone call from the owner and he was so apologetic. He explained we do not want any of our customers to feel like they have been "ripped off" or "taken advantage of". They are not those kind of people. So he graciously is sending us a check for 200 dollars. It was such a surprise. A nice one at that. I will never go anywhere else for any plumbing issues. Can't thank Bobby enough. Got his number from a friend. I had a drain problem where both showers, toilets and Washing machine drain was backing up major. I was afraid a main line had busted and I was looking to pay huge. I called Bobby on a Saturday, told him my problem and he calmed me down that it just may be small blockage. He quoted me a GREAT PRICE to get on my roof and snake my drains for me. From Fontana, he was at my San Gabriel Valley home in about an hour. My house was having some plumbing issue with main line. Back in December, I had a different plumber came out 3 times to fix the problem. He was recommended by our real estate agent. We spent over $1k and the problem came back within a week or 2. So when we had the same problem one morning last month, I decided to look up on Yelp and check out the reviews. To be honest, Bobby was not the first plumbing places I called. I called 2 other places (both have a very high number of positive reviews), but both places I were only able to leave voicemails to call me back. Bobby was the 3rd place I called and he answered his phone. He was able to get to my house in the same morning. It took him about 30 minutes to fix the problem and charged over 10x less than my previous plumber. Bobby even gave me a 30 days warranty on his work. So far 3 weeks passed and the drain still works great. BTW, the other 2 places I called never called me back. The funny thing is the the day before Bobby fixed our plumbing, I got a work estimate statement from my previous plumber. He already charged about $1100 and said that to fix our problem, it will be $7200 to do the extra work! So when Bobby was there, I asked him how much would he charges to do the same work listed on the statement. He told me about $400. At that point, I am pretty sure my previous plumber was completely ripping me off. Anyway, back to Bobby, a good and trusted plumber is really hard to find.
